• Ирина М_Irina M (8/5): Просторные апартаменты близко к источникам в интересном доме. - Апартаменты расположены в центре курортной зоны на второй линии в доме постройки 1886 года. Дом очень интересный. Обязательно обойдите его кругом и хорошенько рассмотрите. Его часто фотографируют, поэтому не удивляйтесь группам туристов под окнами. Из окон обеих комнат открывается шикарный вид на город. Комнаты просторные, светлые, с высокими потолками. Кровати удобные. Из апартаментов можно спуститься в город 8-ю разными путями, что делает каждый день разнообразнее. До источников по кратчайшему пути минут 5-7. Дом находится ПОД знаменитым символом Карловых Вар Оленьим прыжком и НАД не менее знаменитым рестораном "У Швейка". Рядом с домом есть скамейка. С неё тоже открывается красивый вид. Можно посидеть вечерком, полюбоваться городом и звёздами. На кухне было всё необходимое для готовки. Ванная комната также хорошо оборудована. Есть ванна, стиральная машина, корзина для грязного белья. Есть пылесос, раскладная сушилка и бутыль с питьевой водой. Воду из-под крана для питья и еды лучше не использовать. У неё странный вкус. Хозяева сами привозят питьевую воду в достаточном количестве. Мне не понравилось, что фотографии не полностью соответствуют действительности. Комнаты обставлены частично не так, как на фото в момент бронирования. Также на фото при бронировании изображено парковочное место 4, хотя в действительности у апартаментов место 3. Оно, к сожалению, не такое широкое, как место 4. При отъезде мою машину зажала соседняя, пришлось звать помощь. Также надо иметь в виду, что если вы оставите ключ в двери изнутри и уйдёте, захлопнув дверь, то потом вы её ключом уже не откроете. Хозяева об этом не предупреждают, к сожалению.

• Inna (5/5): Вцелом все ок. Но есть большие претензии к наличию горячей воды, бойлер очень маленький. Если вы приняли душ то следующи - Вид из окна. Было дико холодно, маленький бойлер для воды.

• Дарья (10/5): Якщо будемо ще раз в Карлових Варах неодмінно будемо тут зупинятися) - Дуже зручне розташування,це фактично центр. Також перевагою цього помешкання є гараж. А вигляд з вікна зачаровує.

• Aljona (9/5): Großzügige Wohnung in einem historischen Haus mit einer perfekten Lage (um das Auto stehen zu lassen) - Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt, mittendrin und trotzdem etwas abseits. 3 Minuten und man ist an dem Geysir, 3 Minuten in die andere Richtung und man ist im Wald. Hohe Decken, toller Ausblick, alles da, was man braucht, und noch mehr. Wir haben nicht viel zu bemängeln: etwas Staub a den Pflanzen und zu feste Matratze, ist aber nörgeln auf dem hohen Niveau.

Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung, viel Licht, eine fantastische Aussicht in bester Lage gepaart mit einer Garage, die das Problem "Parken" gänzlich vergessen lässt. Einfach alles war super! Das Geländer im Treppenhaus war teils locker, was für meine 84-jährige Oma, die mitgereist ist, ein Problem beim Treppensteigen war. Sonst alles perfekt.

• Aurelie (10/5): - Trés bon emplacement, au calme. Logement decoré avec goût et bien équipé notamment pour un séjour avec des enfants. Le garage est trés appréciable au vue de l'emplacement de l'hebergement.
• Valentin (9/5): Perfect location for a family gateway in Karlovy Vary - Fantastic location just above the main Spa part of the city, 5 minutes walk from the main attractions. The flat is spacious, comfortable and clean. Easy check in and out. The garage space is also a huge plus. Nothing in particular, we really liked our stay.

• Nadzeya (9/5): Superb - Great location and super-friendly host. The flat has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was very clean. Beds with comfortable mattresses and pillows. The view is beautiful, and there are some toys, so children will have things to play with. A special thank you to the host for creating a wonderful Christmas atmosphere in the apartment. The drain in the bathroom was clogged. The neighbors downstairs were unhappy with any noise, so we had to constantly ask the child to play only quiet games.

• Sole7675 (10/5): Very nice place, close to the city. - Clean, interesting interior design, nice details! Toys for kids! Our son was amazed when we discovered a box full of toys. Great location. It was a bit hard climbing the stairs with all the suitcase and a stroller.
