• Kassie (3/5): Damp issue with mice in property. Wouldn’t recommend. - The location was good and ideal for staying in Wembley. Close enough to LDO. The front bedroom was unusable due to a broken window so was exceptionally cold meaning we were all confined to one room. The room had a damp/mold issue due to this. Also a security concern. The shower did not drain well and filled extremely quickly which made showering difficult, especially with a toddler. There was a strong smell of urine in the bathroom - in hindsight potentially from the mouse or mice? On the last night we discovered a mouse in the property which had been disturbing us during the night prior to this. We didn’t realise at the time that it was a mouse and put it down to being the pipes making the noise until we seen the mouse on the kitchen counter eating food that we had left there. God knows where else it had been during our stay. (Host wasn’t even sympathetic and did not address the hygiene issues related to this.) As it was late at night, and I had a sleeping child and were checking out in the morning I didn’t report it to the host until then as we had lost sight of it and wouldn’t have been able to do anything at that point but the information was met with hostility and general indifference to our issues. Didn’t even offer an apology and stated that we should have said sooner. I agree with this to an extent but I didn’t see that any of the initial issues would be fixed straight away nor were they that big of a deal. Until we found the mouse. I couldn’t report that before we knew about it and like I said it was in the middle of the night on our last night there so I messaged the next day. I wouldn’t usually write a review but figured that others should be aware before booking as it did not seem to me that the host cared so potentially will not address any issues before letting others stay here.

• Nur Myra Rahayu (10/5): A comfortable, clean, and convenient stay with an attentive host in a great location. - A very responsive and attentive host. The house was spotlessly clean, with a large parking area. Great location near Wembley Central tube station and surrounded by plenty of shops. None. Everything is well taken care of.

• Paula (10/5): - Adriana was very accommodating to our needs allowing us early check in to drop our bags and later check out. Apartment was absolutely spotless! Everything provided. Would recommend an uber at night to get home but perfect for walking to/from in the daytime. Ideal location for a concert in Wembley
• Ann-Marie (4/5): The flat has potential, but privacy, cleanliness and exterior condition made it disappointing. - The interior looked modern and presentable on first impression, and the bedrooms were a reasonable size. Plenty of towels were provided, and with proper care this flat could have real potential. The flat looked modern inside at first, but the following issues affected our stay. Curtains didn’t provide full privacy, the living room had no window covering and felt overlooked, and the wall in the living room next to the bathroom seemed damp. No spare pillows were provided and the ones we had were flat. There were noticeable cleanliness issues (dirty glassware, sticky remote). The exterior was not well maintained; the drive needed weeding, the windows were dirty, and the utility box cover had fallen off. Overall, the exterior lacked kerb appeal and gave an unwelcoming impression.

• Salcedo (10/5): Excellent. Very happy with the place. - Big and comfortable flat. It has all the needed supplies for a short stay, this is a nice touch from the host. The place is very close to Wembley Stadium and London Designer Outlet which is a huge mall and nice place to check out in case of a rainy day. Good for transportation, it’s a matter to learn how the system works and you will move around the city with ease. I stayed for 3 nights. I will come back for sure. None

• Claire (8/5): Great property, modern decor, super location. - Great location for Wembley, just a short simple 15 minute walk. Clean and tidy, all of the things you would need. Modern tidy decor. Great advantage having parking available, which is brilliant. Some areas could do with some TLC, bedside lights missing from the back bedroom. Paint missing from areas of the walls.

• Elvin (9/5): Superb - Lovely modern apartment, easy to find, friendly host and very responsive Considering the size of the room allows it I think the beds could be a little bit bigger. They have double beds in both rooms
• Philippa (9/5): Great Stay - Ideal location for Wembley Stadium but also for the train to centre of London! Our host was easily contactable and keen to help if we had any issues (which we didn't!) There were no bedside lamps in one of the bedrooms as they were waiting to be installed.

• Barry (9/5): Lovely comfortable spot close to wembley! - Wonderful location. Out of the way of heavy London traffic, but super close to a tube stop and Wembly Not much to dislike, we weren’t there for too long. Bathroom is a bit small, but that like a minor gripe… not a deal breaker by any means!

All rules/requests were very fair. House was clean and well equipped. We only stayed 2 nights so didn't make much use of the kitchen but could easily use it if we stayed longer. Would happily stay again at this property or any other that they offer.

• Syamprasad (10/5): Exceptional - The interior part of this house is extremely modern. It has two spacious bedrooms rooms, a kitchen with lounge area. There was facility to watch TV that entertained our children. Everything was straightforward and easy to handle and manage. We really enjoyed our stay.
