- Carola (8/5): - Die Lage nahe Kings Cross und dem Eurostar ist super. Die Vermietung ist sehr bemüht, alles rund um An- und Abreise gut zu regeln. Das Schlafzimmer zum Hinterhof ist ziemlich ruhig. Achtung: Nicht verwechseln mit einem gleichnamigen Gebäude in 2 km Entfernung!
- RebZed (7/5): - Great position, very quiet even though it's minutes from King's Cross station. Very spacious and has most of what you need for your stay. Very easy to get the keys at whatever time you arrive in London. The staff is very responsive when you have questions. There could be a couple more items in the kitchen that would make the stay more comfortable, like a jug for water, but it's really small stuff.
They didn't factor enough towels for 2 people and it took them a couple of days to provide them when I asked, but luckily it wasn't a major inconvenience as my husband arrived a couple of days later than I did. Just a tip for the management company, make sure you check how many people are staying and plan accordingly.

Lo hablé con el anfitrión y me dijo que las cambiaría al día siguiente, lo que agradecí. Sin embargo, no lo hizo, no vino a cambiar nada y estuvimos los tres días con esas sartenes. - Nils (7/5): Stabile Unterkunft zum guten Preis mit leichtem Verbesserungspotenzial - Sehr gute Lage. Vermieter gut erreichbar und freundlich. Ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen und dank der vollwertigen Küche auch gut zur Selbstverpflegung geeignet. Im Badezimmer leider sehr viel Schimmel in allen Fugen und am Duschvorhang. Dazu sind da mehrfach kleine Käfer oder so rumgelaufen.
Der Warmwasserbehälter steht im Schrank des Flures und beheizt die Wohnung massiv. Selbst bei Außentemperaturen um 15 Grad, war es sehr warm und wir mussten permanent die Fenster offen haben.

- Petr (5/5): - The area was quite and we felt safe there. Appartment was clean. It looked as pictures on the profile, maybe little bit more used, anyway it gave us a nice asylum during our staying in London. We were able to make basic breakfast and relax. Wi-Fi was running without any issue. Also the guidance, how to set up things and what to do when leaving the appartment, was clear. I liked the option to pick-up and return keys in the store at any working hour. The main issue was the boiler and heating in the bathroom. It was hot all the time and made a hot air in the rest of the appartment. I tried to solve it with owners remotely, they were supportive, anyway only later we figured out, how to solve it. The couch was not assembled fully (or some piece was missing), so pieces moved out when sleeping during the night. Not fully equipped kitchen (with forks and other basic stuff).

- Unai (3/5): Good appartment not for kids and with conflictive neighbors - Good location and facilites. It has everything you need for a nice stay. Neighbors (with very bad looking aspect and conflictive) were threatening our kids because of the noise we were not making. Even insulting and knocking the door with violence. That made us to be unpleasant in the apartment the whole week with tension and not enjoy the stay.

- Amelia (8/5): Very convenient and comfortable apartment near Kings Cross. - Very convenient to St Pancras Kings Cross. Good apartment and bathroom. Washing machine and dryer with kitchen make this better than a hotel for 2 singles or a couple or couple and 1 child. Front door lock very sticky and difficult to close with key.
Might be good to provide a coffee maker or plunger.

- KEIKO (4/5): - キングクロスの駅から徒歩6分程度と近かったです。
ベッドルームがあり、ソファーベットもあるので3人〜4人問題なく泊まれます。 アパートの鍵を近くのショップで受取、部屋に着いたらその鍵が機能せずにドアが開かなくて困った。
大家さんと連絡を取り20分待ってと言われたが来たのは40分後。
夜9時頃アパートに着いたのに部屋に入れたのは10時。日本からのロングフライトで疲れてたのに鍵トラブルで更に疲れた。鍵のメンテナンス位しておくのが当たり前と思う。
また、トイレットペーパーが半ロールしかなく翌日自分達で買いに行き、領収書を渡してくれたら払うと言われたのに結局そのお金は返されず非常に腹立たしく思う。
極めつけは最後チェックアウトで鍵を受け取った所に返却したにも関わらず、鍵が返ってこないからクリーニングに入れないと言われ、不愉快でした。管理人さんと大家さんの行違いで結局は鍵は返却されたとメールきたけど誤りもなくこれも非常に不愉快でした。
このアパートは懲り懲りです!!

