Entire home smells dumped; stains on wall, A/c was placed at the top of the wardrobe makes the a/c blade for up and down cannot move freely and causing blockage to the cool air to be spreading to the entire unit; A/c sooooo dirty; smelly bed linens and looks truly affected with wear and tear; sheets turned yellowish .. TOILET/BATHROOM ? Just extremely disgusting .. Nothing that I like with this property .. Entire home smells dumped; stains on wall, A/c was placed at the top of the wardrobe makes the a/c blade for up and down cannot move freely and causing blockage to the cool air to be spreading to the entire unit; A/c sooooo dirty; smelly bed linens and looks truly affected with wear and tear; sheets turned yellowish .. • Sofia Lucia (8/5): - posizione comoda, vicino ci sono ristorantini locali e un centro commerciale con anche una farmacia e un ATM. Ci sono aria condizionata e acqua calda. Piscina al 35• piano con vista stupenda aperta fino alle 22 ( ci sono delle restrizioni sull’abbigliamento, non accettano bikini troppo succinti o costumi da uomo troppo corti). L’host ci ha accolti anche alla sera tardi senza problemi ed è stato sempre disponibile. Non trattandosi di un hotel, non esiste una reception, ma diverse persone che gestiscono alcune delle stanze e a cui rivolgersi per ogni evenienza. (Per questo è possibile prenotare nello stesso palazzo con diversi prezzi e diversi riferimenti). Gli standard di pulizia non sono eccelsi, c’erano insetti in camera e le lenzuola di uno dei due letti erano macchiate. In una stanza c’era uno sgradevole odore. Ma tutte cose accettabili se si usa la stanza come appoggio per muoversi in città. Non segnalata in fase di prenotazione la richiesta di una cauzione in contanti di 230myr (anche se a noi non è stata chiesta Perchè siamo arrivati tardi e ancora non avevamo prelevato contanti). Non viene effettuata la pulizia della stanza, né il cambio degli asciugamani.
• Fuad (6/5): Pleasant - Strategic location We arrived late at the stay around 4pm, but unfortunately, the room was not as clean as expected. The floor was sticky, and it felt like the room had just been quickly cleaned before our arrival. Considering check-out is at 12pm and check-in at 4pm, there should be ample time to prepare the room properly. I hope the management can improve the cleanliness for future guests.

• B (5/5): Not the best experience - The bathroom was clean, the view is incredible Hard the find the staff for checkin and so rude. Sheets were dirty and matras really hard. Bad WiFi, tv not working. Also the room smells and the neighbors makes a lot of noise.
• Sophie (2/5): Poor customer service and no air con - 30 minutes walk to the centre, nice pool however sunbeds at the rooftop swimming pool are very worn and dirty.. but lovely view of Kuala Lumpur!! Arrived a day late due to plane delays, was told unable to check in until 3pm despite having already paid for the previous night. It was difficult to get hold of anyone as no one was at the office and we didn't know where the office was to check in. No greetings on arrival, eventually I was able to check in but the air con did not work and the room started with air con.
