• Rema (10/5): We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our time near the falls. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peac - From the moment we arrived, this home felt like a true sanctuary. The space was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and filled with natural light that gave the whole home a warm, welcoming energy. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. Our host was wonderful, gracious and communicative even before our arrival; and genuinely warm as we checked out. You could feel the care and pride she puts into her home and into welcoming her guests. There was nothing that we did not like.

• Christine (5/5): None of these things impeded our stay but we have stayed at nicer Air B&B's with all the comforts of - It was a nice condo but definitely had some issues that could have or should have been fixed before our arrival. 4 Bubbly and 4 Bottles was nice touch 1. NO COUCH DOWNSTAIRS. The couch there was inadequate for 5 people, not comfortable. Every night we watched TV in the master bedroom. 2. Stools at the counter unusable, falling apart on most an much to tall for the space they were put in. You need reliable bar stools. 3. Nowhere enough kitchen items to cook with. Not enough plates, pans, cups, silverware, etc. 4.LISTING should STATE no BEDROOMS on First Floor 5. Shower door in master bedroom only opens into the shower. Door does not pull out so person can turn on the shower and then enter. 6.Curtain Rod in master bedroom loose and falling off wall 7. Only one nightstand in master bedroom, one person has to put everything on the floor when you face the right side of the bed. 8.Nightstad in bedroom on right as you go uopstairs nightstand is broken 9. NO RUGS TO WIPE FEET WHHEN YOU WALK IN. Had to use towel on floor to sop up wet shoes.

Host is very responsive and great! There are free water and sparkling. bedrooms doesn’t have locks. but not a biggie

We are a family of five and the space was just right. The amenities were great. We couldn’t have hoped for a better place to stay. And it was extremely affordable. The property was very extremely unbelievably clean. We hope others keep it that way.

• Neil (10/5): My first trip to Canada was a truly excellent holiday and this property was the icing on the cake. Amazing!! - The property was exceptionally luxurious and very spacious. All modern decor and spotless on arrival. Close to all amenities and lovely location. Could have been more kitchen utensils and cutlery. Outside chairs, additional sofa and bedside tables would have been beneficial. However this property was 5⭐️+ and I wouldn’t hesitate going back!!

• Ashley (8/5): Beautiful property, small issues, really warm upstairs - It was beautiful and modern The air flow had issues, the downstairs was super cold and there was no cold air upstairs at all and it never was below 73 upstairs at anytime even at night and was even warmer during the day. There was no hot water in the bathrooms sinks and any shower items in the master were out. We had one small garbage bag in the van and no extras to change the trash. Unplugged the coffee maker to plug in the toaster that had a six inch cord and couldn’t get it to plug back in and ended up having to plug it in by the floor in a tv cart.

• Raul (10/5): Exceptional - The townhouse was beautiful, super clean, everything new! The kitchen was stunning, high ceilings, beautiful island and large open space. The bedrooms/upstairs were all extremely comfortable, clean, spacious. As were all the bathrooms and the showers! The garage was large enough to park my mini van inside with plenty of space left over. How close the townhouse was to the following places was key!! Costco, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, Walmart, Metro, Fast food restaurants and Gas Stations.. Will definitely be booking this location again the next time me and my family have to come into town!!
• Scott (4/5): Lovely building and location, unfurnished it is almost useless. - It was new construction and the building was beautiful! The amenities were excellent. The location was great. Beds were okay. There were almost no furnishings! 3 beds, 1 couch, 1 dining room table with accompanying chairs, and a 24” round coffee table! There were no end tables, no lights by the beds… no dressers of any kind… no curtains that blocked the light in the mornings, everything had to be on the floor! If all 3 couples had come there was no where to sit in the living room!! The stools at the breakfast island were the same height as the table.. no way to use that area to eat! There was 1 glass and a couple coffee mugs! We brought camping gear and used it in the living room to be comfortable! Payment was a problem and caused too much stress!

• Joanne (8/5): Great location. - Lovely modern equipment, spacious rooms and excellent location for exploring the Falls. The biggest issue was there were insufficient seats for us all to comfortably sit and relax. One 3 seater settee for the four of us. Likewise not enough kitchen utensils. Once we had breakfast there were not enough mugs, glasses etc for the rest of the day. Therefore filling/emptying the dishwasher or washing pots was a frequent activity on our holiday. In the bedrooms again although lovely and comfy beds, there is nothing else. No bed side tables etc.

In need of more furnishings, especially bedrooms in need of night tables with lamps, chairs, hangers in closet, luggage stands. Living room and dining area needed more seating. More cutlery and kitchen gear would be a plus. Also, bare walls could use some pictures, canvas or framed, decorations etc.

Brand new, fully equipped with everything we needed and more, all facilities in tip top condition and exactly as described, smell of cleanliness when entering the house, private parking spot, and all electronic devices in perfect condition. There were even treats like chocolate and snacks waiting for us!! The best experience we had with a house! Nothing! Everything was perfect 😊

• Anonymous (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and with a few tweaks this property could be rated “excellent.” - This was a new property, with plenty of hot water for showers, fairly comfortable beds and modern appliances. The bedrooms did not have any furniture except a bed. End tables would have been very helpful. The beds didn’t have mattress pads or pillow protectors, & the master bed did not have pillows with cases, only two shams. There was not enough toilet paper.
