• Luis (10/5): We are a family of four. We had a good time, with comfort and good service. - Tha apartment looks good, it was confortable and clean. TV Room works fine. The furnishings were appropriate. You can sleep peacefully. You can't hear any noise from cars or neighbors. We had a minor issue with the shower drain being clogged, but the building manager resolved it quickly. Excellent response time and solution.

Idéalement placé pour rayonner dans Athènes, une supérette à côté. L’appartement dispose d’une très agréable terrasse avec vue sur la colline de Licabette. Tout est à disposition et John notre hôte nous a très bien accueilli. Le seul petit bémol le wifi pas assez stable qui n’a pas permis de travailler dans de bonnes conditions. C’est la seule raison pour laquelle je n’ai pas mis 10/10.

• Hunter (9/5): Perfect location - There was everything you needed and if you had any problems John the owner was very quick to answer questions. There was plenty of space for all three of us. The apartment was in an ideal location for all attractions and €5 got you a Uber around Athens. There were plenty of great restaurants 5 to 10 minutes from the apartment. Would definitely recommend The apartment is accessible by small lift which meant we had to go up and down separately which wasn’t ideal especially when you’re tired. I have a small electric wheelchair which only just fit in along with my son. I thought it was an accessible apartment but it wasn’t it was just accessible parking and lift. Anything you require at home I would take with me like toilet seat with handles and handles for the shower etc

Μικροπραγματα στ' αλήθεια ,όπως το ότι το check out ήταν λίγο νωρίτερα από αυτό που θα περίμενα (10 π.μ.), ή το ότι χρειάζεται να βγάλεις τα σκουπίδια και να έχεις αφαιρέσει σεντόνια πετσέτες μαξιλαροθηκες.

The apartment was very clean, stylishly furnished, and well equipped – it had everything we needed. The city view was beautiful, especially at night from the balcony. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, yet it’s close to Kolonaki with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, elegant, and centrally located place to stay in Athens!

Завжди були вільні місця для паркування авто на вулиці біля входу в будинок. Власник помешкання дуже дбайливий до своїх гостей, тепер ми точно щоразу залишатимемось в гостях у нього. Усім щиро рекомендую!!

Asansör eskiydi, ilk başta tedirgin olduk, fakat hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Kahva makinası ve kahvesi vardı.

Beds are great and towels are soft. Great terrace with a beautiful view of the viewing hill. Has all the supplies needed to make it an unforgettable stay. Lots of coffee shops, restaurants and small boutiques at walking distance. Metro station very close also and easy access with Uber/taxi. Location is ce real without all the business from plaka and acropolis. Would totally recommend and stay back there.

• Ruxandrastf (10/5): Perfect stay in Athens - Everything was very good at this property. The location, the apartment and everything inside. It was very close to get to the metro station, that was 1 station away from the city center. To walk to Syntagma square was about 15’. The apartment is at the 5th floor with a common balcony for the 2 bedrooms and a very nice big terrace at the living room, with a great view, a big table and 4 chairs. The bedrooms are very clean, the beds very comfortable, enough space to store the clothes. Everything was just like at a hotel (the sheets and pillows, the towels, the shower accessories, toilet paper). The bathrooms are very clean and modern. The water at the shower was perfect in both bathrooms. The living room very big and comfortable couch, and the kitchen was perfect for our needs. We had complementary coffee capsules and normal coffee as well. They even had cold water in the fridge. I liked the fact that all the instructions on using the things in the house were printed and very clear displayed on the wall. We also had the possibility to leave our luggage inside the apartment for a few more hours and it was life saving. The only minus was the internet access and the TV. Even though there was a WIFI available in the apartment, it did not work well, it kept on running out of internet. There was also a smart TV in the living room, but it did not work, we couldn’t access anything on the internet and the host told us that he knew about the problem and he is trying to fix it. But for us was not a big minus I would definitely recommend it and come back here.

It was nicely decorated and very clean. There was a pretty balcony overlooking the park. The bedrooms were quiet and a welcome escape from the busy city. Transport connection to both bus and metro were an easy walk. The communication with the host was exceptional. He was very responsive and welcomed any questions we may have had about Athens. The instructions on usage of everything within the apartment were comprehensive - from arrival, stay and departure details. Tim had some trouble with the lock box on his first attempt when he arrived and he had to wait for it to reset before he could try again. On subsequent uses, we didn’t have any problems at all and this system seemed to work well. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Athens. Nothing.

Climatisation does not work properly. There is a big air conditioner in the main room, but it can't warm it up. In the bedrooms there are two small units and they are doing much better.

• Joanne (9/5): New and great facilities in the apartment, quiet with nice views.Responsive owner,easy self check-in - John was very responsive to our questions via WhatsApp, and was ever ready to top up apartment supplies as per requests. We collected the apartment keys via a lockbox upon arrival and his instructions were very clear. The apartment is walkable to Evangelismos metro, about 15 minutes. It was also very kind of him to get us a Greek New Year's cake Vassilopita as we'd spent the new year in Athens. Very nice views from the roof terrace and quiet apartment beside a small inner road. We also appreciate the elevator in the building. No noise from Red Lion Pub downstairs at all. The power grid, with most European apartments are not able to manage with a high electricity load so we had electricity going out twice but John educated us on the correct usage and sent an electrician promptly to check on the power box when we were out. The balcony floors outside the bedrooms have some sort of soot falling from the chimney above, so be careful when you step outside.

• Laura (9/5): Excellent modern apartment. - Very clean, modern and well situated! Opposite the new Hilton hotel, very close to Kolonaki. The apartment had everything that we might need. John was very good host and answered all the queries in a timely matter. For a longer stay, I would prefer to have a bigger wardrobe space. We couldn’t find a parking space. The near by parking lot charged €25 per day.
