- Paulo (9/5): Will recommend this apartment/place. 9/10. - The apartment is cozy. The neighborhood is so quiet. the owner is so kind and responsive. Konbini. will recommend this place for your future travel in Tokyo. Quite far from the nearest train station. But not a major Issue.
400-500m walk going to the train station is very normal in Japan. please put a shower curtain and footmat in the future. Bathroom floor might get too wet.
- Álvaro (8/5): Very good -
- Tashi (8/5): Very good -
- Meenakshi (10/5): Wonderful and Relaxing - Nice quiet location, closer to train station and all major stations are easily accessible. The host responded quickly
- Dawsons (7/5): Good - Location was good, pretty quiet.
Having 2 rooms for our family. Hotwater system a bit iffy at times. Washing machine outside.
Size adequate to price and being Japan
- Mongkonklueab (10/5): Good experience from the best location - Good location, Good Community, Feel like a local Umm….. Small towel 😂
- Sheq (7/5): Simple Place for Short Stay that serve its purpose - Good location about 300m from train station of Higashi-Nakano. Tuck in at quiet neighborhood but near to supermarket. Check-in instruction is hassle free. No common area/living area/dining area. Only small hallway cum kitchen and two bedrooms, toilet & bathroom. That's it. You have to eat on the bed if bring back foods.
- Gary (6/5): Pleasant -
- Saran (4/5): The facility was not the same as advertised on app -
- Erna (7/5): Overall was amazing, you just need a bit improvement - The location of the house is very strategic. The home environment is also quiet without the hustle and bustle of the city. can be said to be close to the train station. just a few minutes' walk away overall, the house is okay and comfortable. it's just that the floor is a bit cold in the winter because I think there will be foot mats especially after showering. the floor will get wet and this makes the floor more slippery. dangerous for the elderly.. besides, the air absorber in the bathroom doesn't seem to work well because the floor dries slowly and takes time to deodorize...
- Gopal (8/5): Very comfortable and nice stay - They didn't mention to turn on the switch for hot water .
- Gabriella (7/5): Good -
- Jackie (8/5): Very good -
- Amanda (10/5): Great host, good property, I would stay again. - It has a very good location, good cost benefit, the host is very responsive.
- Chua (7/5): Good - Had a 2 bedroom apartment. Was pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms. I would rate it higher for a 3 or 4 days stay. For longer stay a washer would be good to have as the self service laundry is a distance away.
Overall, I'm happy with the experience especially the room size. Suggest to label and /or provide smple instruction for the (I think) shower temp control (?) and the stove.
A shower curtain would help keep the bathroom floor drier.
Bedsheets are clean but rough.
- Jose (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was clean and perfect. 👍. Location is close from train station and nice restaurants and 7eleven. 100% recommended
- Adina (9/5): Incredible location, great online staff, and super clean. A little small but thats hardly anything. My group and I were - The property was very clean when we got there! The staff was quick to respond to anything and everything, even when it was incredibly late night. The beds were pretty comfy and the location was perfect. Close to a station, and it gave us a beautiful space next to the Kanda River and near a 7/11–thank god for konbini food LOL.
Air conditioning was a saviour during the summer heats It was a tad bit small, and a bit cramped compared to what the pictures make it look like—but also it is understandable as this was Japan and most apartments are on the smaller side. Maybe more pictures of each individual room would have been a little more insightful.
- Edgar (10/5): We find a spot in a typhon - Rustic tatami mats, two basic rooms with AC in both, a huge space for luggage storage, a bath, and a separate bathroom. The place is of average size, as expected in the area. It's a 10-15 minute walk to different train stations. There is plenty of space in the rooms for couples and their luggage. The accommodations include a fridge, microwave, and stove. We ended up spending around $100 for 4 people during the high season, which wasn't bad. There is a coin laundry outside, not inside. But it's not a deal breaker.
- Thanansinee (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janne (6/5): Nice location - Location was good. Wifi name was different than informed.
First floor appartment had a smell of mold.
- Kim (8/5): Would definitely book here and the ease to get to Shinjuku. - It was simple but perfect for us. It had two seperate rooms for sleeping so one for children and one for parents. It was a two stops from Shinjuku so it was quick to get into the busy part of town. It had a suburb and local feel about it. Instructions about what to do with the rubbish at the end of our stay.
