- Jordan (1/5): Nah. - The location of the building is in the heart of the CBD, if you are looking for convenience during a short trip. At check-in, I emailed FreshOnn (property management) to let them know that the condition of the studio was not as expected: the bedding was soiled with red and yellow staining (with the filthy duvet cover not in a cover but instead placed directly between top sheets), the carpets were dirty and stained, visible hair was in drawers and on the floor, glassware had fingerprints and lipstick marks, cutlery had caked on food, surfaces were greasy and the caulking in the shower is riddled with mould. I was not expecting luxury hotel standards, and am not usually too bothered with a few issues at the price point given it was Grand Prix weekend but the most upsetting thing was property management did not respond to any of my follow ups for four days. When they finally replied and I sent photo evidence as they requested, after escalating to Booking.com their response to offer me my cleaning fee back made me feel like I was being reimbursed for the cleaning I had to do on my own vacation to feel vaguely comfortable staying there. The messaging from FreshOnn is all about offering 5-star service – that is very misleading when they do little to provide any customer service at all. I’m not here to drag this company through the mud so I won’t add the photos, but I need to be honest about my experience and this was very disappointing.
