• Izabela (9/5): - Fantastyczna lokalizacja, niedaleko Dzielnicy Finansowej, Chinatown i przy samej stacji metra. W poblizu duzo sklepow i restauracji Na 5 osob mieszkanie bylo troche za male.
• Michael (10/5): Liebevoll eingerichtete Zimmer in guter Lage - Gute Lage zur Metrostation East Broastway and zu Sehenswürdigkeiten in Fussnähe (9 11 Memorial - 32min, Brooklyn Bridge - 45min, China Town, Little Italy, ...). Unterkunft ist liebevoll gestaltet. Die Dusche war angenehm warm, Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine, Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Fön, ...). Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren angenehm gross, sauber und gepflegt
• Manel (10/5): - Great stay overall. The location in Chinatown is unbeatable, right in the center of the city with easy access to everything. The kitchen was a big plus and helped save money on meals. The hosts were responsive and helpful throughout the stay. For the price, it’s excellent value and a smart choice if you want to stay central without overspending.

• Boris (10/5): Overall, we recommend this apartment to visitors looking for authentic accommodations in Manhattan at a fair price. - We stayed in the apartment for 8 nights in early April as a family of four. Communication with the agency was excellent, and we were greeted on-site by a staff member. Everything went completely smoothly. When we arrived, our first challenge was figuring out how to store luggage for four people in the apartment. The space is used very efficiently, but it’s tight for additional items like suitcases and clothes. After some trial we found a solution. The kitchenette is very small and doesn’t offer much of a countertop. But even here, a little improvisation goes a long way, and it actually worked out pretty well. As a family, though, everyone has to be considerate of one another; otherwise, it gets a bit cramped. There are several supermarkets, bakeries, and cafés in the immediate vicinity. The Subway is perfectly located, but you can also walk quickly to Chinatown and SOHO. We really enjoyed doing that, as it gives a very authentic feel to this part of Manhattans Lower Eastside. The apartment is equipped with a large flat-screen TV in one of the bedrooms. The internet connection is excellent. The bathroom is small but functional. There isn’t enough counter space for multiple toiletries bags. The agency responded very quickly to our inquiry and was very helpful. That was impressive.

• Seraphin (10/5): - In the heart of downtown New York, this cute little gem gave us access to the whole city, close to the subway and minutes away from Brooklyn bridge soho and China town. Hosts were great they have 24/7 costumer service. Check in process was smooth
• Yaiza (1/5): ESTAFA- no reservéis! - Son apenas 30 metros cuadrados que se ofertan para cinco personas: imposible. Las camas son muy duras, el espacio está sucio, las ventanas no cierran y se cuela viento por ellas. No funcionan más que dos enchufes. El edificio es tan viejo y está tan mal cuidado que las puertas del portal están siempre abiertas, la electricidad se va si enchufas un móvil y un secador de pelo al mismo tiempo y los radiadores estuvieron los siete días emanando vapor de agua y haciendo un ruido ensordecedor, mañana y noche. He viajado a NY siete días en los que he tenido que estar hablando con el propietario TODOS los días: porque se fue la luz, porque hacía frío y el viento se colaba por las ventanas, porque los radiadores iban a estallar...Han sido unas vacaciones nefastas por culpa del alojamiento. Además, hacía mucho tiempo que nadie había limpiado debajo del sofá, la alfombra cochambrosa o las ventanas, llenas de gotas de lo que parecía grasa (?)Fiarme de sus buenas imágenes fue un error que espero podáis evitar vosotros. NO reservéis aquí. El apartamento necesita una renovación urgente de electricidad, aislamiento, limpieza y comodidad, además de la inseguridad que sentimos al tener, a la fuerza, que dejar entrar a extraños a "arreglar" las cosas que se iban rompiendo día a día mientras nosotros estábamos haciendo turismo. No merece la pena. Al pedir un mínimo reembolso, el propietario nos ha hecho ghosting, así que no le importa en absoluto vuestra comodidad. Evitad reservar aquí.

• Denisa (10/5): Roztomile malicke,ciste a naprosto vybavene. Rychla domluva , co jsme potrebovali, zaridili. Skvela lokace. - Čisté , skvela lokalita u metra. Velmi malinke pokojicky, ale vzhledem k tomu, ze tam pouze prespavate, tak dostačující.
• Hania (8/5): Super miejsce do aktywnego zwiedzania NY - Lokalizacja jest fantastyczna. Do stacji metra Delancay jest 5 minut skąd szybko dojedzie się na Brooklyn a zwiedzanie uptown umożliwia drugi przystanek dosłownie 2 minuty od budynku. Po drodze do powrotu, by zostawić rzeczy, odpoczać, i wyjść znowu. Maksymalny dojazd do atrakcji zajmował nam 25 minut niezależnie od pory dnia. Mieszkanie na zdjęciach wydaje się większe, ale jest bardzo komfortowe mimo mniejszego rozmiaru.
• mathilde (1/5): Très sale, petit et bruyant ! - Les + : super bien placé, personnel très réactif et serviable ! Les - : très sale! Les draps n’étaient pas propres, il y avait des poils partout, un cafard dans notre chambre. Vraiment très petit, la « 2eme » chambre est un placard il n’y a pas d’intimité et pas de fenêtre surtout ! Des énormes bruits de tuyauterie à 6h du matin chaque matin, le chauffage n’est pas réglable donc c’est littéralement un sauna, un chantier a lieu chaque matin à partir de 7h si vous êtes chanceux et donc vous vivez avec des ouvriers si vous ouvrez les volets de l’unique fenêtre (qui donne sur une sorte de mur) de la pièce à vivre

