- Rex (5/5): Passable - Clean. Great location Difficult communication with owner, regarding 1 of 2 keys not working. Was told my complaint regarding safe not working was unreasonable because its not listed on their advertisements. However , their own house use guide included instructions for the safe. I did not appreciate being told my complaint was unwarranted. I am a paying guest. I used their property with respect. Left it clean. But the message I received, which I have saved, "There is no mention of anything to do with a safe or number of keys on the listing either way so am not sure why you are complaining about this." I think if they are charging over 400 dollars per night. And know 2 guests are staying, they should guarantee 2 keys, and not tell off the guest for complaining. I can argue that they have violated the code of conduct, by providing a house guide that includes a safe, but not actually provide it. If they don't want to, they should just list on airbnb and not on booking. Com People on booking.com are looking for hotels.
- Mcginnis (9/5): Superb - Clean, comfortable and efficiently laid out. Well thought out check in instructions (and procedure guide on how to operate the items in the apartment once checked in). Good communication with Host. Great location.
