• Dana (10/5): Great homely place, great for larger families - The pool was amazing. We really liked the quiet neighbourhood, yet it wasn’t far from shopping centres etc. Nil
• Jason (10/5): - Nice an peaceful . No traffic . . Short walk to the shops . Everything u could need was in the house . .. Heaps of room Only thing would be oven out of order but that wasn't a big problem an im sure will be fixed in no time
• Hussien Sabawi (6/5): Short Sydney brake - Nice quiet area, close to shopping, rooms were a good size, The oven wasn't working, I couldn't get the TV to work, the bed and pillows were not very comfortable, only bath towels and no hand towels.

• Trudy (5/5): - Great location inside was clean. I booked it for the 2 bathrooms only to find out it is one bathroom and a separate 2nd toilet which is out side, you can access it from inside. I think it needs to be put in the description there is only one bathroom. Photos on the internet don’t show the multiple stains on the carpet or mould in the bathroom/shower. The gardens really need to be fixed it’s very over grown and looks bad. There was only a 2 sitter lounge for a family of 6 would be a good idea to put another lounge in the lounge room. We had only been in the house for a few hours and found One of the beds was broken and the owner made us feel like it was our fault. They still gave our deposit back but still didn’t fell right.
• Helen (2/5): - It was central for trains and shops The house was so outdated inside and there were not enough towels or bedding for when we needed them washed. Had to wash and dry them then reuse them. The garden was overgrown and messy. There was only a 2 seater sofa to seat 5 people so we had to use garden furniture to sit on. The oven didnt work so we were limited to what we could eat. The pool was not safe to use so we couldnt use it so very disappointing as that was the reason we booked this bungalow. The carpets were stained and looked disgusting.
• Danielle (7/5): It was ok - Location was good for what we needed, was freshly cleaned Pool was green and my children were unable to swim which was the reason we stayed here 😭 The oven didn’t work - I did raise this with host who explained the oven is not listed within listing as they are aware (it did list something along the lines of cooktop and when I looked at the images the cooktop and oven are the same unit so I interpreted that the entire unit was in working order). I also raised the issue of the pool being green and the host arranged someone to come and put chlorine in the pool - unfortunately we were still unable to swim during our stay and this person came and did the chlorine whilst we were out for the day which we were uncomfortable with. Lots of stains on carpet which I made sure to take photos of when we arrived, the timber doors in the bookshelf unit in living room also broken (I also took photos) but also had to be mindful of glass doors with young children.
• Demi (10/5): - We loved the location. Short walk to roselands shopping centre. Loved the space within the home environment, main beds so comfortable. Air-conditioning throughout was great. Loved having a pool to enjoy on great warm days.

• rhys (10/5): - Booked the property to stay at for the Lady Gaga concert and the host was nothing but accommodating. They helped us any way they could to make our concert experience less stressful accommodation wise & we're so appreciative of that. Host was quick to respond to any messages, property was large, had everything we needed & more and we have absolutely no complaints. Couldn't have asked for a better concert day!

• Victoria (1/5): I’ll wouldn’t recommend staying there as my experience was not met as it was advertised. - Nothing as nothing was working beside shower my kids had skin rashes dusty dirty and very poor how we arrived and cleaners had just arrived to clean property from a 2 weeks notice booking and paid was not happy at all. That there was no free wifi as advertised on booking.com pool very dirty but they claimed they clean it once a week and had told me my kids can swim in it but I never recommended it for my children

• Ivy (2/5): Strongly not recommend. - Quiet street, easy to park There was only one bathroom while it listed as 2 bathrooms. The house is very basic and small. The owner asked for PayID money transfer as deposit otherwise won’t share the key safe code. Also have a long list of penalty rules in pre check in emails, and a long list of penalty for damage in the house. This put a lot of pressure to us, we didn’t enjoy the stay at all.
• Jai (9/5): We love Sydney! - Short walk to local mall, a little further to Narwee station which was still easy enough to walk to each day to get the train into the city. Really quiet location considering close proximity to main roads and motorway. Felt safe walking back from station later at night too. House is fantastic, really responsive host, great communication. Will certainly book again if we're ever over here again.

