• Ilaria (5/5): Non ci sarà una seconda volta - La posizione. Quando ho segnalato delle problematiche sono intervenuti entro le 24 ore per sistemarle L’odore continuo di curcuma dato dall’enorme numero di abitanti del palazzo che la consumano di continuo
• Hanna (6/5): - Było czysto i klimatyzacja Żaluzje były popsute, a co do firanki zerwane. Wyposażenie kuchni było bardzo ograniczone - nie było tam nawet noża, żeby coś pokroić. Pani, z którą pisałyśmy była bardzo miła, ale nie bardzo pomocna. Nie poinformowano mnie również, że płatność za podatek miejski jest tylko kartą.

• Natalija (1/5): Absolutely terrible experience in an apartment with 0 hygiene standards and owners who don’t care. - The apartment was littered with cockroaches from the first day, especially the kitchen, where you could see them anywhere - on the walls, on the stove, in the stove/washing machine, around/in the kitchen sink and in the drawer where they keep all their cutlery. When contacted, the owners did not respond, neither on booking nor on whatsapp, even though we tried to contact them upwards of 10 times. All we’d get was a message from the bot that our complaints will be sent to human operators, and that would be it. The only time we managed to get in contact with them was when we complained on booking.com for the first time, and they said they’d send someone “either today or tomorrow”, and after that we never heard of them. PS: the drains in the bathtub and bidet also don’t work and it takes hours for the dirty water to go away, usually leaving filth over the floor as it slowly drains.
• Joy (5/5): Okay - Cheap. Grocery store and pharmacy’s nearby which is convenient. Also convenient with a laundry machine and an oven in the kitchen. Sink in bathroom didn’t fully work, shower filled up so you had to stand in a lot water, very little toilet paper provided, dishes weren’t clean, A 12 minute walk to the metro which was nice, but would not recommend a girl alone to walk there by themselves at night as it didn’t feel safe.
• Muhammad (2/5): Poor - No attendant was there to receive any concerns. The door lock was opened through a mobile app, in case of lack of network facility no provision to open the room. Very worst experience. I won't recommend anyone to use this kind of property.. No attendant Link operated door AC Placement
