The view from the room was special and it was all clean with some signs that whoever designed it actually cared. It wasn't a box. The food was great, both breakfast and the sandwich we had the night before. And also, it wasn't over priced when on site which is amazing considering where it was. The type of real life care that means you build a relationship with the place. Loved every part of it. Nothing at all.

Nice lakeside beautiful hotel like secret garden! The hotel honor was kind and helpful. We will return there definitely. The bathroom was a bit small for two. But nice designed.

• Maan (10/5): Amazing - Hotel Seeburg is a true gem on Lake Brienz near Interlaken. Stunning lake and mountain views, spotless and comfortable rooms, and a delicious breakfast make it unforgettable. The owners and staff are warm and welcoming, and the peaceful location is perfectly connected to Interlaken. Highly recommended!

• Krisztina (10/5): Place you shall visit once in your lifetime - The hotel is a hidden gem of Switzerland directly at the lakeside of Lake Brienz having beautiful garden and like a 'postcard' view to the lake and all the mountains around. The ship station is directly in front of the hotel. Public transportation to reach any destination is easy by train and bus that are 10-minutes walk. Be prepared for the steep steps in the first few minutes on the path.The room was cosy and clean with comfortable bed, each day we started the day watching the lake and beautiful environment from our window. Quacks of the ducks woke us up. The breakfast contained several options and had very good quality. We loved the familial atmosphere mainly thanks for Peter and Shiva who were extremely kind and helpful. We felt like members of their family. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel and can recommend this place warm-heartedly. We return here for sure when we visit this area next time.

From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality made us feel like part of the family. The owners Pater and Shiva, take immense pride in preserving the hotels beauty. Their passion for hospitality runs deep. One of our highlights was the amazing breakfast served every morning. Fresh, local ingredients were the star from homemade jams and fresh baked breads to selection of cheese, cold cuts, seasonal fruits, eggs , hash browns and grilled vegetables. They even served the best salmon tartare. Each mornings spread was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, giving us the perfect start to our day. Whether you’re here to explore the nearby hiking trails, take a boat ride across the lake, or simply relax in serene surroundings this hotel offers a perfect balance of nature, comfort and authentic Swiss heritage. When we left we were greeted by the owners with a special gift of Swiss chocolate. I truly can’t say enough how amazing this hotel was. 10 out of 10. Loved everything about this hotel

• Romina Estefania (10/5): Hermosa estadía frente al lago !! - El hotel es muy hermoso, con habitaciones muy cómodas! Super amplias. Nos ha tocado la habitación al frente y la vista es preciosa. El baño cómodo. El desayuno muy rico y completo! El frente donde están las mesas junto al lago es precioso ya que si toca algún día sin lluvia se puede disfrutar bien de un café o copa de trago junto al lago. La limpieza muy bien. La atención del personal también, todos muy amables. Lo bueno del hotel es que si te hospedas te dan una tarjeta para poder moverte gratis en las cercanías como ir al céntrico. Las vistas son increíbles y muy tranquilo todo. Realmente es un sitio para descansar y relajarse. Las habitaciones son muy silenciosas y espaciosas. Tiene un pequeño muelle cito que para un catamaran donde podes ir de paseo. Eso no es del hotel pero la parada está justo allí Lo único no tan bueno es que para llegar tenes que bajar por una lomada. Ese sería el único acceso y eso es un poco cansador. Para personas mayores es muy difícil. Leímos comentarios que lo decían pero la verdad que es bastante más empinado de lo que pensamos. Sería un buen gesto o plus que desde el hotel te dieran esa ayuda para salir del hotel cuesta arriba con las valijas. Yo que soy joven me cansé ajjaa ni me imagino una persona mayor.

The breakfast was also delicious. On top of that, the hotel's surroundings and outdoor areas by the lake were very pleasant and inviting. For all these reasons, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. A big thank you to the entire staff for such a lovely visit! For an even more comfortable experience, the hotel could consider replacing the metal chairs on the balcony with foldable sun loungers. That said, the balcony was still very pleasant, and the view from it was beautiful.

We watched the sunrise from our balcony every morning accompanied by the sounds of birds. The bed was comfortable. There were many closets in the room. The hotel was newly renovated. There were many options for Muslims at breakfast. Every morning we ate salmon and eggs that Mr. Peter brought to our table by the lake. There was a path next to the hotel where we could walk and only meet local people. We walked by the lake accompanied by the sounds of birds. There was also a separate section with sun loungers where you could enter the lake. The hotel is right next to the ferry pier. Parking is free. We would also like to thank Mr. Peter and the hotel owner, Mrs. Michel, who took special care of everything in the hotel.

