• Susan (7/5): Excellent stay close to the shops and transport - Beautiful spot right on the river I love the garden Large bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable. I could feel the springs definitely needs replacing. No mattress protector on pillows were terrible. Heating did not seem to work after the first day very cold The lounge was uncomfortable
• Penny (7/5): Fabulous place and location just needed a few extra amenities to take it to next level of truly convenient - Amazing location and space and proximity to park, river and transport We had some heating issues in main bedroom. Radiator didn’t work there but a blow heater was ok for the mornings Coffee pods not supplied for coffee machine and limited kitchen cooking equipment. There was no clothes washing detergent. We also found the washing machine stopped working after 2nd wash.

• bandar (10/5): - Everything was perfect. The area is quiet and beautiful, and the spacious garden added a lovely touch to the place. The kitchen is large and well-equipped with all the essential items and cooking tools. The bedrooms are spacious and peaceful, and the heating was excellent. Access to the property was easy and convenient. I stayed in this accommodation for two weeks, and Fernando was very helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily book it again on my next visit to London.

• Christian (10/5): Perfect place to find quiet in a busy city like London. - The size of the flat is fantastic, much bigger in person than in the photos, which was a really nice surprise. The 2 huge bedrooms and the big living room make the apartment so much more easy to spend time in and cosy. Although we visited in January, so, very cold, we didn’t use the garden much but it was outstanding! Definitely a great place to book over summer to make great use of the waterfront garden. Great location, great neighbourhood too! Fernando, the host, was excellent! Extremely attentive and always fast to reply to any texts/enquiries we had in a timely manner.

We arrived at the property and unfortunately someone was parked in the allocated space. We therefore had to find alternative parking for a short while whilst a further space became available.

Very professional host with great communications and an app with videos that helped with all aspects of the property Is in the flight path to land at Heathrow but out of control of the host.

Easy walk to Thames Clipper Quay, bus and tube, shops, bars & restaurants, cinema. V pleasant, quiet area of London. Garden is lovely. Flat attractive, spacious, comfortable & clean with good check in communication. Nothing .... however it is easy to plane spot from this area of London.

Loved the garden and the size of the apartment was fabulous especially the two bigger bedrooms. It’s only very minor but the bathroom windows looked a little dirty.

Super vert som var tilgjengelig og veldig serviceorienter - Romslig, rolig nabolag, kort vei til undergrunnen Luktet mugg spesielt på ene soverommet, ikke like rent over alt og lite utstyr på kjøkkenet til å lage mat til mange personer. Litt manglende vedlikehold som for eksempel noen løse gulvlister her og der, et vindu på badet som ikke gikk helt igjen, og manglet lås på døren til det ene badet.

• orla (8/5): Fabulous location, lovely apartment with lots of space and great location - Very spacious, lovely garden, very clean. Lots of soft towels and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was great, close to the tube and Putney for shops and restaurants. The fridge wasn’t working when we arrived and it took some time to get a response, asking us to remedy it eg checking the plug when it was an integrated fridge, do I had no idea where the plug was. Had to wait around editing for a response. The ironing board is broken.

• Michelle (10/5): Fabulous Riverside apartment in London - The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The garden was beautiful and the location was perfect. The apartment was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. we happened to be in London during a heat wave, but the place stayed cool. there were a few fans which helped as well. can't think of one negative about the apartment
• Shivangi (10/5): Exceptional - The property met all expectations. The host ensured a good checkin experience and stay. The rooms were big and very comfortable for the 4 of us. All appliances were in working condition. The kitchen is tocked with some spices, salt and sugar as also some sachets of tea and coffee, so you don't need to run around as soon as you have arrived if you are carrying few essentials yourself. The location is close to stations and transport just by the river side. The garden is beautiful and we had amazing mornings at the stay. Nothing.

The apartment was clean, spacious and well located to the High St and - The property was perfect for our family visiting our old neighbourhood of Putney and accessibility to transport options. The apartment was spacious and clean, and two bathrooms helped with two adults and three teenagers! The garden was lovely to sit out in the sunshine and enjoy the proximity to the river. There was nothing that we didn’t like.

