• Prateep (10/5): Happily surprised at the quality of the property, it was total value for money! - The location was great, and the rooms were very clean.
• Martin (8/5): Great stay, great location. Communication could be slightly better. - The apartment was great. The rooms were large and comfortable and the amentities provided were nice and clean including a dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment is in a very good location only a 5 minute walk to Darling Harbour. The keys were very hard to find. We spent a good 10 minutes looking for the lockbox before we had to phone the host. We did not receive any additional specific directions on where to find the lockbox like the arrival instructions mentioned. The lockbox for the keys were not just outside the entrance. The lockbox was actually down the street and you had to actually cross over another road to find them, well out of sight of the entrance, a good 15 - 20 metres away. In my case the lockbox was actually under a bike, which made it even harder to find. To be fair to the host, Bill, he answered straight away and was very helpful in giving directions to the lockbox, and stayed on the call right up to when we got through the front door. One thing that the host was not good at was getting back to you when asking questions via text or email. I asked a question about which way the apartment was facing and did not get a reply for over 6 days. I even had to get my brother in Australia to text him where he said he would reply that evening but never did until a few days later.

Thanks Bill. - We truly had a great and memorable holiday in Sydney and the central location of your apartment with extremely easy access to Darling Harbour we found to be so vital. It was extremely comfortable with generous space, well equipped with a sense of homeliness. The inner city balcony added a great touch especially when waking up in the mornings and sitting outside. Thank you for your assistance with checking our luggage in early and also with giving us the option of leaving the luggage till later to make the most of our stay, and your generous assistance with many aspects. Your kind hospitality was much appreciated. Look forward to visiting again in the future. Larger hot water cylinder would be a great addition.

Bill is a very kind host and is readily available with quick solutions if you face any kind of problem . Nothing but It would have been better if change of linen is available at the property for long stays.

• Dianne (9/5): Superb - Location was perfect for our needs. Clean & tidy. Bill & Ash were very easy to deal with. Down side...we couldn't reach the cups on the top shelf & 2 milks would of been better. Second bed needs a mattress topper. Fans in bedrooms too noisy. We think stairs at the entrance should be noted in description. Would be a bit of inconvenience for elderly to access the lockbox when all the bikes are there. Hot tub is listed as a special feature but there isn't one. It is still listed when l checked.

• Ken (9/5): A clean comfortable well appointed apartment with a great host in the most fantastic location - Two great things - First was Bill who was great and sorted us out with no fuss when we managed to lock ourselves out of the apartment! All along he was great with comms and general support. Second is "location! location! location!" what a fantastic launch pad for enjoying all that Sydney has to offer - from bridge climb to seaplane over the harbour and all the superb restaurants/shops/bars all available via the harbour ferries for 50 cents a trip - unbelievable value and surely one of the best examples of an integrated transport system anywhere on the planet. This is going to sound really picky (since everything was great) but a suggestion would be to have a small step stool or similar to ease access to the top kitchen cupboards which are really quite high

We had utensils and cups etc, but also shampoo, conditioner, soap, tea and coffee. Enough space! The cooling wasn’t great in the bedrooms as they had these ineffective fans that didn’t blow much air.
• Reinier (4/5): Good for a short periode - We liked the little balcony, small kitchen and washing machine. Also flexible check out. The bathrooms were not clean, mold in the bathtub and mold in the shower. Kinda weird we needed to pick up the keys in a strange way, but was ok in the end. No AC so it was quite warm in the nights. Strange smells in the hallways. The area where this is located is not the nicest in Sydney. Next time we would stay somewhere else.

• Daniel (10/5): Great location, plenty of space, tidy, quiet, accomodating and great for a family of 4. - My family of 4 loved the location and the space in the apartment, near and tidy and even the balcony where we could sit and enjoy a coffee. Walking distance to Darling Harbour while still feeling like we were in the beautiful suburbs and lots of restaurants, bars and cafes in walking distance. The staff (Bill) was extremely helpful and friendly during our stay There wasn’t anything particular we didn’t like.

• Kay (7/5): This is a cheap appartment but for my purpose it was inconvenient - This should be mentioned in the initial booking. It was difficult and inconvenient. The lock box is a short walk away but not on flat ground so difficult on your own with suitcases etc. There was also only 1 set of keys. Maybe put 1 set in the lock box but have another available in the apartment. There was an elevator but on entry, there is a short flight of stairs to navigate with suitcases.

