• Narelle (9/5): Very comfortable apartment close to CBD with spectacular river views! - The location was absolutely spot on. Ten minute walk to everything! Woolworths Metro close by, Casino, CBD and across the river. Sitting on the verandah looking over the river each day was a highlight! It looked like it needs a coat of paint, it’s been knock around a bit. Also, was disappointed that the laundry detergent was empty and I had to go buy some for the duration of our stay. Not a deal breaker, just thought it should be supplied and replenished between stays.

Very clean and comfortable. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family . There is nothing to not like about the property.

• Gill (7/5): - We found it confusing as reception did not have any knowledge of our apartment, and as my mother is 84 we required to get into the room ASAP and had to wait in reception for hours. Unfortunately the nearest Woolworths was shut on the weekend which I realise is out of your control, pretty annoying.

• Seimon (7/5): Great location but had its issues. - Had a beautiful view There was no soap in the bathroom. The pump dispenser was rusty and when the soap finally came out it was black. the park was difficult to get into. We were advised to leave the swipe cards on the table in the unit and that we would not need them to get out. We then got stuck outside the unit as the lift would not let us go down to the parking area without swiping. We had to look for someone to help us get to the parking. I don't think we received any password for wifi
• Bhaskar (7/5): The stay made our holiday very memorable and I would definitely recommend it to anyone else visiting - Great location, can’t get better than that. The views of the river were unmatched and the ferry terminal was so close. There was no coffee plunger. The bathroom fittings were worn out and rusted. Lacking a general attention to detail - we found a used ear bud under our bed.
• Tyler (9/5): Family of 6. Short Quick Stay. - The location was good. It was quiet where we were. We wanted to be in the city, but not in the chaotic area. The view from our balcony was great (17) we were okay the river side, and was able to see the amazing lights from the Star, the big wheel and also South Bank. Location of this place was easy to get to and from South Bank. The bridge was right across the road. So we took a stroll and ended up outside the Art Gallery and the State Library. The room was clean and facilities were easy to locate and use. The Sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. We were happy we didn't have to bother anyone to have more blankets sent up. They were in the closet. I liked that it had a broom, dustpan AND a vacuum cleaner. Our kids found the box of toys in the closet also. They were very happy! It was confusing getting the keys. I was iffy about paying online. But it was allgood in the end. Our car was abit too big for the car park space(you need a small car) but we made it work. The coffee table and dinning table were made of glass. We were very weary of this as we had kids under 5 with us. But thats okay(just needed to be careful).

• Cameron (9/5): Superb - The river view was wonderful and the apartment was very comfortable also the air conditioning was very good witch makes a big difference when sleeping. Not much to dislike about this place, it's a small walk to cbd center but is good exercise.

Other facilities (pool, spa, gym etc) looked good but we didn't use them. The traffic noise motorway was louder than I expected but consistent, so just became white noise after a while.

We really enjoyed the view from the apartment and the balcony. Apartment facilities, pool, gym, top floor lounge, were also nice. Sofa bed was uncomfortable, I would say the apartment is more suited for 4 adults instead of 5.

Washing machine & dryer. Visible stains on sofa. Cushions didn’t look clean. Kitchen baking trays need replacing. Some of the crockery had not been washed properly. Only one small thin tea towel provided. Some of the crockery was chipped.

We rented this apartment for 5 people and the sofa bed was so horrible that it was unusable as a bed. I never expect sofa beds to be very comfortable, but this one was ridiculous. The clothes dryer did not shut off and damaged some clothing.

• Viva (10/5): Great value, central Brisbane location, incredible river and city views. - Highly recommend the apartment for fantastic, great value accommodation in an amazing location! The two-bedroom apartment comfortably fit our family of 6 (2 children on a sofa bed in main living area) and the kitchen was thoughtfully appointed with all you need to prepare a meal plus little extras like tea/coffee. The hosts were amazing - very timely response to any questions and helped us with check-in arrangements as well as providing very reasonably priced parking in the carpark next door. This is definitely an unbeatable location, right by the bridge that connects Brisbane CBD to Southbank, but fairly quiet and under 10 mins walk to the city shopping district, museums, restaurants, playgrounds; with cafes and a supermarket even closer. The river and city views from the apartment are amazing! The apartment was in good, clean condition with enough bedding for everyone plus good aircon. Thank you for a wonderful holiday experience! Really I can't fault the apartment as a great value option in an unbeatable Brisbane city location. There is also 24 hour reception which is helpful if you are checking in at an odd hour. I'd also recommend the ride share bikes/scooters which are readily available and a fun way to cross the bridge, then travel along the riverwalk to Southbank.
