Guest (7/5): Prima - De locatie was top gelegen. 10 minuten lopen en je bent zo op het Sint Pieters plein. Naast de B&B heb je ook twee zaakjes, 1 voor zoete lekkernijen en 1 voor broodjes/ontbijt/koffie. Voor de rokers is er op 2 minuten loopafstand een tabakswinkel. 5 minuten lopen en je bent bij een mega goede grote supermarkt die letterlijk alles verkoopt. In de buurt heb je ook veel leuke restaurants. De kamer was prima. Wel gehorig. Je hebt er in de algemene hal een koelkast, magnetron, tosti apparaat en een koffiezetapparaat, dat is top voor als je je eigen ontbijt koopt. In de algemene hal heb je ook een tafel waaraan je kunt zitten. Code’s werken goed en je hebt een veilig gevoel in de buurt/in het gebouw. De communicatie met de contactpersoon van de B&B verliep maar stroef. Ik probeerde de contactpersoon 3 dagen van te voren te appen/sms’en/bellen. Geen gehoor/antwoord. Pas toen wij onderweg naar de B&B waren in de taxi kreeg ik een antwoord. Dit maakt je toch wel een beetje onrustig als je een prangende vraag hebt.

Guest (9/5): Our memory of our Roman trip is a special one overall and I would certainly return to where stayed. - We loved the location All the facilities in situ . And the room and great bed and bathroom suited us perfectly. The guys who looked after the rooms were very helpful courteous friendly kind and professional. I think you are lucky to have them especially as they are the human face of the property. Possibly one comfy chair to sit on in the room especially helpful for anyone in room for a couple of hours. Some more coat hangers per room Though available on request.

Tren istasyonunun tam karsisi olmasida bonus oluyor.

Juan Marcos (10/5): Vale la pena, totalmente. - La ubicación frente a la Estación San Pietro es perfecta, en dicha estación está el Tren Regional (no metro) que te puede llevar a Termini o a la estación del metro Valle Aurelia. Por otro lado también es inicio/fin de la línea 62 y 64 de autobus que prácticamente te llevan al centro de Roma lo que hace muy fácil la movilidad. A 8-10 min a pie tienes el Vaticano, restaurantes y fondas y a 20 minutos la zona Prati, Santangelo, el Río Tiber, etc. En cuanto al hotel, tiene recepción en ciertos horarios, la realidad es que si quieres un hotel en toda la expresión (conserje, recepción 24hrs, etc) pues tendrías que pagar mucho más. La relación costo/beneficio es perfecta. La zona es bastante tranquila y muy diferente a la zona de hotelen de Termini, había una construcción cercana pero las ventanas aíslan bien los ruidos. El lugar limpio, moderno, con aire acondicionado, las camas en buen estado, un minifridge y baño de tamaño que esperarías para el precio que pagaste (baño dentro se tu habitacion) no es lujoso y, si es muy cómodo y limpio. Te dan una clave de acceso para ingresar al edificio y tus llaves de la recámara, tienes caja fuerte. Definitivamente si regresaría a ese hotel. No encontré algo que no me guste, tal vez a modo sugerencia que informen que no hay recepción 24hrs, pero mandas WhatsApp y me respondieron

The apartments were right across a train station that could connect you to the central station in Termini not to mention that the locations is a 10 min walk to the Vatican. Staff were very helpful and attentive. The rooms and bathroom were very clean. And a bonus was the kitchen that was open to your use.

Stephen (8/5): Relaxing and comfortable. - This is a simple set of rooms in a great location for St Peter's Basilica. The room and en suite was large and very comfortable. The kitchen was simple but with a very large fridge and there are a few shops nearby. It's worth clarifying how to leave. Obviously, I had to leave the key which then meant I had to jump the fence to get out. There must be an easier way.

The sky TV didn't work, the bedside tables were metal and a bit noisy, and the bathroom door was hard to close, but these were small things, we were generally really happy!
Bozena (10/5): great stay in Rome - rooms are in very good location, big bus station is in front of the room. Walking distance to Vatican city, Room was good and clean, we didn't ask for cleaning during our stay but they cleaned it any way and made the bed every day. It was pleasant surprise. communication with host was easy and good. Recommend. Self check in . the only complaint is about pillows. They were small and soft.

Sara (6/5): Pleasant - Location and cleanliness were top and that is the most important. The biggest problem was that we couldn't use the heating on the air conditioner at certain times when we wanted to, and that there wasn't always hot water for bathing. It was as if they were set to turn on and off at certain hours. This was a big drawback for us as we don't like being cold at any time or not being able to take a bath when we want. This is one thing that influenced our opinion about this accommodation and the reason why we would not choose it again.

Walter (8/5): Overall very good. Location excellent as a base for exploring the city - The location was really excellent - very close to Vatican and with train / bus station about two minutes away. The apartment was perfectly adequate as a place to sleep - clean and tidy. Smart TV and lovely shower. There were plenty of local cafes and restaurants for breakfast. Getting into and out of the apartment on arrival was tricky. No reception and only contact by text. Access was by codes until you got keys. The apartment had limited but adequate catering facilities but very little choice of food. One type of cereal. Good coffee machine.

