- RedRosesRosy (1/5): Scammer don't be their victim - Scammer Scammer.. That it's my last saving n then I rush to find a place for sleep a few hours with my family.. Then I also skip for this review.. Who know skip once can be a victim of this scammer until my whole family must stay in car and the booking. Com also not provide for we do the report.. I just cancel a few minutes after booking because no respond from the property.. Then I press cancel for free fees.. Nothing action to take from booking.com.. Very disappointed with this apps

I made a reservation and completed full payment for a homestay listed on your platform. However, after the booking was confirmed, I discovered that the property is fraudulent. The accommodation is either unreachable, misrepresented, or does not exist as advertised. As a result, the money I paid has been completely wasted.
I am extremely disappointed that such a scam listing was allowed to be advertised and sold on Booking.com. As a trusted global booking platform, Booking.com has a responsibility to ensure the legitimacy of the stays offered to customers.
I expect Booking.com to take full responsibility for this incident. Please advise what actions will be taken from your end to resolve this matter.
I am requesting:
1. Immediate escalation of this case to the relevant senior or fraud investigation department.
2. A full refund of the amount paid
3. A written update on the investigation and refund process.
This issue has caused me financial loss and distress, and I expect prompt and serious attention. I look forward to your urgent response and a fair resolution.

- Kavitha (3/5): Poor - The location was good The owner still has not refunded my deposit back. She promised 2 weeks. It's been more than 2 weeks now. No response to my calls or messages. I hope booking.com will do something regarding this. .
Apart from that, the facilities are really bad. No water to drink. They didn't provide sufficient kitchen utensils especially an electric kettle to boil water at least. No tissues, no shower gel, only 3 towels for 3 rooms although I mentioned 6 persons. The parking lot was given wrongly and the assistant couldn't help much. I had to run up n down the whole day to settle the parking issue. Seriously had a very bad experience in this homestay, except for the location.

- Kay (5/5): Overall the team has a lot to improve. The place has true potential to be a very nice apartment! - The location was perfect! centre for everything we wanted. Loved the pool and the little gym. We ended up spending more time at the pool area. The upstairs apartment was still under construction that was so noisy during the day. We barely stayed home for one day and we planned everything around not to be inside the property during the day.
The bathrooms were not very clean when we arrive and we were only provided 2 towels for 5 people for 7 nights. We called back and asked for more towels. There were empty shampoo sachets in the shower. only 1 TP in the 2 toilets. There were only 1 hook to hang your towel. no place to keep your clothes. Few more hooks would have come in Handy in the bathroom. No mirror in the bathroom. They had an open cupboard on top of the sink more like shelving. No hair dryer in the bathroom and no power sockets in the bathroom for a hair dryer as well.
There were 6 small plates, 6 dessert cups, 6 spoons, 6 forks, 6 small glasses as kitchen utensils. Not a single cup, knife, chopping board, tea towels, or proper plates. Ended up spending money on kitchen utensils, bath mats and tea towels which we brought back home with us.
The place didn't had a broom, dustpan or a vacuum cleaner. For a whole week we did not get a clean nor they bring us a broom and a dustpan even after asking for multiple times.
There were about 8 hangers for hanging cloths but not a place to hang them outside. A cloths horse or a line would be nice to have there. We ended up buying additional clothe hangers and a rope to hang clothes
The deposit was supposed to be retuned 5 business days after we checked out. It took almost 4 weeks and constant reminders.
