In Booking.com there were available rooms in Sea Shell Residence but actually there wasn't. They wasted our time by not updating their room availability. Also we were in trouble as it was late night.

But the room i booked at booking. Com i didn't receive the room. The manager told me the room i booked is not available. I booked a room almost 6/7 days earlier and the booking site showed my booking was confirmed but whenever i reached the hotel they said my room is not available. I said there is a booking through the booking site online. They checked my email from the Booking site and still said " yes they confirmed your booking but sorry the room is not available" then I booked another room unintentionally.

- G (4/5): Disappointing - Close to the airport Mosquitos and alot of them couldnt sleep for the 2 nights that i was there, ome night i decided to keep myself entertained by waging war, in total i eliminated 26. I have stayed at this location only back in November and that's why I didn't have a problem booking in with these guys again. However they have let me down on this occasion. It would seem that they are disinterested as they have a newer venue, which i belive they are migrating over to. However a customer is a customer and a customer is for life, do you think I will be using your facilities again? Such a shame 😞