The only thing to be aware of is after you reach the train station you have to take a bus and then walk to the hotel. The walk could be hard for some people.

We arrived around 1 p.m. for check-in, and the lady at the front desk woke up from her sleep to check us in. They gave us discount cards and many good sightseeing recommendations, and even a very tasty bar of chocolate upon check out. The front restaurant area is a dream. Best view out of any hotel in Switzerland we stayed at. Highly recommend.

• Pk.. (10/5): Hidden gem in the heart of Interlaken.. - An amazing property situated next to Ringgenberg pier. Great staff, service exceeded expectations. The surprise was the "garden". Awesome setup overlooking Lake Brienz. Will definitely recommend this property for a long/short stay. Nothing.

The owners and staff were personal and friendly. The room could use an upgrade to modern style, but was clean and really spacious. I wish more rooms had balconies.
• Walter (9/5): We'll be back next year! - The location is amazing, right at the lThuner See. You can have breakfast of snacks throughout the day and evening right the waters edge in a nice gardn setting. There is no restaurant in the hotel but we got snacks and wine (from a small but good wine menu) served very nicely even after midnight. There is a very good restaurant within walking distance (12 min) with great food, a wide wine selection and a very good local beer (from the tap). Parking is limited but additional spaces are available behind the hotel through a gate accessible only for guests. This is is important because there is a pier for the ships operating on the lake out front and some people try to park there to go on a (very nice) cruise. Meeting another car on the way there on the steep, narrow road is a definite challenge because one of the cars has to back up, no passing each other. Speaking of traffic: accessing locations in the local mountains is perfect. Instead of booking a very definitely wayy overpriced hotel in Grindelwald this was a perfect choice. The scenic drive took just 25 min. The rates for rooms overlooking the lake are Swiss-typical eye-watering.

The breakfast was fantastic. It’s very quiet which makes it easy to relax. Shuttle bus from the hotel every half hour into Interlaken made it easy to go out and explore each day. The owner was very friendly and personable. Couldn’t get any better!

The hotel staff accommodated our request for a "to-go" breakfast, which helped us with our morning trip to Jungfraujoch. Electric car chargers (3) available (paid but normal network as the rest of the region). Prosecco at breakfast and eggs on butter goes to show the quality. A 7min walk from the nearby train station. All good.

• Nazia (9/5): Perfect! The view was amazing 😍 - The location, the view of the lake, it was nice and quiet and it was really clean. I used this hotel as my base, so I was able to travel to Lauterbrunnen, Mürren, Grindewald, Bern, Brienz. It was just perfect, if you are hesitant about booking don’t! Just book it. It’s not to far from Ringgenberg train station, which can get you to Interlaken ost in 3/4minutes, there is a local bus too. The breakfast had a good variety. I wish I could stay longer! Wheeling suitcases to/from the Train station/Bus
• Giedrius (10/5): Fairly luxurious hotel on a magical lakeside - Super peaceful and quiet, amazing views in a cozy small town, probably the best breakfast we had from the 7 different hotels we tried all over Switzerland. The room was spacious, had everything we needed. A nice addition - lakeside terrace that you can access 24/7. Really considering coming back. A much better option for those with car rather than neighboring interlakken.
• Lim (9/5): One of a kind experience. Will be happy to be back in the future! - Excellent breakfast! Friendly and attentive staff! Amazing view! Location is great too, not too far from Interlaken Ost and yet you get to enjoy the tranquility of this quiet and beautiful village, Riggenberg. Toilet could have been slightly bigger. Pillow was slightly uncomfortable. Air conditioner can be quite loud at night.

• Soumitra (10/5): Exceptional - Everything! The property is simply excellent. The owners are very kind and generous. The location is right beside the Brienz lake. Rooms are spacious and our room had a big balcony as well. The view from the view is amazing!! Only that the hotel is located downside the hill and railway station and bus stand are up the hill. So, if you are coming by bus aur train, you will have to walk your way down. But, it is easily accessible by road and cruise. The cruise comes directly to Riggenburg just outside the hotel.

• Rod (9/5): Fantastic location, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. - Breakfast was superb, especially when taken by the lakeside. Ideal location for getting onto the boat around the lake. Staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. The walk from the hotel up to the main road and bus stop is steep and would not be good for those with mobility issues.

• Congyi (10/5): Great hotel with breathtaking view! - The room view is breathtaking. I like to have breakfast by the lake. It's just so beautiful. It's also very convenient to take the ferry. A little far from train station. Difficult to climb with luggage.