• Emmanuel (10/5): Stayed for 8 nights with my elderly parents and wife. Stay was comfortable. Close to grocery stores (Friendly Grocer, Co - Close to public transport (ICC). Complete kitchen, tea and coffee making facility, some cooking oil, salt, pepper. None I could think of. More than enough.
• Melanie (7/5): A quaint, quiet property in a good location. - The location was very handy to Darling Harbour. Very quiet, clean and a good sized lounge area with dining table, a couch and even a high chair. The outdoor patio, although very close to the neighbours, was a bonus. The family bathroom had a 3/4 sized bath which was lovely. The ensuite bathroom was also of good quality. The bed in the smaller bedroom was very hard and not comfortable. There was a washing machine but no dryer. The building is quite old but seemed well maintained. We were advised of issues with the hot water, but did not notice this being an issue for us. There were stairs to get up to the main level where the lift was, which was tricky with our age and heavy luggage. At least two more thick, warm blankets for the beds would have been wonderful.

Bill was very swift in responding to our queries. Instructions were clear and we were fortunate that Bill was able to accomodate our requests around our flight schedule as we were flying in from Melbourne. I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Sydney. What a great spot! Nothing. Everyone had a great stay! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

• Angie (9/5): Nice short stay in Sydney - The location is great - Darling Harbour is within walking distance, and there are a couple of supermarkets close by. The flat was clean, and the size was good for three people. It was nice to have a balcony so that we could hang our laundry outside. Bill is a great host - he's responsive, friendly and helpful. He accommodated our request to drop our bags off earlier, which we appreciated very much. Please note that there are a few steps to get up after you enter the main entrance, to get to the floor with the elevators. Overall we enjoyed our stay here very much.
• Carole (6/5): Found property on small side for cost but I guess Sydney accomodation is a premium charge. Found beds not very comfortab - Property was cool. In good location to be able to catch bus or light rail. Hosts very helpful as my mum was in a wheelchair found them very accommodating. Stairs at front of property can be a problem for people with mobility problems. But there is a lift that can be accessed with a key fob with permission from host. Found settee not very comfy and hard to see tv. Could do with more tv channels. Bed in 2nd bedroom slats under bed kept coming out causing mattress to collapse and was not comfortable. Would be nice touch if a bottle of milk would be left in fridge on arrival.
• Dawn (8/5): Adequate and well placed and good price - The apartment was a good size for 2 couples. Clean and well maintained. Would have liked a greeting package with information about the area and where to take out rubbish. Tea and coffee supplied but no milk

• Paula (7/5): Great location! - Great location for everything we wanted to do. An easy 10 minute walk to Darling Harbour and the Lyric Theatre. The room was very clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Bill was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The stairs at the entrance of the apartment block were a little challenging for us with our suitcases. Not a major issue though, just something to be aware of for older guests.

• Adrian (3/5): Disappointing - The proximity to Darling Harbour and the Convention Centre is good and also an easy walk into the CBD. 1. The bed slats in the bed in the second bedroom needed attention. My son could only use the side of the bed closest to the window as the slats on the side near the door kept on falling out. 2. The occupants of the unit opposite were making excessive noise and using power tools until 9pm. 3. When we stayed at the property there were no ceiling fans or air-conditioning in the unit. It was only September but the pedestal fans that were provided were just not up to the task, so will be a real issue in summer.

• Lynn (8/5): Very good - Great location. Far enough away from Darling Harbour to be quiet, but close enough to walk to all the attractions. Supermarket a 5 minute walk away is definitely a bonus. We would have liked place mats and coasters for the dining table, but that's about it.
• Alrashidi (9/5): Superb - The apartment was cosy clean comfortable beds extra beddings and nice furniture location was within walking distance of most attractions and bublic transport. The apartment was equiped with washing machine but no dryer there was all kinds of coffee and tea the shampoo and shower gel used was good quality not like other cheap ones used at other hotels but there was no hair dryer billy was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us and gave us a list of all the attractions definitely we will. Choose to repeat the stay No dryer no hair dryer

Just 4 minutes walked to train station and 3 minute walk to bus station to go to city it is also walking distance to darling harbour Bill is super nice and super helpful. we had everything we need on the apartment. the apartment is spacious and comfortable and having 2 full bathrooms which were what we looked for

• Tracey (8/5): A really convenient place to spend a weekend in the city. - The layout of the apartment was great. The beds were very comfortable and the shower in the ensuite was very powerful. The kitchen had all necessary facilities. The elevator, although a little dodgy, was great in terms of accessibility for my elderly mother. The location was not far from cafes and restaurants. And a bus stop was very close by. The door could have done with a draught excluder as there was a nasty draught coming from under the door and there didn't appear to be anything to warm up the living room. The neighbours seemed to be having a party on one of the nights but we had gone to bed fairly early...around 9pm. Probably the noise stopped at around 10pm so I can't complain too much.

It was very cosy, and bed was comfortable. Nothing really everything was great. However there was a cold breeze coming through the door, which probably could be resealed.

Kitchen , laundry and bathroom is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible.
