- Klaus (8/5): Lovely stay with a great view of Sydney. - It’s a nice studio with a very nice view. If you don’t mind a bit of walking you can take the Greenwich ferry into Sydney which we did a few times and loved. Having a private parking spot under the house was also a big plus for us! The immediate surroundings aren’t pretty but you forget once you’re in the apartment. And a short walk away it’s all very green and quiet.
- Lynne (8/5): Cute clean little studio with views at a reasonable price! - A cute little studio with a lovely view! Take your own supplies as there are no shops nearby
- Andrew (9/5): A wonderful outlook from our comfortable studio conveniently located was great. - The studio was clean and fresh. The view is stunning and the kitchen was well equipped. It took us a little while to locate the parking bay which is really suited for a smaller car.

- Andreas (10/5): Would love to come back 😊 - Great value for money! Clean and beautiful! 🤩 The public transport in the area not great, takes 45 minutes (inc walking) to get into the city, unless you simply drive and park in the city. In that case, it’s no big deal at all.
- Rogan (10/5): - There was no milk provided but everything else was good.
- amanda (10/5): It was very peace and relaxing in this beautifully clean apartment with a breathtaking view. Would highly recommend. - The view WA’s breathtaking. And the room as lovely and clean. Easily accessible with the bus route right out front. And the metro opened up easy access to the city.

- Mel (8/5): Car park is too small for any size vehicle other than a motor bike but otherwise property was good. - The amenities were great and just what I needed for a short stay. The location was in walking distance to where I needed to be. Lovely view. The place was advertised as having a parking space and it did but it was a very, very small parking space and it was impossible to get a car into it, even a small car. The parking space was next to a wall and had a pylon separating the car parking space and the one next to it. The position of the pylon made it impossible to get my small car into the space. As the car space opposite was occupied I would have needed that to be empty to even attempt to get my car in. A picture was supplied showing a car in the space however i can’t see how that vehicle got in without the car space opposite being empty. The driver would have had to use the space opposite to drive into and then reverse into the car space for this property and/or possibly needed to manoeuvre multiple times to get in. I don’t think it’s appropriate to advertise a property with a car space if a reasonably sized car can’t be driven into it reasonably easily. This meant I had to park in one of two visitor car parks which were very small also and in the main traffic area where people came in and out. I had a hire car so I was constantly worried it would be bumped or scraped by other cars. It was disappointing that I paid for a property advertising a car space was included but it wasn’t usable. I had seen other reviews on this property comment on the car space but they said a small car would be fine but I had a small car and it was impossible to park. I think the car space feature should be removed and replaced with suitable for a motorbike only. I would not book this property again if I had a car. I thought it was odd that there were no wheelie bins at the property and instead the rubbish had to be deposited in a cupboard in the hallway with everyone else’s rubbish just in bags thrown in there.