L appartement même est bien équipé pour recevoir un couple ou une famille, même si le batiment fait un peu vétuste (simple vitrage) Manque une prise dans la salle de bain (mais grand miroire et prise dans la chambre)
- Helene (6/5): Wohnung in eine gute Lage - Sehr gute Lage man kann alles schnell erreichen. Viele Verkehrsverbindungen, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Gastgeber war bemüht. Leider war der Apartment nicht so komfortabel wie beschrieben. Es gab zwar eine Küche, aber kein einziges Topf oder Pfanne zum Kochen. Eine Handseife wäre auch gut gewesen. Es war sehr laut, weil unten im Erdgeschoss ein Pub ist und die betrunkenen Gäste bis in die Nacht sehr laut schreien, sitzen auch oft Obdachlose und Drogenabhängige im Hauseingang, sondern dass nicht ohne weiteres reinkommt. Der Couch war leider kaputt, so dass wir nicht richtig schlafen konnten.
- Berni (9/5): Un alojamiento bien ubicado. - La ubicación y espacio. Es incómodo que hay que recoger las llaves del apartamento varias cuadras de distancia del mismo. Eso dificulta la llegada con maletas y de tarde/noche. Es poco cómodo ir a recoger las llaves a varias cuadras.
Tampoco me gustó que la loza no estaba limpia, no había jabón de baño, ni paño para secar la loza.

- Adriana (8/5): Prima voor kort verblijf. - Locatie was perfect. Dicht bij metro en st.pancras international. Gezellige pub om de hoek (the Skinner Arms).
Ondersteuning bij incheck was heel fijn (ik gebruikte de verkeerde sleutel). Appartement kwam op ons wat kleurloos over. Veel wit, niets aan de wand. Bij aankomst was het nogal warm in het appartement, terwijl de radiatoren uit stonden. Slechts 1 raam kregen we 10 cm open.
- XIAOBO (1/5): 特别差 - 没有满意的地方! 卫生极差,没有换整个房间被套,给我们换的被套是之前二轮次以上客人用过的床上用给我们换上,为什么这么做?管理特别差!当我们鼻子闻到枕头和被子上的汗臭味电话联系后派人给我们来人换了被子,但是服务员还不拿走,用垃圾袋装在房间里,极恶心!这个房子下面有二个酒吧也很吵闹!不推荐住!
- Chris (4/5): Amazing location and most stressful pre-check-in ever, so I will forever try to avoid My Perfect Stays hosted properties - Conveniently located and things were pretty clean inside. I think the property was fine, but all of the check-in and checkout communication was very stressful with their demands to share personal info via unsecure means. In fact they asked for photos of ID to just be sent via messaging apps and said that we must do it as they state in their additional info and “said” the data is handled securely. Then they required us to call a manager before we could move forward and he told us it was because accounts had been hacked. These are the accounts they “said” are secure. Anyway, when actually communicating with My Perfect Stays they were somewhat accommodating in some areas like waiving their requirement to send an international bank transfer for the damage deposit, but I have never experienced a more stressful checkin process. Too much threatening and demanding language in their communication. When I had a property manager that was communicating like that, I let them go and found someone who cares about guests.

Abbiamo passato una bella settimana in famiglia. Semplicemente per preferenza personale, non amo la vasca con la tenda di fianco ma avrei preferito un box doccia. Comunque bagno pulito e funzionale.

