• laura (8/5): nonostante qualche pecca,l’o.spite è stato prontissimo a venirmi a prendere. in a.uto (in anticipo s.ull’ora.rio uf.fic - la camera da letto e la cucina 5o piano luminoso un piccolissimo ballatoio pratico fa mettere le cose da non vedersi.bel portone, 3 gradini in tutto piccolo ma ben disposto. Arredamento artigianale legno massiccio. le parti bianche in bagno necessitano una rinfrescata la doccia NON ha la doccetta a mano uno degli scorrevoli della doccia era messo male, io son delicata ma un po’ arrugginito.appoggiando il braccio per hprendere il telo è crollato in toto e mi son ferita.
• Claire (7/5): Only stay here if you can overlook the negatives - Location - easy to walk to all restaurants in Trastevere Supermarket next door Frequent tram into Rome nearby AC worked well Advertised as "stylish," which is far from the truth. The following were noted by us The sign on the front door was broken Bathroom has awful sewerage smells, and although there was a room deodiser plugged into bathroom power point, it was empty of product. Shower mouldy Broken glasses found in cupboard Kitchen sink tap spout had a leak that shot off up the wall every time you used it Kitchen unit could only be described as rustic at best Bathroom door was grubby Needs a very good clean overall There was also a high-pitched whistling/buzzing noise that would regularly go off all hours of day and night Pillows were very hard and uncomfortable for us (ok if you like latex) Wooden bed frame edges dug into your legs when getting into out of bed.

• Tomasz (6/5): Pleasant - Perfect localisation ,very good contact with the owner , quiet place , nice room with big bed and clean bedclothes Too much dust in the bathroom with important moisture smell , very dirty switches in the room and the hall, dirty cusps , dirty desk and the kettle in the kitchen , I m not from sanitary inspection but , the details that don't requires a big investment count a lot. So I suggest a more careful cleaning service.
• Bill (9/5): Great place in the heart of Trastevere - Great location in the middle of all the action. Lots of restaurants very close. Apartment was quaint and cozy. Definitely would stay again. The shower was good but it is not very big. I dont think it would be possible to have a bigger shower. Also know it is on the 5th floor but there is an elevator so it is also not really an issue but just letting people know.
• Kirsten (7/5): Good - Location was just amazing and the entree waa great of the whole apartment. Owner was responsive when i contacted him about the how to check out. . Not clean! Fridge only working on coolest setting otherwise not working and water run out of the fridge. On the coolest setting fridge made a lot if noise. It was not a huge problem as i couldn't hear it when i closed the bedroom door but still annoying. Shower was really tiny. My biggest issue was that it wasnt clean not the kitchen nit the seats and not the bathroom.

• Lexiu111 (4/5): Due to the lack of comfort in using the bathroom, the overall assessment is low, but honest - It was possible to check into the apartment at a late hour because it was easy to get the keys, which were in the locker. The apartment is large enough for 2 people. with a great location. We could leave the luggage after check-out time which was convenient for us. Very good communication with the owner via WhatsApp Cleanliness = 0/10. The apartment was not cleaned before our arrival. The bathroom stank badly, visible mold in the shower, which caused the smell. Dirty chairs, table and dust. After reporting this to the owner the next day, the cleaning company cleaned the apartment but not thoroughly and not everything. The shower was not thoroughly cleaned and the mold was still there. The smell was definitely less but still noticeable.

• Jake (7/5): Decent and quiet apartment in a good location for dining, but maintenance/cleaning is not great. - Big room & apartment. Comes with a kitchen area. Stylish furniture & cosy design. Rain showerhead. Fairly reasonably priced. Decent location, close to lots of great restaurants with a vibrant nightlife. Quiet apartment. Easy to check-in and out. Responsive manager. Not the cleanest. Dusty tables & furniture. Sheets had black stains, and bathmat had a red-brown stain. Odour from bathroom drains/vent. WiFi wasn't working the first night, but improved later on. Feels like the owner put a decent initial investment into creating the apartment, but upkeep/maintenance/cleaning is quite minimal. A number of items/decor are old & rusty (green rust even, such as the soap dispenser). Location can be a bit far from city center attractions such as Galleria Borghese (4.2km/2.6mi). City tax was to be paid in cash, which was annoying as I didn't need to withdraw/change any cash for my whole trip, except for that specific purpose.
• Merz (10/5): It is a great apartment in the heart of Trastevere. - The location is in the heart of the beautiful neighborhood of Trastevere, surrounded by abundant restaurants and cafes.

• Terry (7/5): First time in Rome. Great location. Quiet apartment in a lively neighbourhood. - Location is excellent. Plenty to see in the immediate neighbourhood. Within comfortable walking distance of Vatican, Forum, Piazza Navonne etc… Two supermarkets steps from the main entrance and a fruit and vegetable markets in the Piazza at the top of the street much appreciated. Space in bathroom for toilet and shower very tight. No useable surface for toiletries. No shelf or caddy for soap or shampoo in the shower. We visited for a week at end of February; only source of heat is a space heater in the bedroom so a little chilly in the kitchen in the morning. The tourist tax needs to be included in the booking price. Didn’t like having to scramble for cash at the end of the trip.

• Jim (9/5): Fantastic Location - Location Location....fantastic. Great little space in Romes Trastevere area. Everything you need in a compact space...Its on the 5th floor and there is a small elevator but used stairs mostly. A grocery store next door lots of amazing restaurants in the area and walking distance to everywhere (30 mins usually)...bed super comfy air conditioning works well bathroom is small but functional...communication with owner awesome The building has full recycling in the lobby and I encourage owner to provide separate recycling bins so it's easy to do. We just did it ourselves
• Sherine (9/5): Superb - The apartment is in a very lively, trendy, and safe neighborhood with a lot of good restaurants, cafes, shops, and nightlife. It is walking distance to a lot of Rome's sites on both sides of the river. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. The best part is that the apartment faces an inner courtyard and is very, very quiet in a neighborhood that hardly sleeps. Also, it comes with its own air conditioning unit fully controlled by the guest. Davide, the host, was very responsive and accommodating, whenever I had a question or needed something. The shower is a bit tight with no room in it to place soap, shampoo bottles, etc. I made it work in the end.
• Brar (1/5): PATHETIC - NOTHING. It is creepy! The bathroom was so dirty and wasn’t cleaned despite requesting. I left the apartment within an hour as it was very unpleasant.

• Bahar (6/5): Pleasant - Airconditioning and spacious rooms. The apartment had a lift which was great considering our luggages. The host was very responsive and accomodating! The toilet had a bit of a stench and we found two glass shards, one in the toilet and another in the bedroom. The location was okay just that the buses was not on time and not user friendly.

The apartment itself was clean and modern and had everything I needed, it’s a good size for two to stay together and it’s in a great location, more local than touristy street to its calm and really feels like a restful place

• Laura (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location - Trastevere is full of bars and restaurants and just a short walk over the river to the sites! The apartment was great - spacious with a very comfortable bed, coffee machine with pods provided and water in the fridge. Davide was a wonderful host.

• Laura (9/5): Good location - Location was perfect. In the heart of Trastevere, still quiet apartment. Check in is so easy. There's no living room, just kitchen and bed room. But for two person it's ok. Near restaurants and few shops. Maybe for a week, extra towels and sheets would be nice.

The kitchen has everything you need if you don't feel like eating out--but trust me, you'll feel like eating out in that neighborhood
