- Bhargava (6/5): Pleasant - We really liked the location. It is right in the city center with everything within walking distance. It was very convenient for us. - The room had a weird stench and the walls had mould because of the water damage. This was unpleasant to be with.
- the hand shower was broken and did not work properly, as the water was flowing from the break. And the overhead shower barely had water coming out from 2-3 pores.
- They don't have quilts/blankets and but only bedsheet sort of things to cover yourself. It does get cold in the night and that was uncomfortable.
- Derksen (5/5): I would not stay here until the water damage and mold issue is fixed. - The location was great. The apartment is more modern amd great layout. Problem was a very bad mold issue The bedroom had a very very bad mold issue from water damage. The owner was aware of this, yet did not inform. Did not respond to our messages about it, did not offer any kind of discount for this. This has been lime this for at least the last 5 to 6 months, as evident in the re news and pictures on line. Our fault for not paying better attention to this. The owner also does not respond to any messages or calls, but is quick to message you about check in and check out rules. Then they ghost you. The mold issue is so bad it should be a health concern and I'm surprised Booking.com has not removed this property until the problem is rectified. Booking.com is aware of the issue as it is mentioned in the reviews and they have refunded some guests a small portion of their stay. Unfortunate, because otherwise this apartment would be well worth the money. Thankfully we were only there for 1 night.
- Ellen (4/5): Property has a good location and has the potential to be great but desperately needs maintenance!!! - Great location with easy walks to the city, restaurants, trains, metro. Good sized apartment. There was significant water damage with mould from the ceiling to the floor in the bedroom near the bed head. Instead slept on flimsy fold out sofa in living area which was very uncomfortable. There was no communication or explanation when asked about this upon arrival. Plumbing issues with rain shower head which needs to be fixed.
I wish this had been communicated prior to staying so we had the option to not stay in a mouldy apartment.

- Shanshan (7/5): Good - This hotel has the best location where is near Stazione di Milano Centrale.
However, I initially booked this hotel near Duomo di Milano, but the host changed my hotel at the last day without informing me in advance. Although I really liked this location, but my plan was to live near the main attribution on purpose. In addition, this host doesn't respond any message timely. The host does not respond message timely.

- Michał (1/5): Tragedy - Nothing The worst apartment I’ve ever stayed in — mold on the bedroom wall, a TV that didn’t work, windows that couldn’t be opened, so it was impossible to air out the smell of mold.
- Aida (1/5): Horrific, lost 600 euro - It was a horrible experience and very rude and unhelpful host What a terrible experience, lost 600 euro. There was a leakage with mold in the bedroom. Horrible moldy smell all over the apartment. Dirty toilet with pubic hair on the floor. There were just two sleeping places instead of four (as advertised).
When contacted the host they said they would not do anything to help. They refused to refund and just ignored our messages.
Also what was surprising is that booking.com couldn't help us! They refunded only 14% and they said they have no power whatsoever to ask the landlord to refund. So I'll never use them again for apartments. Airbnb is much better.
So please avoid this landlord and never prepay in advance! You'll never see your money back

- Biljana (10/5): Nice apartment with excellent location - We had a great stay! The apartment is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the Duomo, making it very convenient for exploring Milan.
The space is comfortable, well-furnished, and very clean, with fresh and tidy bed linens.
The hosts were very responsive, quick to communicate, and provided clear and helpful explanations for everything we needed during our stay.
We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Milan. It offers a good balance between price and quality. N/A

- Mauritz01 (8/5): Nice place, but very noisy and access code did not work. - Nice and spacious appartement with all you need. The access code for the gate was incorrect and we had to wait for approx 1 hour at midnight to get access from two ladies staying in another appartement. And there was concrete work from 07 AM in the morning shaking us out of the beds even if we had a vacation.
- Marta (6/5): Pleasant - Great location, new and rather clean. Instructions to get in were confusing, and the code number didn’t work (we could get in thanks to a neighbour). The host/staff was slow to answer and some questions were simply ignored. No hand soap, shampoo… nothing at all (just plenty of mosquitos and some coffee capsules). At the apartment rate I think this is not acceptable. Check out at 10 am and only option to leave luggage is over 15 minutes walk.

They were trying to send repair guy in the evening but we were on vacation, and not our job to wait for or babysit the repair guy.

Well located in the city center I booked this apartment for a 2 nights stay during the design week (travelling for business not related to such an event).
I regularly spend in Milan a couple of days per week, I'm a frequent traveller, Genius level 3 and booking.com VIP and this has been my worst experience ever.
1. Despite my need to checkin ar 3pm, they only allowed me to enter after 7 30 pm. Due, they said, to the design week. Not good, but I've been patient.
2. Arrived at the main entrance, the digital key code did not worked. I called the lady and she suggested me to wait forl the entrance of someone else. Good, some additional minutes later I succeded.
3. Once in, the apartment was not properly cleaned and, above all, it was wet and humid as a cave. I tried to ignore it (I know how difficult is to find a place in Milan during the design week) and wait. I started to cough and to feel very bad, I had an asmathic reaction and had to take an antistaminic. After 45 minuts since my entrance, I left. I called the customer service and the answering guy told me that I would have received a refund. I had in any case to found another place to sleep in and so I did. Later the lady called me, saying the following:
A) No refund at all. You should have had to inform me earlier in the afternoon and I would have called someone to turn on the machine to dry the air. Well, this means that you are aware of the problem and you simply don't cared. Moreover, I was allowed to enter only after 7 30pm, and I called the customer service half an hour after my entrance: is that my fault? Then,
B) you could sleep keeping the window open, the garden is safe. Come on, ground floor in Milan and I have to sleep with the window open while paying about 400euro/night? Mouses all around is the nicest thing could happen.
C) I would have moved you to another apartment. Great do it for the second night, my answer was. But, no I do not have availabilities for the second nigh. So?
- Azadeh (10/5): Exceptional - Every thing was good and check in was so easy very near to every where and very good location . The apartment very clean and comfortable Nothing
- Indrit (9/5): Superb - The appartment is very central, close to all nearby attactions, footwalk, Clean, warm, and all equipments available from kitchen to bathroom. Wifi was fast, hot water and AC working perfectly. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, it looked not very clean! There's no slippers for the room neither bathroom, which made it a bit difficult to walk on bare foot.. I'd suggest to add a soap box/liquid because those mini-plastic bags are not very practical and not enough for 4 people for more than 1-2 days.
- Ritika (10/5): Comfortable and convenient stay - We liked everything about this place - the location, the property, and communication with the hosts. The kitchen in the property was good to have as we did cook for our little one.
Overall, a superb experience. Will definitely stay here when we visit milan again. Nothing.
- Damian (1/5): THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE FRAUD AND EXTORTION! The person who appears as the administrator of the department no lo - The staff is the most hostile I have ever met in my life. It is a scam since the number that appears on the reservation does not correspond to a person who manages the apartment. They were discriminatory towards our Latin nationality, the apartment was too dirty, they don't have hot water. They extort us by charging us extra charges that do not correspond if we give a bad review, I have left it in writing and I am sure that the app will do justice!
- Marcelo (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was amazing! the host was really nice and responsive whenever we had any doubts. Will definitely go back and totally recommend it! My two kids loved it as well and we spent some memorable days there :).
