• Joslin (10/5): A luxurious home away from home with the most confortable beds. Perfect for our family stay . - Property was bright & airy. Exactly like the photos showed. Beds were very comfortable, linen was top class. A selection of pillow sizes( soft & hard) was a great touch. Furniture was homely & comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Bathroom towels were soft & large, shower was warm with a great flow. Nice big mirror. Wi-Fi was strong & many TV apps including Netflix made evenings relaxing . Public transport into city 4 minute walk from property. A Quiet & perfect location . No complaints ..would definately stay there again !

• Yves (10/5): Very good, I visit my daughter every two year who is living in Melbourne, I will be return next time if available. - Very nice appartment, large and clean, well furniture and comfort. Good localisation closed to bus and tramway. Supermarket at ten minutes walk. Just lack an oven dish, it’s a detail!
• Alexey (10/5): Great value for money in a recently renovated unit within close proximity to the beach and restaurants. - Location on a quiet street within 15-20 min walk to the St Kilda beach. Good size unit with parking. Nicely renovated. Only minus is that there was only one bathroom and no aircon in the bedrooms but it was not too big of an issue for us. Overall very good value for money offering. There is only 1 bathroom and no aircon in the bedrooms but we knew it in advance so no complaints from us.
• Peter (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very clean and spacious also looks very nice. The dishwasher made cleaning up a breeze. Love the washer and dryer combo machine. The beds in both rooms are very comfortable, big plus in this apartment. Street parking with permit another big plus plenty of parking directly outside the apartment. The location was quiet and peaceful, and only a 10 minute drive to St Kilda beach, which the kids loved.

• Cam (9/5): Charming Charnwood - Location & apartment was fantastic, check in very easy, close to beach & trams, great stay If I have one criticism I think for less than $10 a booking maybe enough coffee, tea & milk for the stay wouldn't be too much to ask.
• Tracey (9/5): Lovely comfortable stay - The apartment was lovely, extremely comfortable. Everything for a stay away from home. The only hard thing for us was the stairs to the apartment. We were 2 older women travelling on our own so was heavy lifting suitcases.

Perfect location for our needs It was very cold on arrival and took a long time to warm up. The beds were quite cold, a warmer doona would be a good idea. We had to use all the spare blankets.

Dish washer right draw clip missing could not raise height above dishes to wash. Washer/dryer- could not get dryer cycle?? Tv remote needs new batteries. Oh could not email booking.com back about this or the property manager/owner even sms blocked so now airing this in public.
