• Aleksandra (7/5): - Wyposażona kuchnia i dwa pokoje oraz lokalizacja Duża wilgoć w apartamencie mimo otwierania okien połączone z chłodem (temperatura na zewnątrz była 10-20 stopni Celsjusza). Mieszkania znajduje się w kamienicy o grubych murach, które trzymają chłód. Myślę, że w środku lata niska temperatura może być autem.

• Aneta (2/5): Nie polecam - Lokalizacja była w porządku. Blisko metro i pociąg, chociaż do metra trzeba dojść kawałek podziemiami. Łóżko w sypialni całkiem wygodne. Gdy przyszliśmy, mam wrażenie, że pokój nie był gotowy. Otwieramy skrytkę z kluczem, a tam klucza nie ma. Łapiemy za klamkę i okazuje sie, że siedzi tam jeszcze jakaś pani, chyba sprzątająca. Daje nam klucz i wychodzi. Zaznaczę, że poinformowałam wcześniej, że będziemy około 15. Potem jeszcze jakaś pani puka, wchodzi i mówi, że musi przejrzeć pokój po poprzednich gościach. Jeżeli nie jesteście w stanie przygotować pokoju dla następnych gości, to nie dawajcie szansy na późniejsze wymeldowanie, bo potem się nie wyrabiacie. Ale przecież pieniądze muszą się zgadzać, bo za późniejsze wymeldowanie i wcześniejsze zameldowanie jest 40€. A jeżeli chce się przyjść do pokoju po 24 to też musicie zapłacić. Z plusów to dała nam wino , ale to wszystko było tak niezorganizowane, jakby się nie spodziewali, że mają dzisiaj kolejnych gości. Pokój był ewidentnie źle posprzątany, ręczniki brudne, na półkach kurz. A co najgorsze były ususzone robaki - prusaki. Co jest w ogóle nie do pomyślenia, żeby apartament z takimi opiniami, miał taki problem. Woda pod prysznicem leciała albo lodowata albo wrzątek. A ciepła woda jest limitowana, ale nie jest to moja wina, że się kończy, jak leci cały czas wrzątek. W salonie łóżko to była jakaś dostawka, wyglądało to, jak materac położony na podłodze. Nie było tam w ogóle miejsca, nie dało się przejść, a niby jest to dogodny apartament dla 4 osob. Z już mniejszych rzeczy to nie było herbaty i ręczników papierowych.

• Ana Maria (5/5): Stay away! 5th floor no elevator. - NOTHING Very basic room in a building without elevator. Apartment is located in the 5th floor. Imagine this with suitcases and my elder mother. Too expensive for the overall quality. I would not recommend this. If you need a place close to the station, get a real hotel.

Coffee, all kitchen tools to cook for yourself, AC in every room, located close to many bars and restaurants This apartment is everything that's wrong with short term rentals. Soulless, automated, you're clearly just a check to be cashed. When we arrived (on time) the door was supposed to be opened remotely. Except, that it wasn't. We called the number given to us and no one answered. After twenty minutes in the sun waiting to be let in, someone boredly answered the phone, probably wondering why a client is bothering him. He was able to open the door then after belittling me about how to use the number pad (which I did correctly, he was just clearly not available). On the third floor without an elevator you then have the most soulless apartment you can imagine with instructions everywhere to leave it in a pristine state so that the next MCGuest can leave his money there hopefully without making a fuss. We travel often and just a week before we had another apartment in a parallel street (sadly unavailable this time) which was cheaper, nicer and we got greeted by the host personally and on time. They should lower their prices because at the current cost, this is bad value. They are clearly trying to automate and be as hands off as possible to extract the most value possible from this little space. If you want to know why people are against short term rentals in their neighborhood, look no further. Book this apartment and you'll know.

• Rajan (10/5): Great! - Everything was great. Location is perfect, near Porta Garibaldi station, so you have metro train everything in 5minutes. Isola is great neighborhood with many restaurants, and prices is better than in center. 10/10

• Camilo (1/5): Bad - Location The bathroom was in bad conditions, the shower was broken and siphon aswell. No have elevator and the apartment was located in 4th floor. Additional the owner wanted to pay compensation of the damages before receiving the apartment.

• Andrei-constantin (10/5): Good value for money, as well as comfortable. - The location was great. The apartment had good internet speeds and also there were all the facilities we were expecting i.e. towels, air-con, etc. We were fortunate that our host Giorgio was also very kind and responsive - we had an issue that required his time and attention which he handled extremely fair and promptly. Not a negative, however, please bear in mind that the apartment we stayed at was on the third floor with no lift access. It was not an issue for us, but I can see how it can affect other people who travel for longer durations with more/heavier luggage.

The third (and in fact the 4th) floor without an elevator is a problem if there is no strong man to lift the suitcases. Very uncomfortable pillows (even though the mattress is comfortable)

The apartment had everything we needed, in a nice area only a short walk from a major station. Clear and informative instructions and the hosts were super friendly and attentive. Nothing, everything was great. If I had to be picky there are quite a lot of stairs to climb and no elevator.

We we not able to access the WIFI as his network didn't register on our phones. We would have preferred that Giorgio met us personally to hand over the key and set up the wifi. He did provide video instruction that were mostly helpful.