Madrigal (9/5): Modern, clean and close to Vatican. - Room was modern and clean. I liked the coffee machine and access to the kitchen. There were no shelves or storage area in the bathroom. A chair to sit on would be nice also. I don't recall seeing on my reservation that I would be asked for an additional $45 Euros upon check in.

Easy communication with the host. Very thin walls and sometimes noisy neighbours. It was hard to find the place at first.

Gaining access was uncertain due to lack of check in desk, but it worked out alright in the end. Front door wouldn't lock properly. Breakfast was minimal. Furnishings were minimal. It was very basic accommodation but at a very convenient location.

Eudald (1/5): Massive invasion of privacy, feeling of insecurity - The cleaning was OK and the location was too, which is a shame, because the apartment is good if not for the extreme security problems that they have. They will enter your room at will, so watch out! They enter your room unauthorized, even when locked and with the keys inside to collect agressively the city tax. We even had the "Do not disturb" sign but they didn't care and forced entry when we were changing inside. Unacceptable. The main door to the apartments was also unlocked 24/7, so everyone could enter.

Ross (9/5): Feeling at home at Home @ Rome to roam around Rome. - Spacious room. Walking distance to popular Rome destinations. Breakfast area was very nice. Clean and always stocked. Superb coffee machine. Bathroom clean and nicely decorated. Blue light rain shower. Bed was extremely comfortable. Air conditioning was great. Included safe was handy. Needs more external signage.
Carlo (1/5): This place is a total dump and totally misadventized..Shame on you Booking.com. This was a true scam. - NOTHING: There was NO STAFF, no one to greet us, no one to contact by phone for questions, only texts and the text instructions were unclear. There was no furniture to sit on, only a single chair in the kitchen with a two feet by two feet table and no utensils. The bathroom floor was wet and the place was dirty. See above- this place is a total scam and Booking . Com does itself a disservice by even mentioning this place .
Rose (10/5): We loved this place and would stay here again - The room was very clean, very close to the Vatican, where our scheduled tour was to begin, and in a quiet neighborhood. The open kitchen for coffee, juice etc. was a real bonus There was not enough flat space(table, counter, desk) and only a single hard chair, making lying/sitting on the bed the only option for time spent in the room

Clare (8/5): Very good - The room is located close to St Peters Basilica and the Vatican. It is also close to Statzione San Pietro with direct links to the main terminus. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants locally.

The host was friendly and easy to contact. They gave helpful recommendations as the instructions for the property were very clear. Would absolutely stay again. Would not change anything about the stay, it met all expectations.

Reverend (9/5): Would definitely stay there again. 5 min walk to the Vatican. Highly Recommend this property. - The management team go out of their way to provide everything you need. Breakfast is onsite with lots of choice. Rooms were awesome. Residence was quiet and across the street from the St. Peter's train station. I didn't realize that this accommodation had housekeeping, which we didn't need but others might like. Two things which really aren't that bad. The pillows could be improved. And perhaps checking with incoming guests to see if they are familiar with What's App and used to lock boxes at accommodations. It was not hard just unexpected. Everything worked out well and the staff were extremely helpful.

Ethan (6/5): The communication was terrible however the accommodation once we were able to get the correct address, pin#, and room ke - Location, Setup for room and common room, clean. The communication and response to our questions was none at all or terrible. The booking.com site has the wrong address, the email confirmation had the wrong address because the code to get the key did not work. When the code did not work we contacted them and they did not respond. We sat outside for 3 hours waiting, trying to call and text for information. An Italian women who lives next door helped us by calling the # and because it showed up as an Italian he answered, and she got him to give us the correct address and send instructions on how to get the keys. She lived next door and said this happens everyday. This is so unfortunate because once we arrived at the new address he gave us - we were able to get inside. We liked the accommodation and then tried to extend our stay - again no response and no communication. We could not understand why such bad communication as it appears they have a great setup.

In a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores; very close to Vatican City; Easy to communicate with the management who also arranged airport pickup at a favorable rate It’s not close to any subway stations, quite a walk to the historical center (we ended up walking a lot every day which was not too bad); the room looks smaller than shown in pictures, could add more surface area for personal items; the safe was not working; the main door cannot be easily closed (needs a lot of force which generates loud bangs), most of time we came back finding it unlocked, already pointed it out to the daily maintenance
Rasto (10/5): The best accommodation ever :) - Perfect organization, we got all the information online with photos, we had breakfast without a time limit, the beds were comfortable, the room and the bathroom were well equipped. We didn't miss anything. We would love to stay longer... well, maybe next time...

Wayne (9/5): I have already recommended this place to my friends and families - It was comfy, clean, and the manager went out of his way to be very accommodating. I like the fact that they found little ways to add value, and make his feel special. Examples are the amenities left in the bathroom, some breakfast item left out and guide information offered. Not sure it’s the fault of the property, but the Rome way of handling their waste pipes left a slight stench.
