• David (4/5): Very disappointed. We could have stayed at the Mantra for all but the same price and had our room serviced every day. - It was near the water but we would look at either the Mantra at Ettalong or Terrigal if we were to return. Finding the location was difficult as you have to enter via a side street and then down a back lane. No directions were provided we had to just drive around until we found it. On arrival the unit was like a sauna. We turned the cooler on but had to leave as it was unbearable. After 2 hours we returned only to find no progress with the cooler so we left again for another 2 hours. The unit didn’t cool down much at all even after the cooler being on for 4 hours. We had to almost leave the cooler on for our whole stay as it just didn’t work very well at all. We also found ants in the bathroom and cockroaches in the kitchen most days. The single beds didn’t have top sheets so my children had to use towels as the doona was too hot. On entry the front light and front bedroom screen were covered in cobwebs. I have let the people at HolidayCo know but their blasé attitude toward my concerns/ feedback concerns me as they have already got our money and don’t seem to care.

• Amelia (6/5): - We had issues with the wifi that the property managers were very reluctant to assist with … took multiple phone calls and only after 3rd phone call was a solution provided. We needed wifi for our baby monitor so was important for us. Socks left under the sofa and bed and some underwear in the cupboard. No bins at the property to put out rubbish again very difficult to get assistance with the issue from the property managers. Overall pretty average stay, but location is good and price is reasonable and the house is nice.

• Ally (8/5): Had a great relaxing time. Good cooking, BBQ and laundry facilities. Fully stocked kitchen. - The deck and cooking facilities. Comfortable bed. Difficult to locate. It is not on Beach St as advertised. No iron or ironing board. No dishwasher. Fans in bedrooms would be good.
