Nancy (1/5): Staff did not stay in this house, but had to find a hotel. I have called twice, spoke to Omar - The property was never stayed/occupied....home was dirty, smelled like smoke, black mold on walls, trash outside front of the home. Home was dirty upon entry, trash in the yard. Two rooms "locked", mold, bathroom dirty. Our staff did not stay and we have requested a refund. Host was rude when I complained
