• Jenny (10/5): 5 star luxurious accommodations centrally located - I could not have dreamed of a better home for our family of 3 on a 3 day trip. It has amazing views, the place was extremely large. Newly constructed it has all the charm of venice but upgraded with all the modern luxuries. Amazing bathroom!! The pictures do not do this place justice. It was extremely clean and very convenient. If arriving by water bus just a couple of minutes walk. Just don’t use google maps. Follow the directions from William your host. The location was perfect to everything. Centrally located. If this place is available just book it. You will not regret it. Nothing. It was absolutely perfect.

• Jordan (10/5): Amazing property, great location, superb host. We hope to be back soon! - The host (William) was amazing, I cannot recommend this accommodation enough. Leaving the accommodation, we had a jam-packed trip and didn't have a lot of time to enjoy the apartment.
• John (10/5): "To Dream the Impossible Dream", then stay here... - As all have said previously, this is a totally exceptional apartment with the most charming, generous and helpful of hosts one could hope for. The location is idyllic - in the centre of everything Venice has to offer yet tucked away in a tranquil delightful courtyard with the apartment directly adjacent to a canal with passing gondolas making the 'Dream Door' a true Venetian dream. Everything was Perfect.

The beds were comfortable and it is conveniently located near a vapporeto station. Great restaurants near by. Two very large steps to enter the apartment, inside all one floor. I would recommend the property and the host anytime.

William and his wife greeted us personally and had a bottle of cold Prosecco in the fridge which were both such personal touches. We found the property to be extremely clean, great shower and laundry. Pictures on the booking were accurate and hosts were very responsive to messages. We wish we had been able to stay longer!

There was a washer which was perfect as we were halfway through our stay and needed to wash clothes. The best part about the place was hands down the shower! By far the most luxurious shower ever. The owners live close and were so friendly and welcoming, they even gave many recommendations on how to best navigate the city. I look forward to staying here again!

If you want to feel Venice as soon as you open your ice, with Illy coffee, from the bad with the canal view, this is the perfect place for you🫶🏻 Very modern design, comfortable, clean, very near to Rialto bridge and Piazza San Marco!!! Kitchen is equipped perfectly, especially I was appreciated crystal vine glasses! Bathroom is even more impressive! Will recommend one more day stay in Venice just to enjoy luxury and beauty of this apartment with canal view🥰 Everything is prepared for joy, you just need to come and let Venice take you in its beauties!