• Roland (10/5): A true gem in the Lower East Side! - This is a true gem! Not only is it located in a wonderful part of town, ideal from which to explore NYC, but it is excellent value. It's like having your own place. It's small, but it had everything we needed. Every inch has been maximized for comfort.
• matej (10/5): Super - modest but good accommodation for visiting New York we stayed for 6 nights very quiet location with two metro stations and a bus station from which you can go to all parts of New York also a good direct connection to JFK landings in the immediate vicinity several markets and places to eat the nights were surprisingly quiet The communication with the apartment manager was very good, he was helpful and available if we needed anything, the check-in was smooth, there was a girl waiting for us who gave us directions and keys.
• Carlotta (8/5): - Posizione ben collegata e zona piena di vita. Staff cordiale e sempre disponibile. Casa troppo piccola per un gruppo di 5 persone, non c’erano armadi e lo spazio era poco per tenere le valigie aperte. Un po’ rumoroso per la presenza di un cantiere nelle vicinanze.
• Karen (8/5): Dejligt uturistet område. - Virkelig god beliggenhed! Skøn kaffebar lige udenfor døren og nemt til gode vintage butikker og hyggelige restauranter. Subway få skridt fra døren. Der var en del støj i weekenden
• Lotte (7/5): - Really good location, with 3 metro stations within 10 minutes. Several supermarkeds, restaurants etc in the area. The neighbourghood felt safe. Nice to have 2 bedrooms and a bit more space than in a hotel room. Construction work ongoing right next to the appartment. It started at 7 every morning and they where working cm's (literally) from our bedroom window. Lack of storage facilities in the appartment, there where not even room for having our suitcases open and no where to unpack our clothes. Lack of guidance from the host at arrival. Would have been nice with some info about where to put trash etc. We felt quite uncomfortable when the host told us, that "if any neighbourgs asks who you are, you should just say that you are my friends".
• Marcus (7/5): Good room in a great location - The location was great, we liked the neighbourhood a lot and it is very close to a subway station. Getting the key was super difficult. We didn't get any instructions upfront except for the question at what time we would arrive. It took us half an hour to find a wifi spot to get in contact with the host and get some instructions. Not a great experience after a long flight and arriving there at 21:00. Furthermore the room is nice but the bathroom is small and doesn't have any hooks to hang a towel. With some towel hooks and clear upfront instructions, the experience would have been much better.

• Vincenzo (10/5): Ritornare presto!!!! - C’è tutto quello che serve per fare una bella vacanza nel cuore di New York :tutto vicino Metropolitana con 3 stazioni nel raggio di 300 metri.Negozi e Supermercati di tutto ciò che vuoi.Locali notturni e ristoranti non particolarmente cari. Non ha il bidè )))

• Carsten (8/5): Würden es Freunden empfehlen. - Sehr gute Lage in der Lower East Side, im Prinzip wäre es sehr ruhig, wenn nicht direkt am Haus eine Großbaustelle mit einem Bau eines Hauses in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft wäre. Die Agentur war sehr hilfreich, wegen der Hitze wurden sehr schnell zwei Klimaanlagen besorgt. Insgesamt für New York bei für uns sehr guter Lage, wenn man die Lower Eastside mag, ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Hatten es gebucht in der Vorstellung, dort auch zu frühstücken, haben es von der Atmosphäre her dann doch nicht gemacht und sind lieber frühstücken gegangen. Prinzipiell wäre das aber bei vorhandener Küche und Tisch Gut möglich. Das zweite Zimmer hat quasi kein Außenfenster, da das eine Fenster unmittelbar auf die benachbarte Baustelle schaut.

• Dieneke (7/5): Lovely apartment but sadly uncomfortable due to the hot steam sauna type heating - Super cozy apartment tastefully decorated in a really hip neighbourhood. The heating / radiator noisily blew out steam throughout the day and sometimes the night. It turned the apartment into a hot steam room with leaking water on the floor. Also a temporary nuisance - next Doornbos a building site. 7AM the building starts. Don’t expects to sleep beyond that.
• Iwen (8/5): Convenient cozy place located in lower east side’s local community. - Great location, nice price, local vibe, staff respond quickly. Two queen bed and one sofa bed, one bathroom and one kitchen (little but has everything you need). A little bit tide but cozy. The heater was uncontrollable, however the staff try to fix it actively. The closet in one of the room can not be use because it was stocked by the bed.
• Hilda (9/5): Very good experience, will come again - Very nice and clean place near Chinatown, subway within walking distance. The staffs are really nice and helpful. Even though we check in very late at night, they still make sure we get in smoothly. A little bit expensive, but it’s Christmas holiday, so understandable:\ There is a huge hot water pipe in one of the bedroom, it will make noise if someone in the building is taking shower. However, even though I am very sensitive to noise, I still have a good sleep with ear plugs, so I guess it’s probably bearable :)

The space is cramped and it is right for 4 people but perfect for a New York getaway week - Convenient great location easy access nice neighborhood close to subway. Host was very helpful Cramped and tight for 4 people. Lack of privacy as rooms have windowed doors. Minimal kitchen and sitting area.
