• MARA (8/5): Localização ótima - A localização é ótima próxima ao Vaticano e ao lado do metrô e de muitos restaurantes. Fabrizio é muito simpático e prestativo. Alguns itens precisavam de manutenção mas no geral valeu a pena.

• Anton (4/5): Disappointing - Nice location, close to the public transport, near by Vatican. The room was very damp, with visible signs of mold, which was being treated with chemicals. The smell of chlorine was so strong and long lasting that it made the children nauseous. Right next door, behind the wall, there was a bar, and it was impossible to sleep at night. From midnight until 3 to 5 AM, there was extremely loud noise.

• Zixiang (10/5): Exceptional - The location is excellent, very convenient with just a 10-minute walk to the Vatican. The environment is very comfortable and all living essentials, including cooking utensils, are provided. The host is incredibly kind and thoughtful, and we greatly appreciated the small gifts they gave us. We are extremely satisfied with our stay and hope to book again next time we visit Rome.
• Gately (9/5): Superb - We enjoyed our stay in this studio. It was in a perfect location. Our host was very friendly and helpful and a great communicator. The studio had a fridge and a washing machine which was excellent. Thanks for a great stay!! The neighbours were quite noisy.
• Andre (7/5): Good location. Avoid if you're planning to have a good night's rest. - Well equipped and nicely done apartment. Everything we needed was there. Loud music from adjacent bar all night till early morning (5am) on both nights that we stayed there. The place is also really tiny with one sofa bed on ground level and a small 2 person bed in a split level (loft) accessible by a steep ladder.

• Robert (8/5): Overall a good experience and we would recommend for location, ease of use and facilities - Location excellent, Apartment was well furnished/catered for and very clean. Fabrizio met us early (as we'd arrived earlier than expected) and gave us a tour, made recommendations etc. Was a very good host. Information given beforheand was very good and the apartment was in a great location, convenient for the metro (2 min walk) and the Vatican (5 min walk) while central Rome the other side of the river was also just a ten minute walk. Taxi from the airport was a fixed price of 31 Euros right to the fornt door which was a bonus. Mattresses were a bit thin and hard Also, the apartment backs on to a basement bar which had music/talking into the early hours - not great if you are a light sleeper although we'd had early starts and done lots of walking so it wasnt too bad for us.

• Dylan (8/5): Great location! - Great location and fantastic host. Fabrizio was helpful on arrival. Property is a stones throw from the Vatican. Clean and fully equipped. Lovely little studio near amenities and easy to get transport. The beds could be more comfortable. Too firm for our liking.
