• Chrystel Lim (5/5): Pas terrible franchement ! - Literie correcte Baignoire cassée et réparée à l'arrache, joints très disgracieux, paroi de douche cassée, chambre ridiculement petite, table poisseuse, bouilloire entartrée inutilisable, pas de table de chevet, juste un tabouret, papier toilette premier prix très désagréable, pas de lumière au niveau du miroir de la salle de bain, bref, pour le prix c'est honteux
• Chrystel Lim (5/5): Bien trop cher pour ce que c'est - Literie confortable mais lit petit Chambre moyennement propre (baignoire avec une réparation dégueulasse, joints mal faits, vitre de douche cassée, table d'appoint collante), personnel à peine aimable, petit déjeuner très limite (heureusement qu'il y a des cafés dans le coin), chambres ridiculement petites (je me demande même si on est dans la légalité concernant les m²), si on prend une douche on inonde les toilettes, bref, à fuir ! Pour ce prix c'est un scandale
• Martin (8/5): Un bon rapport qualité/prix pour une nuit sans histoire à 50€ dans une chambre individuelle. - L'hôtel est très bien situé sur une des principales lignes de métro de Paris, à la porte de Bagnolet. La propreté de la chambre/salle de bain était presque nickel. Ma chambre donnait sur une petite rue très calme sans vis-à-vis dès le 2e étage. Le bureau avait une adhérence très particulière, comme s'il avait été recouvert d'un produit collant, ce qui était assez perturbant car il semblait pourtant très propre visuellement.

• JOHNNY (6/5): - J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour son emplacement près du métro et du tramway. Dommage pour moi la station de métro à 1m de l'hôtel était fermé durant mon séjour. Mais je conseille pour l'emplacement. La chambre est au rez-de-chaussée donc j'entendais les bruits de la ruelle à côté. C'est une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite, donc salle de bain adaptée. Donc j'aurais préféré une autre chambre. Le descriptif de la chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos vu sur Booking.

• Sergei (9/5): Nice place to stay for a few days or a week - Everything was fine. Clean, quite, helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location. A lot of shops, bars and cafe nearby. I have a suggestion: The bathtub in the bathroom is very, very slippery and can be dangerous, especially for older people. I recommend installing an additional handle on the wall next to the bathtub

• MartiRico (8/5): Ottimo per qualità-prezzo - La camera è pulita, piccola ma funzionale: ho apprezzato l'armadio e la presenza di uno specchio lungo verticale. Sulla scrivania una tv, un bollitore con due tazze, qualche bustina di tè e caffè solubile. Il bagno è comodo, è cieco con aspiratore e ha uno specchio anti-appannamento. Ho apprezzato molto che tutti i giorni trovavamo il letto rifatto e il bagno pulito, un rotolo di carta igienica in più quando stava finendo il precedente, e gli asciugamani nuovi, anche quando non li lasciavamo sul pavimento. Il personale è cortese, la struttura è aperta tutta la notte e c'è l'ascensore. Il quartiere è bello e molto local, privo di turisti e con tanto verde vicino. C'è una fermata metro proprio sotto l'hotel che però purtroppo è chiusa per lavori fino al 12 maggio. Però a 10 minuti a piedi ce n'è un'altra, Gambetta. Attorno all'hotel ci sono boulangerie, farmacie, bar e supermercati. La struttura è un po' lontana dalle principali attrazioni di Parigi (l'unica vicina è il famoso cimitero di Père Lachaise) ma a 3/4 fermate di metro dal quartiere Marais, molto carino soprattutto per la sera. In generale ci vogliono sulle 30-45 min di metro per raggiungere le varie attrazioni di Parigi. E' fattibile ma bisogna tenerne conto per organizzarsi con gli spostamenti.

• T (8/5): - Posizione ottima in quanto c’è la metro 3 proprio sotto all’hotel. Il quartiere subito non sembra dei migliori ma in realtà non bisogna farsi ingannare dalle appetenze. Poco dopo l’hotel c’è un bel quartiere residenziale con fantastici parchetti molto curati. La stanza è un po’ piccola ma quando si prenota si è avvisati delle dimensioni quindi c’è trasparenza a riguardo.

• AGNES HORRY (8/5): - the staff was friendly, the room was warm but not really practical, not feng shui... if you’re fat it s kind of hard to get around the bed cause of the wall. Bathroom was modern ish. Not smelly. The floor was dusty, the lift wasn’t working the first two days and this hotel was more expensive on booking that directly. It s a great value for the price though. 2 supermarkets within 1 minute walk and one great bakery

• Kerstin (7/5): Für ein paar Tage in Paris völlig okay. - Die Lage des Hotels ist super, direkt an der Metrostation. Das Hotel ist für ein paar Tage Städtetrip völlig ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und eng, ist aber in Frankreich meistens so. (In dieser Preisklasse) Grundsätzlich hat man alles, was man braucht. Das Frühstück ist okay, es könnte etwas mehr Auswahl sein, aber man wird satt. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört alles aus den Zimmern nebenan (z.B. Fernseher) und auch von der Straße hört man alles. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass ich die Fenster offen hatte, obwohl sie geschlossen waren.

• Red-1976 (9/5): Wonderful view from the 5th floor, west side 🔥 - Personnel was very polite & hospitable with me! 🙏🏻 View from the 5th floor room was beyond amazing! Especially from the bath room window (west side) 😍 Beds were comfortable, despite I preferred 2 single beds room with a view instead of ground floor room with king-size bed. And that was the right choice! 😎 Obviously, the hotel needs renovation as the rooms inferior & furniture were dilapidated. The breakfast was very simple, with not a big choice.

Toutes les chambres sont sûrement comme cela. La chambre 1 est prévue pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant (ce que je n'avais pas demandé). Elle est au rez-de-chaussée, à côté de la réception, dont on entend les conversations à toute heure. Pas de fenêtre car un rideau occulte la vue sur la rue arrière, où passent motos, camions et piétons bruyants, donc juste contre le lit. Le métro passe en-dessous donc on l'entend vibrer, sauf entre 1h et 5h. On entend également tous les bruits de canalisations des autres chambres.

• Gabriela (9/5): Pleasant and convenient - Finding good accommodation at a good price in Paris seems very difficult, if not impossible. Well, this hotel manages to meet that goal in many ways: it is located in an area that is very easily accessible by public transport, with a metro entrance right next to the hotel. Just a few minutes’ walk away is Place Bagnolet, with all means of public transport available (bus, tram, taxi, metro). Directly across the street and in the surrounding area there are small grocery shops, some open late, as well as cafés and restaurants. From the hotel entrance, it takes less than three minutes to reach Place Édith Piaf and the bar with the same name, and in about seven minutes of leisurely walking along a small street lined with old, typically Parisian buildings, you arrive at a small bookstore—aptly named “La Petite Librairie”—absolutely charming, with chairs set out front, perfect for reading on a warm spring afternoon. The rooms are modest, but very clean, and the linens are impeccable. The staff is kind and helpful, and the breakfast is satisfactory. It’s a place I will return to. Being a busy street, at times during the night it can be noisier than preferred.
