- Kenneth (8/5): Value for money. - Crossharbour is on the border of modern Docklands and the older Isle of Dogs suburbs. The DLR station is very close. Greenwich is 10 mins and central London "Bank" is 20 mins. A large supermarket is close by. Mudchute is a lovely, open country park. WIFI is fast and reliable. The Kitchen is well equipped. The bedsheets are good quality. There is a parking spot but we did not need it. The Windows are old single glazed and noise from the DLR is noticeable. Windows do not open easily. The extractor fans in the bathroom and toilet were not working

The house was warm at the right temperature all the time when we were in.
Landlord was always reachable via Whatsapp.
The apartment is in a quiet court, literally 20 metres from Crossharbour DLR station. Tesco express and ASDA Supermarkets are within walking distance.
The apartment was found in mint, clean condition, the beds are very comfortable! I feel clearer instructions should have been provided for hot water. It was not clear that the boiler would heat up water automatically during the night and that if you had a shower in the morning and someone else wanted to take one in the evening, the switch in the cupboard had to be left switched on during the day.
Even though Netflix was available, we would have appreciated the possibility of accessing regular BBC TV.

- Supaluk (8/5): Highly recommend to stay this place, good for friend & family of 4-5 and value of money - Location was great, we hv DLR Crosshabour station just across the street of our apartment which very easy to go everywhere in London or out town. There is grocery store and few restaurant near by just 2-3 minute walk from our place. Mr. Steve, our host very helpful and always answer our message even we contact him or need any assistance during the night after office hour. We hv a little problem with key fobs device to get in but Mr. Steve our host was very helpful, he came to assist within 5 minute as he said. Problem solved
