• Luana (9/5): Ottimo appartamento e molto buona la posizione, ci siamo trovati molto bene - E' un appartamento senza colazione, ma c'è la possibilità di prepararsela, l'appartamento è ampio e molto vivibile, la posizione è ottima, abbastanza vicina alla stazione, quindi molto comodo muoversi. C'è l'ascensore anche se molto piccolo, però funzionale per chi ha difficoltà a fare le scale

• Karen (8/5): Good handy location and had what you would expect - Good location. Easy to find Coffee machine. And dishwasher were fab No kettle. There was a base but no jug Did think there were 2 bathrooms but actually meant 2 toilets. Chain in second loo was a bit unpredictable.

• Rian (8/5): - Central location within walking distance from station. Nice spacious apartment. Aircons worked great in sweltering heat. The apartment is fully fitted which made it very comfortable. Wifi was not the best, rooms a distance from lunge area could not connect to wifi. The electricity in this apartment keeps on tripping if too many items are on at the same time. So we at times had to switch off some of the aircons to keep the oven going.
• Manuel (6/5): Bien situado y cómodo, pero con una sola ducha - El apartamento está bien situado, al lado de la estación de Santa María Novella, y cerca del centro. Es amplio, cómodo y estaba limpio. La cocina está bien equipada y la nevera es grande. La redacción del anuncio y el orden de las imágenes inducen a engaño: solo hay un baño que disponga de ducha. El otro baño solo dispone de inodoro y lavabo. Cuando llegamos, nos tocó esperar 40 minutos a que un empleado viniera a abrirnos, enseñarnos el apartamento y darnos las llaves, aunque habíamos avisado con tiempo suficiente del horario aproximado (dimos una hora de margen) en el que llegaríamos.

Conserje desatento, inútil y poco cordial - El departamento es muy cómodo, muy bien equipado, de buen gusto, cálido, tal cual se ve en las fotos, tenía ascensor para una persona el cual usamos para subir las maletas y para mí misma que me cuesta subir escaleras , muy limpio , tenía libros para niños, algunos juegos de mesa, no sé escuchaban los ruidos de la calle porque tenía buena aislación con vidrios dobles, funcionaba bien el aire acondicionado, el baño funciona perfectamente, con buena presión de agua caliente, es apto para familias, hay buena privacidad de los dormitorios con respecto a la cocina y el living. El conserje, quien cobró en efectivo 35 € porque nuestro avión llegó más tarde del horario de oficina, no nos indicó como se prendían los aires acondicionados, le escribimos enseguida y no supo que contestar . Por suerte descubrimos una llave que conectaba la energía eléctrica del circuito de los aires y pudimos solucionarlo, luego paso algo más grave: La lavadora estaba rota y no nos avisaron, entonces la ropa se trabo y se rompió. El lavado continuaba por horas...desconectamos la lavadora de la red eléctrica para que se apague...El conserje ( el único teléfono con quien podíamos hablar) se demoro mucho en respondernos, dijo que andaba bien la lavadora, que no sabíamos usarla y después de nuestro tercer reclamo, mando a un técnico para arreglarlo, sin avisarnos, en un momento en que nosotros no estábamos presentes , a pesar de que le escribimos por WhatsApp varias veces. Otro tema menor, solo llegaba bien la señal de wifi al primer dormitorio al resto no llega.
• Tiffany (9/5): Our family's favorite! Large, comfortable, and convenient flat! - We stayed in 5 properties during our Italy trip, and this was hand's down the best! Madeline explained where things were as we settled in. Flat was large, and having 3 queen beds was terrific. The powder room was much appreciated for our family of 5. Washing maching did a great job, and there was plenty of handing space to dry. Wonderful location! It would have been nice to have coffee or tea available. Also, the breaker went out several times while we were there -- doesn't like a/c+washing maching+anything else. However, that may have been an "us" problem, and it was easy for us to flip the breaker and get electricity going again (thanks to Madeline's great introduction). Both very minor items that didn't sour our stay at all.

• Diana (5/5): Disappointed at customer service - Location was good. I liked having 3 bedrooms The lift was tiny, you can’t even fit luggage. No instructions for washing machine. It malfunctioned during operation and the staff was bouncing me from one number to another one only in the morning I had some help. Very poor customer service. In the morning there was no drier and my clothes needed to be brought to local laundromat for drying. I wasted over 2 hrs on this process. Not what I want to do in vacation!
