• Steve (10/5): Had an Excellent stay in a Beautiful place !!! - I LOVED this place, stay here!! Lots of room, and good storage room/shelves/hangers. A lot of these inner-city BnB places are super tiny single-room affairs with no shelves (like our place we had in Florence), but this one is the exact opposite! It has a wonderful kitchen setup, great fridge with a real freezer that can make ice overnight in some trays, stove and oven, etc. All it needs is a dryer, but that seems to be true of all the places we’ve stayed over here so far, their laundry technology seems to be US circa 1950, i.e. electric washer, but no dryer, just clothes lines/drying rack(s). It was an initial “pain” to get in. Pressed the “magic button” and nothing happened. Another guy came along and tried himself and got the same result. Finally a guy happened to show up that lived there and opened the door. Then as we were going in the buzzer rang to let us in, but we were already in 🥵.

• Giorgio (6/5): Pessimo con qualche cosa positiva - La posizione accanto alla Bocconi L'arredamento Doccia che scaricava male l'acqua della doccia Eravamo in 4 ma abbiamo trovato la biancheria solo per 3 , alla nostra richiesta ci hanno detto di aspettare minimo 1 ora e 30. Era già notte fonda considerate La televisione funzionava male

• Beverley (4/5): Pretty grim! - Well stocked kitchen Too noisy outside the flat, booming music on Friday and Saturday nights - we had to sleep on camp beds in the kitchen, otherwise, we would have got no sleep at all. The flat has hardly any natural light.

• Sarah (6/5): Great location and very clean comfy beds too. - Clean, great location, easy access. The iron had a wrong twin plug wouldnt fit in the sockets on the wall. So I couldn’t iron my outfits. My European adapter for my phone wouldnt fit either.
• Nathalie (8/5): Pleasant and comfortable flat in good location but make sure to understand entry/exit procedures :-) - Excellent location for parents visiting kids at Bocconi (in our case) - Very comfortable flat with all amenities. I would book again. The check-in was more difficult than usual , with unusually long "rental agreement" to sign for such a short stay and dependancy on paying an additional visitor fee -- which would have been due for any property but was difficult to identify as the blocking factor for receiving the key release code --- At the end, all good ... but all these additional steps were unexpected and difficult to understand.

• Dobraczynska (7/5): Good - The location was very good and easy check in and out process. Kitchen was very convenient and the bed is rather big and very comfortable. There is a lot of lovely cafes in the area and only about 20 minutes walk to Navigli. Bathroom could do with an upgrade and a more thorough clean (especially the shower)
• Sarah (6/5): Nice apartment, if you like busy location you might like this place. - The apartment was lovely. Had everything we needed. It was a busy location- good places to eat. But that meant there was a lot of noise at night. You would definitely need hear plugs. Plus we only got one set of keys. You really need 2 for 2 people because of the gates.

• Andrew (9/5): Superb - Location was excellent as i was visiting my daughter who is studying at Bocconi. Apartment was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed to enable my daughter to make me dinner one night. It was also really good that the tv had access to netflix.last time i visited milan i stayed at the best western and the tv there only had access to channels that were only in italian, so for me having access to netflix via tv was a big plus .I left the apartment at 6am and followed the instructions provided by easylife. However when i got to the internal gate i struggled to get out as i believed you needed the key, but i had put the key back in the lockbox so couldnt work out how to get out. I tried asking a couple of neighbourong apartments but understandably they didnt answer their door as it was around 6am. In the end i opened the gate, put my bag in place to leave the gate open and returned the key to the lockbox. So during this time i had to leave my bag unattended. The whole process took around 25 minutes and i missed the train i had planned to take. I have been diagnosed with generalised anxiety disorder so all the hassle mentioned above caused me great anxiety. I mentioned all of this to easylife and whilst they said sorry, they seemed initially to dismiss it and say it was my fault as apparently there is a sign saying you can press a button to open the gate. However i never noticed the sign during my stay and there is no mention of the button on the leaving instructions message from easylife. I mentioned this to them and they said they would consider adding it to their instructions... Which i hope they do as it is a massive oversight on their part, in my view. I had enjoyed my stay at the apartment up to that point, but it took me several hours to get over given my anxiety