• Jason (10/5): Would come back again! - Our stay here was very pleasant for me and my family! The property owner was also very kind and hospitable throughout. The positives: - Clean facilities - Washer/Dryer was a plus - Plenty of towels, pillows, and bedding - Fully-kitted kitchen (knives, cutlery, plateware, stove, pots, pans, etc.) - Nice large refridgerator - Very convenient to get to the Roseland Shopping Center (Centre?) for groceries and other necessities - We rented a car during our stay, so I'm not too familiar with the train stations, but it is only a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Sydney. I think my only gripe was that we weren't able to take full advantage of the covered car park since we couldn't get the door opened all the way. It seems like the door was stuck on something in sliding it open, but I didn't really fuss too much over it since we didn't have any trouble parking on the street in front of the property.
• Savdy (5/5): Passable - Close by to where we would like to go Having a price list for damaged put us off from using anything provided in the property. Having to reduce noise after 9pm when our group is on a holiday trip put us off so we had to be aware of what we did to avoid a complaint. Which we did get one saying we were partying but we were only sitting and talking outside. I felt really uncomfortable that there was a security camera facing direct at the swimming pool so we didn’t use it as we are a group of females it felt like we didn’t have any privacy Other than that the area was close by to were we needed to get too. Enjoyed our trip regardless.

• Casten (7/5): We had a great stayed at the property and Van Le was a wonderful host! - My wife liked the wonderful garden with the various flowers and tree plants. Our teenage boys liked the swimming pool. There were enough bedrooms for our family of five. The kitchen and the gas oven were great to have. It would be perfect if the shower room and toilet were separate to better cater for large families or groups of visitors. Adding a vegetable peeler to the great kitchen utensils would be helpful.

• Bina (3/5): We were all the time concerned about not making noise, which didn’t let us to enjoy much. - Was only one bathroom and toilet, additional toilet was outside which was hard for us to manage We were really excited about swimming pool but water was not so clean
• Jonathan (9/5): Good option - I had an amazing stay! I really enjoyed my time there. The only small issues were that I couldn’t use the swimming pool because it was too cold, and the garage door was a bit difficult to open.
• Joanna (1/5): Not all is as it appears - The beds were comfortable. When I phoned about some of our concerns, they were quick to dismiss them and make excuses. The photos speak for themselves. At $330 per night, we expected to receive accommodation that reflected that amount. 1. When we booked and paid, the terms did NOT require a bond prior to check in. They then changed the terms 2 days before our arrival and said the code for the keys would not be given until the bond was paid. When I raised this with the host they changed the terms. I have screen shots to prove it. I also tried to resolve this through Booking.com and all they did was forward my email to the host. 2. The beds look slept in. It is not from bad bed making or bed quilts as the host suggested when I raised this with them. According to the host the unfolded sheets in the linen cupboard cause this. 3. The pool is dirty. The images clearly show this. The host tried to put this down to the type of camera being used - dismissing the green cloud of algae as we swept the side of the pool. 4. The TV was not tuned in. We could not watch TV. 5. The microwave stank of smoke/burnt. 6. The pantry won't open unless both the fridge and freezer doors are fully opened first. 7. The property looks unkept. Weeds and unmowed front grass. 8. The ad states there are two bathrooms. There is one bathroom and a second toilet with access only from the outside. Overall, the place is not what is represented on Booking.com and in my opinion is not at all worth the $330 per night. The listing description and photos are misleading. I paid for facilities that couldn't be used or weren't even there to use. I passed all this information on to the host who in turn then accuses me of trying to blackmail in order to get a refund. According to my sources, the property was sold last year. It would be good for Booking.com to have dates on the reviews so we know if they are recent or not - for all listings, not just this one.

This home is very comfortable and has amazing beds. The home is a two minute drive from the shopping centre which was really handy.

It needs thorough cleaning, and a leaf catcher needs to be handy. We didn't use the pool as it has some bugs and leaf. Great to use if it's well maintained.

Would definitely look better with fresh paint or upgrade.There's much space on the garage but I feel like it has not been utilized well. Although, offstreet parking is available as well. Pool needs cover as some insects like to go for a swim.😅