- Anonymous (9/5): Superb - The apartment 5 min. from Kings Cross (very central, but in a quiet backroad) was clean, large and equiped with everything we needed for a week (for cooking, hairdryer etc.). The staff was very friendly and responded quickly to all our requests. A positive exemption compared to the many run-down, over-prized apartments on offer in London! The procedure regarding transferring an additional deposit (although the company had our credit card details) was a bit complex and produced extra costs (fees for international transfers). But obviously it prevents guests from ruining the apartment, which is good :)
- Ellen (6/5): Lots of space in a good location. Very clean. But Luxury? Not even a little! - We stayed 3 nights in mid-November. Heating is easy to turn on (by individual radiator).
Big windows & high ceilings on UK 2nd floor (US 3rd). Freshly painted. New kitchen appliances. It's well equipped for cooking on top of the stove (no oven pans), but there is no coffeemaking equipment of any kind! You cannot make coffee in this apartment. A kettle for boiling water, yes. And no kitchen towels.
The bedroom has a nice closet with hangers, good chest of drawers and bedside tables with lamps on both sides. Cheap furniture but nicely functional.
There's a good bathtub with shower. There’s a washing machine but no dryer. There's is a plastic drying cupboard in a corner of the living room. It contained duvet covers & sheet that weren’t fully dry.
So-so communication: questions via WhatsApp sometimes went unanswered, or answered so late they weren’t useful any more. Same with e-mail, though their form makes it hard to find their answers. Other times their response was right away. I suspect they’re in another time zone? There is an Emergency number to call, which was answered right away. To get the keys, you have to go to a convenience store on Euston Road, about a 7-minute walk. There is only one key, so a party of adults can’t go out on different schedules. You can’t even get in and out of the building because the key fob lets you in, and they didn’t reply when I asked for the code to punch in without the fob.
When we walked in, we were hit with a terrible strong chemical smell of “floral” air freshener! (Cotton Febreze bottle was on the counter.) It was a chilly day, but we opened windows to get rid of it. But when I lay down to sleep, it was strongly in the sheets & pillowcases. Took sheets off, but it was in the MATTRESS: someone had sprayed the mattress itself - to keep it from smelling musty, maybe? I smelled it all night. My nightgown smelled of it when I got home.Would have moved out next day if it didn’t mean losing the money. When I gently complained, they just suggested I air the sheets out. Bed sheets were synthetic, not cotton.
The floor looks like wood in the pictures, but it is plastic laminate. The yellow blankets & green cushion in the photo aren’t there: everything is grey or white, except the unpainted table and living room doors. There are no rugs, and no pictures on the wall. It's kind of depressing if you're spending time there.
The listing says bathroom accessories are supplied, but this means some half-used large bottles of shampoo. Hot water ran out halfway through my filling the bathtub on a Monday morning at 8:30 a.m. There is no wastebasket in the bathroom--a bit awkward. 250 GBP wired Deposit a big nuisance, esp at last minute: we were asked to send a screen shot!
There are things to like about this place, but I found it depressing in the end. The building is part of a really pretty complex, but it's not part of the pretty bit, it's down the street, and has a grimy hallway when you walk in.
- Marieke (7/5): Apartment near St Pancras Station. - The apartment is in a fantastic location! It's a 5-minute walk to St Pancras station and a 1-minute walk to the bustling city center. The apartment itself is in a quiet street. Perfect! Communication with the owner is very pleasant, they respond quickly and are very kind. The bed is comfortable to sleep in! The apartment can't really be described as luxurious. It's more of a basic apartment. When we arrived, the bedding and towels from the previous guests were still hanging on a drying rack. There are a lot of air fresheners used, which can be overwhelming when you enter the apartment. We had the windows open all day to make it feel fresher.
Furthermore, the apartment is in an old, unrenovated building. Indeed, there's some hassle with paying a deposit (£250) where you have to cover the transaction fee of €15 yourself.
A few tips for the owner: if you advertise as "luxury," consider investing a bit in that claim. For example, make the apartment a bit more inviting/cozy. Provide a coffee maker, maybe some coffee, tea, and other basic supplies (we had 1 roll of toilet paper for a week). Get a new shower curtain and some other items to enhance the guest's luxury experience.
Then we'll be happy to come back!

- Steve (7/5): Apartment was nice but wouldn’t call it Luxury - Great Location close to Kings Cross Rail station Didn’t read the important information on the property which states you need to pay a damage deposit of 250 pounds prior to getting access details .Was a pain as didnt have UK bank but managed to set up PayPal and paid , lost 15 pound on the bank conversion once refunded
- Szu-yu (6/5): The location is really near the station, however, the neighborhood may be not really clean. - The host replies really fast and the location is great. I don't know how to rate this property because actually I did not stay here, even if I paid the total price in advance. The problem we encountered is the temperature on check-in date was around 27 degrees, so when we entered into the property (around 18:00), we smelled the newly-decorated paint and also it was really hot inside. At that time, the property did not provide mobile air conditioning. We opened all the windows and try to cool ourselves, but it did not work really well. After an hour, we decided to change our stay to another nearby hotel. I texted the situation to the host and returned the key the next morning. By the discussion via WhatsApp, the host thinks he could not give us the refund, but he could give me a discount for next stays.

The apartment block had lift access as well so that was great. The kitchen is well equipped and it is within 5mins walking distance from the King's cross station. It was a bit difficult to share one bathroom between 4 people.
