• Parkes (6/5): - Good location, close the the RAC arena and central to Perth's nightlife. Washing machine did not work, first 2 days the shower drain didn't drain properly and the beds are all on wheels so they roll away from the walls when you're trying to sleep

• Prabhakar (5/5): - The place is walkable to the bus station and perth station. Lot of eateries at a hands span. Safe and secure place. I had booked a 2 bedroom apartment,but when my day was nearing ,they gave me an alternate appartment which was not a 2 bedroom while I had paid for a 2 bedroom apartment. It was disappointing.

• Nilesh (10/5): Excellent location and clean and comfy stay. - The property was nice and clean. Also very convenient location in the city centre. Felt very safe, as Police Station right opposite and police presence day and night. The apartment had its own washing machine and dryer. Fully fitted with AC unit and had supplies like shampoo, shower gel as well as basic tea, coffee. There wasn’t much to dislike about the property. The hosts were very helpful, but didn’t need to reach out to them as everything ran smoothly and the instructions provided in the initial guide were simple to follow.
• Huy (7/5): - Clean, close to Perth cbd, well equipped with amenities, Wrong wifi password provided, make sure to check the manual under the Tv for the correct one. Security concern, we came back to the apartment in the evening with lights on even though we turned them off before we left. Happened twice, nothing went missing but management not sure why.
• Crawford (9/5): Very convenient, comfortable and secure. - The location was excellent, the apartment was very close to the centre of the city with transport. The bakery opening at 5:30am was very noisy at the start of every morning. Setting up of the outside furniture.
• Fernanda (10/5): Great option for friend or a family of up to 4 people - The spot in Northbridge is perfect. Really close to a lot of pubs, restaurantes e specially to the bus and train station. A bit noisy because of the police station across the road, but still definetly a comfortable accommodation there´re mosquitoes in the apartment and it would be great if the bedrooms had AC. The noise from the police station and the facility for homeless people across the road

• Kevin (3/5): The check in procedure is frustrating, better not to check in before 5pm if you would like to choose this property - Clean and tidy - The check in process is so complicated, they only give key when you fill up the pre arrival form. - we had informed the property our estimate arrival time by 6-7pm, but no further information is given and didn’t follow up with us on the pre arrival form before our arrival. I think this information should be conveyed when we had conversation through booking.com. When we arrived the property, no reception were there and we were waiting there for more than half an hour. We called the property through booking.com and no one pick up the call. Until we met other residents then only we found out there was a guide will be given after fill up the arrival form. We have been waiting, calling the property multiple times but no response, this was really frustrated. Luckily, a lady helped us to call the property and finally get them.
