• SAMEER (6/5): - Great location next to shops and restaurants with close access to station. Very comfortable beds. Checkin was delayed by 30min as cleaners were running late. Sofas need deep cleaning and please tidy up ground floor as it doesn't give good impression as you enter. It has a great potential but no effort was made to make the appearance of the kitchen better since its an attic apartment. We found hair on the bed so unsure if the bed sheets were changed. Not practical layout of bathroom for a family. Ok for 2 people only.

• Sergio (1/5): Posizione comoda ma Appartamento SPORCO e SENZA DOPPIA mandata - Posizione OK vicino a generi alimentari e trasporti. Quartiere tranquillo; doccia del bagno ok. Atrio d'ingresso colmo di mobili/materassi da smaltire impolverati. Casa non sicura senza doppia mandata alla serratura sia del portone dell'appartamento che di accesso alla proprietà. Pochi utensili in cucina (pentole e stoviglie) e quelle disponibili erano molto sporchi. Dietro il frigo pieno di sacchi di lenzuola sporchi. Tavolo rotto e comunque non adatto al pasto di 6 persone. Generale sporcizia. La cosa più grave è stata, però, la totale assenza di sicurezza. Durante la nostra assenza qualcuno è riuscito ad entrare nell’appartamento senza forzare il portone ed ha compiuto un furto grave. È stata un’esperienza traumatica sia dal punto di vista morale che materiale. Il proprietario non è riuscito né a fare aggiustare il tavolo (dal tuttofare che ha mandato) né ci ha fornito un celere riscontro: le risposte sono sempre state date, tramite la piattaforma, con ritardo. Non è presente una stazione di polizia nel quartiere ed abbiamo quindi aperto la denuncia on-line, la polizia si è, comunque, subito attivata. Vorremmo che altre famiglie con bimbi non ripetano l’orribile esperienza che ci è capitata, che ha parzialmente rovinato il nostro soggiorno nella meravigliosa Londra. Una sera gli inquilini del piano di sotto hanno fatto rumore fino a notte fonda e comunque la casa non era ben insonorizzata facendo passare tutti i rumori dei mezzi che scorrevano nella trafficata via adiacente all’immobile. Infine, il proprietario chiede il pagamento di una quota per autorizzare l’arrivo prima delle ore 15 (non previsto neanche il deposito bagagli gratuito) e di un’altro pagamento a parte per il deposito cauzionale (35£ non rimborsabili o 500£ rimborsabili entro qualche giorno lavorativo dopo il soggiorno). La peggiore esperienza dei nostri innumerevoli viaggi in giro per l’Europa. Altamente sconsigliato!!!
• Anonymous (9/5): Perfect stay in London - The Flat is very well located, because it's pretty close to Golders Green tube station of the Northern Line. There are several good restaurants and shops nearby! The owner, Richard, is very kind and attentive to guests' needs. He made our stay really perfect ❤️ The stairs were pretty narrow and dirty 😕

• Rob (5/5): Would not stay again - Said comes with parking but always had to fight for parking spots . An extra £35 none refundable damage charge was applied after payment before you got the keys with no proper receipt, what did not say anything about it when booking and would not respond to your calls or emails regarding receipts . Had a mouldy smell wasn’t the best but we live and learn Good place for where I was working

• Farah (2/5): Waste of money. Not recommended! - Location was nice This place is not ready to host people by all means. We entered the apartment after 14 hours flight - outside temperature was extremely cold and so was the apartment. It was freezing inside out. Since they knew it that we booked this place they could have turned the heating on. The heater in sitting area was not working at all. It was such a pain. Cherry on top there was only boiling water available for shower. We kept complaining that shower water is unable to be used but no help was available. Also there were many flights of stairs - it was so difficult to carry luggage bags up and down. The whole stay was simply waste of money. We spent 4 nights with immense difficulties - it was the worst ever experience I had throughout my stay in the UK - I will not recommend it coz with this much rent we could have found a better place with nice facilities.
• Barry (7/5): Overall it was an ok stay but things could have been handled better by the host. - Pros: Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Same for the bathrooms. Location right on the main road of Golders Green was convenient to shopping and the Tube stops. We booked this place months in advance. On the day of arrival as we were headed to the apartment, we still had not received the lockbox code. When I contacted the owner, he told us we needed to pay a refundable security deposit of 500 pounds on the spot, or pay a non-refundable 35 pound fee in lieu of the 500 security fee, before he would give us the lockbox code. I found this very shady since this could have been taken care of any time in the previous months and not under the gun on check-in day as we are headed to the apartment. With no choice I paid the fee. As for the apartment, it was not very well stocked, with no spare blankets (only 3 were provided for 4 people with no extras). The apartment was very cold because the main living room radiator/heater was broken. We reported this immediately and followed up every day to try and get fixed, but it never was.
• Paul (10/5): Exceptional - The house was well presented. It was walking distance to the tube, straight down a main street. There are express supermarkets close by as well as lots of options to eat out. It was quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. The bond was a bit of a surprise but it was refunded quickly upon departure.

• Sandra (8/5): Great Location and Comfortable Stay - The location was excellent, close to train and lots of local dining and retail shopping options as well as groceries. Apartment was comfortable, had all of the creature comforts of home. Amazing communication from property management, if we return to London we will definitely stay here again. The entry and stairwell would benefit from cleaning, but this is only because the ground floor flat renovation and doesn't impact the stay.
• Andrew (9/5): Great space and facilities. Would definitely stay there again. - Great location. Spacious. Very comfortable beds. (3 double beds). Two bedrooms. Shower great, nice and hot. Has a small dining table for meals. Kitchen facilities were good, new and clean. Quiet location later in the evening. The owner / manager was very responsive. Good value for money for London. My family and I had a great time there. I would definitely stay there again. On arrival, the outside /entrance of the property looks a bit shabby (weeds / blacked out downstairs windows) and in the foyer was lots of stuff from an apartment that was currently being decorated. But once in the actual apartment, the experience was great and these things then didn't matter at all.

• Lisa (5/5): Location was perfect but the accommodation is tired. The shower room needs to be sorted out as smell is overpowering whe - Pros: location, supply of clean towels and bed linen. Two separate bedrooms. Cons: shower room smelt awful - damp and mold. Mirror in bedroom was smashed, light in toilet had come away from the ceiling. Dirty light strings in toilet and shower rooms. Appeared to be dusty, son developed coughing when sleeping in the lounge. Neighbours smoking can be smelt in the flat.

• Pablaka (9/5): It felt like home. - It felt like home. The location was great. On the street up to the metro you could find everything you need, shops, cafes. Convenient location for using city transport. We were worried that the apartment key might break, but everything was fine. Just every time we leave the house make sure the door is really close.
