Britt (1/5): PUTRID!!! ANIMAL EXCREMENT AND VERMON - What did I like? That the accomodation was located as advertised. Arriving at Tiki Palms we were shocked at the debris outside from the trees that we had to move to get to the front door. There was so much that children wouldn't be able to play outside. Once located the lock box and tried for several minutes to unlock the front door. There has been damage to the door/lock as we struggled to open. Then walking through the door we were shocked at the state of the house had been left and the smell. Walking through cobwebs and our footprints left on the floors. The kitchen bench, sofa, throw, cushions all had animal excrement. There was an egg smashed on the floor which looked to be from a nest inside the house that a bird has dropped. We turned around left and I rang the host (no answer) so wrote a text asking if it was possible to refund the next 2 nights accomodation. The first night I thought I would take on the chin as I was sure after the pictures and the host viewing the home they would totally understand. Because we stayed in the area after booking more accomodation we saw a car the next morning in the drive away (still nothing from Sanjay the host) I have tried for a month to speak with Sanjay who will say that he is sorry hasn't gotten the messages but the replies in the various platforms I have sent messages through. I have been ghosted and by Sanjay.
