- Lamia (1/5): We were very disappointed with our stay. We were expecting “Luxury Apartment” as advertised. - The location The apartment is in need of a lot of maintenance. The en-suite shower tray was cracked, the edges of the crack were sharp and protruding and leaked on the neighbours below, preventing us from using the shower for our entire stay (the host, by law, should fix this issue before renting it out)
The water supply was cut off for an entire day for pipe repairs but the host did not notify us prior to our arrival.
The washing machine was faulty.
The kitchen cooker only had 2 functioning hobs.
The kitchen cabinets are very old with missing handles.
The “fourth bedroom” is a tiny single room adjacent to the kitchen which wasn’t cleaned properly (hair on the duvet as shown in the photo)
The windows had random holes and were very thin. We couldn’t sleep due to the noise from the courtyard which started at 6am.
The curtains are short and weren’t effective in blocking the light.
Checkout is at 11am but the housekeepers decided to let themselves using their keys and without knocking, at 10.30am whilst we were still in the property (invasion of privacy!)

- Andres (8/5): Great location, but needs much needed maintenance. - The location is great. Easy access to the apartment and the lift is appreciated. The windows are very old and have big holes in them making the rooms very noisy, hard to get a good nights sleep. The bathroom has no curtain and the floors of the showers are dangerously slippery. Water gets in all the bathroom floor making it very uncomfortable. One of the stovetops doesn’t work and heats up on high regardless of the setting. The closets are low quality and many handles are broken.