• Gaia (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location - The appartment and the location are really great. The apartment has direct access to a nice garden, a park and close to main of transportations. The district also it's super. The communication with the owner was also great and easy
• Maria (4/5): High expectations but a very disappointing experience - Location The beds where not comfortable, the mattresses seemed broken. The washer leaked all over. The refrigerator didn’t work properly. The chairs in the dining room are so flimsy that if you are not careful the legs can open and you can fall down. In general the place needs fixing. Disappointing and not worth the price.
• Angharad (8/5): It’s a lovely flat, with great rooms and a beautiful view - The outdoor garden backed onto the river which was very pretty and sitting/ dining room was a lovely large space. There wasn’t enough cooking equipment/ utensils in the kitchen
• 9mike999 (4/5): Disappointing - The position was great; on the Thames, near shops, restaurants and public transport. The style of the house is good. We were driving a middle sized car, and we were able to park without a problem. The general state of the property is poor and it needs renovating. The paintwork in some rooms is flaky. The kitchen is not well equipped. The electrics of the oven do not work correctly, the hob is very slow, the washing machine leaks. The WiFi is slow and sometimes doesn't work. The mattresses leave something to be desired. All in all, it gives the impression that nobody really takes care of it, a big shame, because it could be very nice. In it's current state it is overpriced. The day before we arrived, there was a bad water leak affecting one of the bedrooms, which was made unusable. 2 beds were set up in the living room for us (we were a family party of 6 people). Although the manager was not on the premises to meet us, a friendly neighbour was there and helped us. The rent was reduced.
• W (10/5): We will absolutely book this apartment four our next trip to London. A perfect place for a group or family to stay. - The apartment exceeded our expectations. Clean and stylish it accommodated our family of 6 easily. The kitchen was modern with all the necessary appliances & dishes needed to cook a meal or do laundry. The back garden facing the Thames was a treat. The apartment is located a short walk from the tube & easy travel to the center of London (and goes directly to Paddington Station & the Heathrow Express train making travel to/from the airport easy). Communication with the host was excellent & questions answered quickly. We had such a packed schedule we didn’t get to spend enough time in the apartment

I mean, the property looks like it was furnished on a budget. Not really comfy beds, minimal amenities and decor. Super slow TV. However we weren't staying there for the decor - we cared about location. So not a big deal.

• Josee (5/5): Passable - I prefer to receive the keys pick up location prior my arrival rather than using phone call upon my arrival to the door. Receive clear location address and instruction before arrival is better prepared as we might not access to local phone services immediately General cleaningness is ok, many old mud and dirt and dust around the corners, skirts and wall. The house needs a deep cleaning. The parking space available is only fit for small compact car which should be mentioned in the facilities included. We rent a jeep which is almost unable to fit in the space. The space is for 2 cars to park parallelly, however, there was a car parked in the space irresponsiblely, parked diagonally so we end up had no space to park. The house owner could not ask that car owner to move the car or park properly. Property owner asked us to settle with that car onwer ourselves whcih we did not want to initiate any argument. We had no space to park during our stay but the rent of the apartment had already price in the parking space. We felt no good and that was an empty promise.

River so close Put together a compendium for guest use, for instance we only found the washing machine instructions high up on top of the fridge when we were packing to leave. Only 2 plain drinking glasses.( 8 wine). Second bathroom shoddy tiling, couldn't use the bath as plug didn't work. Need hand rail to hold when climbing out of the shower. Couldn't find light switch for lights at the bottom of lower stairs. Dangerously dark. Single bed mattresses not the best

• Sara (7/5): Good - Nice location near the river and next to the park but relatively far from the city center. The apartment was large and clean. The apartment is located at the ground floor and you need to go through a narrow stairs to enter it and this might be difficult with large luggages. The heating system was not working but the landlord fixed the issue immediately except for heating system in one bath, hence we were only able to use one bathroom for shower. The internet network had poor signals. Unfortunately, no luggage storage was provided following the checkout which is needed specially for night flights.

• Hau (9/5): Good for family - The location is good. The neighbourhood is friendly and safe, with some chill restaurants nearby. Though it’s a bit far from city centre, I enjoy the boat ride from Putney Bridge every morning. It takes about 50 mins but the ride is relaxing. The rooms are of the right size for my family. It is at the lower ground floor and I had to move my luggage downstairs.

The apartment was lovely and as I expected as per the pictures. - We arranged to collect the keys at 1:00pm with the understanding that check in was at 3:00pm and we could leave our bags at the apartment until such time. They were running late, but did not communicate this until I called them. The cleaner left well after the 3:00pm check in time. I have travelled a lot this year - one of the most crucial times is check in, as one is tired after travelling. Getting into the premises on time and without hassle is the first step to a great holiday. Beyond this, the overall experience at the apartment was wonderful. The apartment was lovely and clean. With the weather being so hot we used the outside area. The furniture was dirty and covered in bird droppings and spider webs. We had to clean it before using it. The outdoor area is as important to clean if its available to utilise.

• David (10/5): Perfect for family vacation - While it was a little further away from all the "tourist" spots, access to the underground was exceptional and easy walking distance from food and local pubs. The amount of rooms and beds were perfect for our group of 5. The description was spot on on the accommodations. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and so nice. That we couldn't spend more time there! It was gorgeous. It would be a great summer family getaway and be able to actually use the garden.