- Ian+Jenni (10/5): Wonderfully cosy as promoted - very functional with stunning views. - Location was as expected and view was as hoped for. Access was easy and car parking good (we had a small rental car and understood this constraint when booking). Very comfortable and cosy, fabulous outlook over bushland (in the middle of a bustling city) with a wide vista from Sydney city to Paramatta. Excellent lift access. Seemed like the occupant in the apartment above was doing renovations - at night? Some noise, including short bursts using an impact drill, but not enough to be a problem sleeping.
- Ali (9/5): Superb -
- Jack (7/5): Good for overnight - Very clean room and good location We had parking issues as the building is for residents and instructions not clear leading to us parking in someone else’s spot
- Malia (10/5): Comfortable & clean. Would book again & again! - The apartment was very comfortable and clean. A beautiful space. Had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Host was very responsive as soon as our booking was confirmed which made everything so smooth from check in to check out. I slept like a baby cause the bed was possibly the most comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on!!! And the view was a bonus!!!
- Suyog (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ahmad (10/5): Like a cloud that you’d dream of sleeping on - Unbelievable view of Sydney, with the cosiest bed I’ve slept on.
- Michelle (8/5): Once inside a lovely studio & host has supplied everything you need to be very comfortable - The view is superb, the kitchen is clean & very well stocked, bathroom is clean & the toiletries lovely. Unit back of building so highway noise not a problem The location is middle of industrial area so building itself not appealing & neighbours banging doors loud.
- Elsie (6/5): I would not hesitate to stay again once the lift is working and I could park in the visitors car park space. - The position of the studio is close to North Shore Hospital, which was the reason for my trip. It had everything I required for my stay. It was good to have a microwave to cook rolled oats for breakfast in the studio of a morning before I went out of a daytime. The view of the city at night is great. Bus is on the opposite side of the road which goes to St Leonard’s station.? The lift was out of order which caused much stress and pain due to a back problem I have, of which I was having treatment for at the Pain Centre North Shore Hospital. The parking space is really for a smaller car not for a larger sedan.
- Vadim (7/5): Good -
- Martin (8/5): very nice -we'd do it again -
- Laura (9/5): Superb -
- Nicholas (9/5): A lovely stay. - Sensational views, close to public transport and RNSH Car parking is very limited and impossible to access for anything larger than a very small car. There are some unallocated guest spots but these fill up quickly.
- Haris (1/5): Very very bad stay - Very bad experience… no safety at all .. very bad management
- Brown (8/5): Overall nice, quiet stay and great location for us and what we were doing for the weekend - The views Small car park not suitable for a larger vehicle and the visitor car park not always available and had to find a park in the street somewhere near by.
- Stephanie (10/5): Perfect quiet studio for a comfortable stay - Immaculate unit, super clean in a great location. Fabulous views too. The light was broken but the stairs were easy to navigate.
- Lezi (10/5): Exceptional - like it
- Alma (7/5): Nice BUT no lift, 6th floor. Must read reviews. - Clean and modern. Has a kitchenette, great balcony city view with a small table 2 chairs outside, WIFI, TV with Netflix - with guest access, small table with 2 chairs and a single couch. Suggested for a single or light traveller.
Photos from the website is the same. 6th floor level, no lift! 3 flights of stairs from parking. This should be stated. We had heaps of things with us and this was an awful time for us going back and forth with heavy things. The parking is doable for small cars, we had a Ford Focus. There's a visitor parking and onstreet parking except evenings Mon - Fri. Double bed only. Bathroom sliding door doesn't close fully. The main door has a gap on the bottom as well.
- Belinda (8/5): This is little gem of a studio appartment has ever you need with an amazing view. Perfect! - Small studio room, with everything you need. The view was amazing. Newly renovated. The building is a little old. Stairs 2 flights from main entrance more from car park. (elevator not working or so slow it might as well not be).
- Bryan (8/5): Potential to be excellent but currently just average w a view - The view was spectacular and the apartment was modern and fresh The elevator was not working
The Parking space was not big enough for even a small car and visitors parking was overflowing
Two of the days there was loud construction and drilling going on and when I reached out for a possible discount was told could cancel the reservation and get full refund which nobody wants to do last minute
- Kailah (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tim (10/5): A proper hidden gem - Excellent place. Very easy to check in. Apartment was very nice, clean and nicely furnished. Shower was great and the view is amazing. A proper hidden gem. Kitchen was well appointed. Bed was conformable but only a double which is fine if alone, but maybe a bit of a squeeze for 2. Travelled for work, so the location worked well for me. An Uber into the City is about 20 mins. Bus routes right outside on the main road, that take you straight into the city or down to St Leonard's / North Sydney, to get the train if needed. There is a parking spot but it is a very small space, so only suitable for a small car. However, there is a visitor spot outside the front of the building, and also quite a bit of street parking out the front (outside of ClearZone times, 3-7pm).
- Lisa (8/5): Very good - Everything!
- Alex (10/5): Exceptional -
- Suellen (6/5): Pleasant - The room had everything we needed and was very clean. Lovely view. The elevator on the property was not working for our entire stay. We are both in our seventies and my husband is still recovering from a heart attack 11 weeks ago. We had to bring all our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Everyday was very challenging to get to our room.

- Emily (10/5): Exceptional -
- Teigan (10/5): Great place, excellent value. I’ll definitely stay again! -
- Carolyn (8/5): Great - Lovely view, nice clean room, comfortable Car park was too small for our car
- Slava (9/5): Superb -
- Tina (9/5): Superb - Was a lovely wee
Unit with everything you needed. Nicely decorated with lovely hand wash and shampoo etc . Car space was right, we had a triton Ute so a little
Right to get in and out. Great to be on a bus route and close to trains station. No
Instruction to use tv and free to air.
- Tamiris (9/5): my stay was very good and peaceful - comfortable simple but with everything you need
- Mark (10/5): Great accomodation with a terrific view and an easy access to CBD transport - The view was amazing. What you’d expect from a studio apartment regarding facilities. Nice easy walk to bus direct into CBD would recommend. Everything was great, even had coffee available.
- Slava (10/5): Exceptional - Near new renovation, new kitchen, kitchen stuff, furniture, bathroom. 5 minutes walk to the plenty of bus routes, 20 minutes to the city. But at the same time very quite. Excellent view on the city and bay
- Nathaniel (10/5): Good experience all round - Good view, secure, tidy, good space, responsive host
- Ghanta (10/5): Exceptional -
