We called different numbers we could find, used the message functionality of Booking and WhatsApp. No response at all. In the end we asked Booking to intervene and we had to book alternativ stay. • Daetty (7/5): A very nice apartment with some issues - It's a fully furnished Appartment with a great view at a convenient location, 15min walk from downtown. The table hockey game was a hit with our kids. -The advertised fitness center is not available for guests. The host commented this was a recent change but other commenters pointed out the same problem since at least April 2025. -Only one out of three elevators is operational. The elevator problems began 2023 and repairs are planned to be finished late 2026. Be prepared to wait for elevators or to take the stairs. -While the view is stunning the flat comes with no effective blinds to darken the rooms. Not the place to sleep into the day. -There is a safety deposit of CAD 500 and the on-boarding process with copies of ID cardsetc. seems excessive.

• Kevin (7/5): Overall it was still a positive experience. - Room was great. The room had an impressive view and outside patio. Host sent out a link to a "Guidebook" which i ignored. Then i find out after arrival that a guidebook is the security deposit. Whish i had know. While the room was great only one of 3 elevators was working. Luckily the 42 floors were not full and we did not have to wait too long.

• Amber (8/5): Great stay and beautiful condo. - The condo is beautiful and clean! In the ad it says there’s no crib or extra beds, but there definitely was in the closet. We didn’t need them, but in case that’s something you might need they do have it. The location is perfect if you’re planning on doing anything down town. We had dinner at the Calgary Tower and were able to walk which was super convenient. There was also zero noise from the neighbouring apartments, so I’m assuming well built and sound proofed! This is my own fault and nothing against the property, but please save yourself the head ache and follow the link they send you before getting to the property. All of the very important info about getting the key and into the underground parking is in there after you complete their requests! And I was so confused trying to figure it out when I arrived. Again, MY OWN FAULT. The property is beautiful and a great location. I also wasn’t a fan of figuring out the underground parking, but that’s solely do to my inexperience with it.

• Rebecca (7/5): Good - Great central location with on-site free parking. Clean, tidy place with full kitchen and washing machine. Check in process is arduous. There is a link that takes you away from booking.com and asks lots of personal info. They quickly take $500 hold on your credit card, but are slow to release it back. They offer Netflix because there is no TV signal. This required resetting multiple times which was frustrating. All communication was through the messenger on booking.com app as there are no staff on-site. There are only sunshade type blinds throughout the apartment which makes sleeping difficult as you can not block out the day.
• Janine (10/5): Great Place/Great location - Location was perfect for our girls hockey weekend. Overlooked the Saddledome and was a quick easy walk to the game. Morre than 1 fob would have made things a lot easier for our group to not have to stay together whenever we went out.

• Scott (8/5): Great place to stay and within easy reach the city - Great location and easy walk to Scotiabank areana and public transport Only one key fob, 2 would be great also blackout blinds to keep place dark during the day While not the property’s fault the buildings lift broke down twice to one lift for the whole building for days was the only downside to the property
• Wai (9/5): Superb - Just took 10mins walking to Olympic Plaza. Could see sun rise from the windows near the bar area. Cooking utensils, are well equipped, place are well cleaned, has own parking area at the basement. Could have different views in each of the windows. Not much, just the soft mattress we was not get used to it.

• Faranita (9/5): Good place to stay for a family to feel more like home. - Very clean and beautiful city view, spacious condo with plenty of kitchen supplies to make the stay a little more like home. Only one entry fob. It’s a hassle to go downstairs to open the entrance. The buzzer was not to the unit but to the owner so it’s quite inconvenient to use.
• Rania (9/5): very comfortable place to say in Calagry. - The house was very comfortable. The linen and beds were very comfortable. We like how the kitchen was full of items to help us in our stay. We did not like the fact we did not get the info for our check in until the last minute of arrival. We needed to park our car few hours before check in and this option was not available us.
• Malcolm (9/5): A great place to stay in the city centre with great parking and facilities and easy access to main thoroughfares in and - Very handy location with secure underground parking. Beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the living area. View is excellent and it was a lovely surprise to have a bottle of wine left as a gift from our host. The gym was one of the best I’ve used outside of commercial gyms so a big thumbs up there. Replies from our host were very prompt and helpful in us navigating the difficult check in process and we got there in the end. The cafe on the corner does superb coffee and food too! Due to the tight security protocols (which we appreciate), the checking in process we found to be quite lengthy and unecessarily arduous. Ie asking for more personal information than we have ever been asked for by any accommodation provider over our years of travelling abroad. The outside balcony and windows could do with clean also.

• Linda (7/5): Good - The location was perfect for our short time in Calgary and the unit was well equiped for 2 couples We didn’t like that the bedrooms didn’t have blinds or curtains to block out light so it was easier to sleep. Beautiful view but didn’t appreciate it at 4am. We were surprised they only made available one access fob. We managed as it was only a short stay but wasn’t ideal with 4 adults having to share and wanting to sometimes do different things at different times. For a one night stay it worked but would have bothered us if we couldn’t have our independence if staying longer.

The only downside was the lifts; 3 in the building of c400 flats, but only 1 working. Stairwells not easy to use either.
