The dealings with LJ Hooker Nelson Bay: apparently we managed to leave a door handle dent in the wall, even that there was a door stopper?! They wanted to charge me for the repairs because we should open the door "softly". I think they should install a longer door stopper. There are many good holiday accommodation deals in the Port Stephens area. Should you choose to stay at property managed by LJ Hooker Nelson Bay - please inspect the property as you enter and take photos. We travel often and this was an unpleasant experience.

Martin (9/5): Loved heated pool & close access with easy walk 2 beach, great size bathroom! Will return in future - Almost everything Hard tiled floors throughout. Lighting in Kitchen/dining pour. No locks on Living windows. No carport shelter for cars.

Really you should be advising a heated pool when it appears its been out of action for at least 6 months or more....particularly in the winter or early spring month

Letishia (7/5): Great location with a few tweaks it would be perfect! - Great location! Good size apartment. There was an air fryer and dishwasher. The pool wasn’t heated (was freezing the 2 days we wanted to go in), the mattress was very hard for my liking and you could only use the one frying pan at a time because the pan was so large.
