- Gerald (1/5): Terrible, unhelpful and seems like a scam. - Terrible service. We have to provide credit card again to property for damage insurance. This is not mentioned at time of booking. We have given all payment details to booking.com already. Booking.com also says not to give credit card details to anyone else. Email says collection of key is nearby. Collection location on email does not exist at all. Call the property and given another location. Key collection is so far away , we have to catch a cab to collect and return to the unit. We have big luggage. Big hole in door in bedroom. Aircon not working in hot Brisbane at all for the duration of booking. Call to fix, says yes to come to fix. Nothing happens. Want us to return key to location 3 suburbs away. Call again. Not helpful. Still want us to return key 3 suburbs away. Took photo and record time of checkout ( 8:15am) and left key on the table as per other bookings. Basically a terrible and distressful experience.
