Die Zimmer sind gut geschnitten, die Ausstattung ist modern und hochwertig und die Betten absolut bequem was sich äusserst positiv auf den gesamten Wohlfühlfaktor ausgewirkt hat. Der Host ist freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat zeitnah auf sämtliche Anfragen reagiert. Negatives kann ich wirklich nichts berichten, ich kann dieses Appartement ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

- Naif (10/5): رائع للعائلات - موقع الشقة ممتاز و أمان وراقي. قريب منه محطة ميترو (8 د مشي) و بقالة BILLA تقريبا (6 د مشي) لدرجة ما استخدمنا السيارة حقتنا طول فترة إقامتنا (موقف السيارة واسع جدا لفان كبير). المطبخ رهيب وفيه كل شيء تحتاجونه. الصالة واسعة و التراس كبير وعدد اسرّة كثير. وجود مكيف خلانا نعيش تجربة رائعة خصوصا صادفنا ايام مشمسه وحارة. انصح به ولو رجعت لفيينا سكنت فيه.

- Silvia (10/5): Salvato per un prossimo viaggio a Vienna - Naturalmente luminoso grazie alle ampie vetrate, accogliente, pulitissimo, cucina fornita di tutto, comprese pentole nuove. Fuochi a induzione. Due docce e due bagni. Lavatrice. A cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione metro e dalla stazione del bus diretto per l’aeroporto. A cinque minuti anche un supermercato billa fornitissimo (chiuso nel weekend). A due minuti comunque c’è un distributore con uno shop della billa aperto h24 dove comprare il minimo indispensabile. L’host veramente attento e veloce nelle comunicazioni. Niente. L’unica cosa da tenere in considerazione è che l’accesso alla stanza con i due letti singoli passa per la stanza matrimoniale piu grande e che il bagno completo di doccia e vasca è accessibile solo dalla camera matrimoniale piu grande.

- Kolja (8/5): Cool flat within great area - The host is truly very friendly and pragmatic when booking your stay and also absolutely quick in answering questions and helping you out! Perfect to say! The nearby beach is worth every single step (takes about 10 Mins to SUP and maybe 15 Mins to the public swimming) The host tried his very best to equip the flat with everything you need and it seems to by luxurious, either the TV oder the kitchen etc. there is a little "but" also (see below) I can recommend this flat to every individual traveller with friends/family as it offers enough place! 2 of the electric equipments were a little bit old and not working the way youd expect it - the table in the living room was slimpsy and there is missing a towel rack in the guest toilet and the major bath room also contains cleaning stuff which was not nice to see (esp. as a broom was broken) ... Not sure, if the host truly knows about these small details ...

- Marcin (10/5): Luxurious Apartament for good price - The apartment is located on the top floor, accessible by an elevator. It offers vast spaces and luxurious furnishings. The apartment consists of 3 separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a grocery store nearby, as well as a bus stop (including one to the airport) and a metro station. Fast WiFi, peace, and quiet.
- Ioana (10/5): A fantastic apartment - A fantastic apartment, perfect for a group of people. It’s very clean, with new furniture, spotless bedding, and plenty of useful amenities. The layout includes three bedrooms: one twin room, which is accessible through the master bedroom (this might not be ideal for couples), and the master bedroom features the largest bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. The third bedroom is located separately off the hallway. The second bathroom is cleverly divided into two spaces—one with a sink and shower, and another with a toilet and sink. The location is excellent, with the metro just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to reach. Communication with the owner was seamless; they respond promptly to messages. I would absolutely stay here again if traveling with a large group! I have nothing that I disliked.

- Rebecca (10/5): Clean modern penthouse in quieter part of Vienna - This apartment was awesome. It was very clean and modern. The electric shades were great for sleeping in and the terraces were great. Location was a quiet neighborhood outside of the hustle of Vienna, yet an easy walk to the U1 train (runs every 5 minutes) to get to the heart of Vienna. Great running trails around the area as it is located proximate to the river and a large park. Kitchen was well stocked. Maybe have shampoo? Otherwise, very happy with this rental.

- Belinda (8/5): Beautiful apartment - quiet location and easy access to the city centre and Citygate shopping centre - This is a beautiful apartment, and a bus took us directly from the airport (bus stop 9) to the corner of the street, so arriving and departing was very easy. It's a 7 minute walk to the local tube station, and a 5 minute walk to a local supermarket and chemist. The apartment is comfortable and very well equipped. We loved being there, and the balcony off the kitchen was lovely - with a large table for eating outside. It is important to know that one bedroom ( twin) is accessed through one of the two double bedrooms. These two rooms share a well-equipped bathroom. As we were just 4 female colleagues sharing the apartment and had a room each, we were able to manage this situation well. Our only criticism was that the mattresses were on the soft side (apart from the sofa bed, which was very firm), and it would have been good to know in advance that there is no shower gel provided. Otherwise we loved it, and would definitely return.

Also, the check-in procedures were very easy and explained in pictures, and you can come late at any time. He was also helpful at check-out time and extended our time a little. There is a car parking space, for the residents of this apartment ( private) - and electric car charging is also available. - Each apartment has a numbered parking space - smart entry into the apartments with a code, with keys of course, there is also an elevator and stairs. : All the needs you imagined are found in this place. I will talk about the apartment: - wonderful bedrooms. I will never forget that room, the view, and its private bathroom. The Living room is wonderful with all the things open to it, from a open kitchen, from a spacious dining table with a view. All the windows are tightly closed without the sun entering& smart windows. Everything is electric. It is very modern Everything is clean and new. It has a smart TV with all channels. The view: 10/10. The view is very charming and the tall buildings make you feel like the city It really has a charming view at night. - It is very quiet and you cannot hear any noise. - There is a gas station near you, within a one-minute walking distance. There is a small grocery store also - there is a bus station nearby, and there is a very delicious Chinese restaurant. - Despite everything I mentioned, I feel that I did not mention anything. You are missing out on an opportunity. If you have not booked this place. Nothing

- Daniel (10/5): Fantastic stay at the heart of Vienna! - An absolutely stunning property, in the heart of Vienna. Extremely well-connected location, with tons of amenities nearby. Easily accessible, with plenty of parking space available, and modern, secure entry system. The Kitchen is fully equipped, and has a spacious cooking island. There are two large terraces, with views towards the nearby skyscrapers and tall buildings - it's an especially energizing view at night. The living room's sofabed is comfortable and large. All of the furniture and equipment (kitchen, showers, bathrooms) is brand new, and leaves a very noticeable high-end feeling to the entire place. The owner is extremely polite and helpful - communication was super easy. The single beds in the bedrooms are a bit too small for comfort, but the sofa bed in the living room can easily fit two people. If the sofa bed is in use, there is no pace to put the sofa bedding in, so you have to be a bit creative with folding, and placing it on the side of the sofa. There aren't many convenient power outlets, so charging phones gets a bit awkward, especially at night when going to bed. Bathrooms could use some more handles for towels.
