• DMITRII (7/5): - the location is great, the host is helpful and friendly one of the showers was overflowing supereasily (looked like drain issues(, and probably even caused a flooding on the apartment downstairs (without us even noticing) There's no microwave or dishwashing machine present

• Raffaele (6/5): - La colazione non era compresa ma gentilmente ci ha fatto trovare cialde caffè e qualche plumcake Pulizie (doccia di un bagno sporca) sotto letto polvere e acqua doccia che non scendeva. Tavolo soggiorno instabile, una camera priva di illuminazione decente e seconda senza armadio .

• Begoña (8/5): Estancia muy agradable y buen servicio. - La amabilidad con la que nos recibieron a la llegada. Enseñando todo el alojamiento y donde estaba cada cosa, además de recomendaciones de restaurantes por la zona. El apartamento se encuentra en una zona céntrica de Florencia con supermercados cerca. Tiene todas las comodidades. Las camas no son las más cómodas pero están bastante bien. En uno de los dormitorios le faltaría un armario o alguna zona donde dejar las cosas y el equipaje.
• manuel (5/5): - La ubicación y la atención por parte de Pino que hizo todo lo que estuvo en su mano. Las fotos no son fieles a la realidad. El sofá estaba regular. Poca iluminación en la habitación. Nos dieron 25 euros para "pagar" un desayuno
• Benigno (8/5): Piso con lo mínimo para quedarse pero en buena ubicación - La ubicación y que tenía dos dormitorios y dos baños. Y todo estaba limpio. También nos gustó el banco de la entrada para quitarse los zapatos. Las lámparas de las mesas de noche no funcionaban. El sillón del salón no era práctico. La salida era de 11 a 12 y la chica que limpiaba llegó antes de las 11 y la dueña nos llamó para que dejáramos el piso a las 11:15.
• Macedo (10/5): - Tolle, zentral gelegene und großzügige Wohnung. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und war immer für uns da – vom Anfang bis zum Ende sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Absolut empfehlenswert! Wenn ich wieder nach Florenz komme, weiß ich genau, wo ich übernachten werde.

• Lakshmi (7/5): Basic flat, but clean and spacious with friendly helpful host - A spacious flat, reasonably well located, with comfortable beds and two clean (and fairly modern) bathrooms Kitchen stocked enough to make breakfast etc Very friendly and helpful host who stayed in touch through the stay, including allowing us to leave our bags in the apartment on the last day as we had a late flight back. We were also left with enough tea and coffee for the first couple of days Very basic decor - no touches at all like lamps on tables/ bedside or cushions or a picture in any wall! Living room lacks enough place for seating 4 people Bedroom lack bedside lamps so you can’t read at bedtime Bed made up with a flat sheet but no duvet cover on the duvet No wardrobes or storage of any sort in one bedroom (which means living out of a suitcase)

Close to retaurants, cafes, mini-marts, pharmacies, bus-stop, etc. Quiet and safe. Comfortable beds. Wonderfully tall well-insulated windows with blackout drapes when needed. Clean & thoughtfully equipped apartment with modern finishes. e.g. Hair dryer, tea, coffee pods, sugar, working WiFi. On the 1st floor - just 1 flight up. There was a closet in only 1 of the 2 bedrooms. When we arrived there was a part roll of toilet paper in 1 of the 2 bathrooms. Given the other facilities offered, this seemed to be an oversight.

• Valeria (5/5): Historical charm comes with drawbacks - We love the location of the property and the option to get the key from the locker. We were disappointed with the property overall. While it certainly has a historical charm, it also has several drawbacks. During our stay, the ambiance felt more like a barn, with cold stone floors and deteriorating ceiling beams. Additionally, it seemed that the host did not prioritize guest comfort. The kettle was broken, there was a lack of seating in the living room (only a small sofa), there was no shelf in the shower, and there were no sockets close to the beds. Overall, the property left us feeling quite uncomfortable and disappointed. We were surprised to find no negative reviews about it on Booking.com

• Lisa (10/5): Wonderful apartments for an authentic experience - Very quiet and comfortable. We spent 3 weeks here. Good communication with hosts. Wonderful neighborhood, lovely vibe but not too hectic and easy walking distance from all the main sights. Right by St Ambrogio market, which is very active and well supported. Near 2 good supermarkets. Many restaurants and small food shops nearby. Many play parks for young children in the area (we had a 2 year old with us) We liked everything
