Lyndon (5/5): Nice accommodation. Dreadful management company. - It was a very comfortable dwelling, well layed out and very well equipped. Complicated system for completing the booking. There’s a non refundable payment on booking. Against booking.com’s recommendation to never share personal details with the owners or click on any link, we were asked to click on a link and provide drivers license, passport details, self portrait picture, credit card details, phone details of everyone staying and mode of transportation. They also required a $500 deposit. I refused to do that and was asked to visit their office to pay the deposit which they assured would be refunded asap. 4 days later, still no refund. The switch board tripped and it took them almost 24 hours to sort out the problem.
