• Fuccisaurus (9/5): Brusellicious place - Jean Philippe has provided us quite a lot of instructions to be able to safely check in and settle down. He thought of everything from spices to coffee capsules and tea and all the necessary kitchen utensils. living room is nicely decorated and the dog and the cats are a lovely addition. Location was perfect. stairs going upstairs wouldn't make me feel good if i had little kids with me. luckily i didn't. The bed i slept on was not really comfy and it was noisy. Although i had the heater off it became quite hot easily.
• Florence (10/5): Excellent séjour dans la Maison au fond du jardin - Maison charmante, confortable, bien équipée, dans un environnement arboré et très calme tout en étant proche du quartier d’Ixelles. Le propriétaire qui habite dans l’autre « Maison au fond du jardin » est très disponible, de bons conseils et la communication est facile. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages le jour de notre départ (nous partions vers 18h), ce qui nous a évité de les prendre avec nous toute la journée. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ pour cette location que nous conseillerons sans hésitation.
• Joan Juanita (10/5): Fantastisk byhus med fred og ro - Der var fred og ro, selvom huset ligger midt inde i byen. Der var ca. 20 minutters smuk gåtur til centrum. Tæt på offentlig transport. Det var meget hjemligt, og værten var så flink og venlig. Der var karbad og en dejlig bruser. Stejle trapper. Toilet var på 1.salen.

• Robert (10/5): A calm space in a vibrant neighborhood. - Jean-Philippe was very welcoming and helpful with suggestions on where to eat and shop. It was nice to be in a neighborhood away from the city center but close enough to walk that still offered lively locations for dining and going out.

• Oliver (9/5): Perfekte Lage im Innenhof in Brüssel - Perfekte Lage in Brüssel, neben einem sehr freundlichen Gastgeber mit super liebem Hund!
• Dr. Nils (10/5): Einzigartiges Stadthaus in perfekter Lage - Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert! - Das Stadthaus liegt in einem wunderschönen Innenhof mit eigenem Garten – eine absolute Besonderheit mitten in Brüssel! Das Viertel ist lebendig und voller Charme, ideal zum Erkunden. Die Renovierung ist liebevoll und sehr geschmackvoll umgesetzt: tolle Farben, hochwertige Designermöbel und ein stimmiges Gesamtkonzept. Die Küche ist riesig und komplett ausgestattet – sogar mit scharfen Kochmessern, was wir in einer Ferienwohnung noch nie hatten! Das Haus war zudem super sauber, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Auch das große Bad ist ein echtes Highlight. Der Kontakt mit Jean-Philippe war sehr nett und freundlich, er hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben.
• Pamela (9/5): We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend this place! - The house was in an excellent location, close to restaurants and grocery stores. The space was large and light and very comfortable. It's a great getaway space in a city that's large and noisy. The garden space including a dog and cat made the space very cozy as well. The washing machine was also a big plus after many days of travel. The lock on the outside of the building proved to be a real problem for us and we had to call the owner a couple of times for help with it. Even another tenant in the building expressed to us the trouble he was also having accessing the property.

• Bernardita (10/5): Casa preciosa. - La casa es preciosa y perfectamente equipada. Todo estaba impecable y muy bien decorado. La ubicación es muy buena para llegar caminando a todos lados. Jean Philippe fue muy atento y estuvo siempre pendiente. Para nosotros no fue un problema, pero hay que subir escaleras angostas para llegar a las habitaciones.

• Sophie (9/5): - Le logement est très grand pour quatre personnes. Jolie pièce à vivre lumineuse et attenante à une grande cuisine bien équipée. Nous n'avons pas rencontré notre hôte mais il était joignable et disponible par message. Le chat est très accueillant et demandeur de caresses. Il faisait chaud et il s'est occupé de monter la garde devant la porte ouverte! Nous avons visité la ville et quelques musées à pied depuis ce logement qui est très bien situé. Nous recommandons ce logement pour quatre personnes. Pas de point négatif à signaler.

• Celine (9/5): We really enjoyed staying in this charming and comfortable house with lovely garden - This is a lovely house, the garden a little oasis which makes for a great spot to relax between explorations of the city. Excellent living area, big kitchen, all light and airy with big windows and high ceilings, and altogether a charming and comfortable atmosphere. It was quiet, peaceful, yet close to several nice squares - Londres, and by St Boniface church - with lively bars and restaurants. We walked everywhere, and it was very easy to get to the Eurostar station on the Metro. There were 3 of us, lots of space to be together or for the teenager to retreat to the top floor. The dog and cat were adorable. The owner an absolute gem who give clear instructions for arrival and keys etc, came to say hello when there and was very helpful when we needed somewhere to leave our luggage. Needed a few more, and better, pillows, but I'm sure this is soon done.

• Rose (10/5): Exceptional - Great location close to shops and restaurants and within walking distance of the Grand Place. There's a Lidl 100m away, which is handy for provisioning. The apartment is quiet and comfortable. The friendly pets were a bonus!
• Tina (9/5): Great find, in the heart of the City. - A great find in a perfect location to explore the city. The accommodation is lovely, nicely furnished, with everything you need. I had been in contact with Jean- phillipe before and during our stay. He was helpful and courteous. His daughter Ana greeted us, and was available if need be. The family pets, Truc, the cat and Nala, the dog, were there to great us every morning. There is a Lidl, a few doors down, and a square, with a deli, a few bars and eateries. We were able to leave our cases in the accommodation on our last day, which was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay here, thank you. There was nothing we didn't like, but some people may find the stairs to the upper levels a bit tricky.
• Padraic (10/5): Great location, great property, accommodating owner, friendly dog! - Attractive and comfortable home located well for moving around Brussels and/or taking day trips. The owner makes himself available, is very accommodating making sure we had everything we needed even ideas mentioned on a whim. Not everyone will enjoy this but I was glad to have the occasional interaction with Jean-Philippe's dog, a very homey connection! There wasn't anything I didn't like. The stairs to the 3rd floor bedroom were a challenge at 75 but I was aware of them before I booked in.
• Leah (9/5): We loved staying here! It was a prime location, with groceries nearby and easy access to public transportation. Great “h - Super cute space with lots of space and bright light! Great location to walk and take public transportation. Loved having Nala around to greet us every morning and enjoying the yard space. Wish we could have stayed longer! High ceilings made it a little echoey inside! Be aware if you have a louder kiddo 😅.
• Francesco (9/5): The house in the city but with the quiet of the garden - Really nice house. Well placed, in a joyful block of Bruxelles. It is close to the city, but at the same time is very quiet. The host, and his family, are really kind and always available. Garden was not clean.
