• Wee Seng (6/5): - The AC n washer are new,but some other may not be so. Generally acceptable.
• Martin (8/5): - Location and apartment facilities. The outside space was filty, needed to be swept and tiles washed.one area had a long sheet of galvanised roofing that should have been removed. The other had leaking pipes dripping into buckets, one which needed to be emptied twice a day. Also broken equipment,ie 2 clothes airers and broken buckets and mops discarded which needed to be stored in a corner by us. In the apartment itself the "kettle" was totally unacceptable. It was only big enough to facilitate the boiling of water for one cup of coffee at a time, not ideal for what was a 2 person apartment. In my opinion the outside area was not a balcony but a small courtyard and being on the ground floor no sunshine filtered in at all which was not conveyed to me and certainly not what I expected. The booking advertise a" view " i had none at all

• Λαγουδη (1/5): ΟΤΙ ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΟ - Ότι χειρότερο, το δωμάτιο ήταν πάρα πολύ βρώμικο, γεμάτο με ιστούς αράχνης, δεν είχε πολλές πετσέτες και όταν ζητήσαμε περισσότερες μας είπαν ότι χρεώνονται έξτρα. Μόλις φώναξε με να μας καθαρίσουν διότι ήταν πάρα πολύ βρώμικο όταν μπήκαμε μέσα υπεύθυνη που ήρθε ήταν αγενής. Μέσα στην ντουλάπα βρήκαμε μπατονέτες χρησιμοποιημένες από προηγούμενα άτομα, υπήρχαν πατατάκια πεταμένα δίπλα στον καναπέ, ντουλάπι του μπάνιο ήταν σπασμένο και το μπάνιο ήταν γεμάτο μυρμήγκια. Ότι χειρότερο, το δωμάτιο ήταν πάρα πολύ βρώμικο, γεμάτο με ιστούς αράχνης, δεν είχε πολλές πετσέτες και όταν ζητήσαμε περισσότερες μας είπαν ότι χρεώνονται έξτρα. Μόλις φώναξε με να μας καθαρίσουν διότι ήταν πάρα πολύ βρώμικο όταν μπήκαμε μέσα υπεύθυνη που ήρθε ήταν αγενής

• Scott (6/5): It will be a good place to stay an explore Nicosia once the improvements are completed. - Convenient location for Old Town and transit. Good restaurants within minutes. Easy to follow instructions for getting to and into the apartment. Apartment upgrades are incomplete and living room lights did not work. Bathroom needs updating and pest control. Property management did jot follow through with lighting fix or ant control.
