- georgia (7/5): - Spacious kitchen and living room, if somebody is interested to cook inside the property (we didnt really use the kitchen). Clean and well equipped. It was quite noisy from the street. The sleeping room faces the main street and you had noise from traffic, cleaning etc also during the night :-( Bathroom was too small :-( Elevator was not working. We had to walk to the 3rd floor. No compensation offered for this inconvinience.

Very central for theatres, 4 minutes to Covent Garden, 6 minutes walk to Trafalgar Square and 100 metres from Leicester square station. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking in, but the unit is surrounded by restaurants and Tesco Express is nearby. Perfect for exploring London Lighting in the bathroom is poor. The unit is on a main intersection in a vibrant area so can be a little noisy. Windows are not double glazed .

Nice apartment. Well cleaned. A bit strange - upon arrival the key was not int the lock box but stuck in the door. When entering, the apartment was lit. It felt as if someone was in there already, that wasn't the case, though. The safe was already locked/closed upon our arrival - this wasn't fixed until the last day before checking out - could have been handled better...

Of note there is no physical reception, but staff who were working to maintaining the location were super helpful and the WhatsApp service was quick and responsive to manage any issues. We were in apartment 3 on the first floor it was quiet and very clean with everything you could need for a short stay. Thank you. There is a glitch with the online app when it came to providing digital ID to Kula after booking the room. Sadly the same issue existed a month later when it came to the online check-in procedure the day before arrival. Fortunately the response times from The WhatsApp group worked a way around this issue and recovered the situation. Thanks to staff for monitoring the whatsapp group and promptly wirking around the issue. It was frustrating and could have been avoided. The staff were aware of the issue weeks before, so I'm unsure how long it had been causing problems for staff and guests. Either way avoidable.
- Paul (9/5): Central location - Stayed in Flat 9, with lift to all floors. Plenty of room for the grandkids on arrival, nice outdoor area for them to use. The 3 bedrooms very spacious with nice bathrooms. Kitchen good size leading to good size table & chairs for eating and 2 x sofas big enough for all. Air conditioning/heating system worked brilliantly in each room. The location is close to Leicester Square tube station, plenty of restaurants, take-away restaurants & Chinatown. Covent Garden is a stones throw away if you’re in to your shopping. Ideal place if you visiting any of the theatres in and around the area. I will say once you enter the building you leave the hustle & bustle of London. Just the lack of tea bags & coffee.

Il est possible de faire beaucoup de visites à pied (Covent Garden, Picadilly, Chinatown, Trafalgar Square....) Il n'y avait pas de micro-ondes. J'aurai préféré un canapé plutôt que 2 fauteuils. La table basse était assez abimée.
- yehonatan (1/5): אכזבה גדולה !! - מיקום יומיים לפני שהיינו אמורים ללון בדירה שהזמנו קיבלנו הודעה מהחברה שבדירה יש נזילה ולא נוכל ללון בה. הם הציעו לנו ביטול ללא עלות או חלופה שהייתה במיקום אחר שלא התאים לנו ודרשה נסיעת רכבת למיקום שאליו הזמנו במקור. לאחר שפניתי לבוקינג הוצעה לי חלופה של אותה החברה ב covent garden . דירה בשם kula london opera house. דירה זו הייתה גרועה !!. הדירה הייתה עם חימום לא תקין עם מיטות שבורות רועשות ולא נוחות !! וללא זרם מים !! ובנוסף קיבלנו אותה לא באמת נקייה. בנוסף הכניסה לדירה היא דרך סימטה מלוכלכת עם פחי זבל של המסעדות שמתחת לדירה ובנוסף גרים בה חסרי בית אכזבה גדולה !!
- Nicole (8/5): Great service and location make up for the noise. - Great responsive staff who sent someone down to help with the locked out safe and sent us back up key when we forgot to bring the key out when we left. The responsiveness and helpfulness of the team made us feel very supported. The location can’t get any better especially for theatres, shopping and restaurants. We walked from Tottenham station with our luggage and it was manageable. Entering with the code was also seamless. Temperature of the apartment is nice during winter. Kitchen is also well equipped. Was switched from a 2 bedroom to 2 1-bedroom apartment due to heating issue with the 2 bedroom one. They are on different floors causing a lot of inconvenience as we had shared luggage items. We were on 1st and second floor with the bedroom facing the street and it was very noisy making sleeping hard especially when we are already jet lagged.

Having a small apartment with a kitchen and refrigerator was very convenient. You could really feel like a local instead of just a hotel guest. Appreciated mid-week room cleaning although I didn't know that was a part of my stay. The shower water temperature was never hot enough but the towel warmer helped. It was a little nerve-wracking not getting the door code until check-in - you really have to trust the host company (they were great btw).

- Susan (1/5): Wouldn’t trust them to take a reservation and hold it. - They sent me an email the morning we were due to arrive that the 2Bed/2Bath luxury apt I had booked and paid for 10 months prior was no longer available because it needed extra attention due to the mess left by their last renter. They offered us an inferior apt with only 1 bathroom at the same price, trying to convince us it was an upgrade. A simple look at the pictures of each proved this wasn’t true. I think this is simply a scam: take our money then see if they could get a higher rent from other renters. We fortunately found another place.

The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night's sleep.it was everything i expected. Commination was great vis WhatsApp, text and email. It could have done with more coffee and tea facilities, chocolates were mentioned in the description abd there was no normal milk, just a tiny bit of oat milk. In the morning I went to put some orange juice but there was only one tumbler glass. There was no spatula, I was making a cooked breakfast. This wasn't a problem it's just it's the only thing I can really comment on as everything else was perfect.

- John (3/5): Very disappointed, felt our stay in London was completely compromised by our relocation. - The Covent Garden property was made unavailable a few days before our arrival so this review reflects the Kula London Bridge apartment to which we were re-relocated. Modern and recently renovated to a high standard. Bedrooms were a good size. Plenty. This two bedroom property is simply not set up to cater for four adults. No wardrobe, dresser in the second bedroom, not even a luggage rack… we lived for a week out of our suitcase which had to be left on the floor. Hardly any shelf or cupboard space in the bathroom, no shelf in the shower, again everything had to put on the floor. No towel rails. The double beds were very small and uncomfortable, mattresses of low quality. Lounge room only had seating for 3 adults. The neighbourhood was dodgy. There was a terrible odour that regularly permeated the whole apartment.. we had to leave the windows open with portable fans on high the whole time - Not ideal when it’s hot outside. Our complaints about the smell were effectively ignored. There was minimal cutlery. It was very hard for us to reconcile our original two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in Covent Garden with Kula’s offering of a relocation to London Bridge. There was no offer of compensation.

The two sitting room chairs are very tired and could do with being replaced. Otherwise the apartment was faultless.

Including a photo of the location would be very helpful. The company was extremely responsive, resolving issues like the locked safe quickly and efficiently through chat. The cleanliness of the room could have been better, and we were initially provided with only two towels, which wasn’t sufficient. Additionally, there wasn’t a proper place to change, and the bathroom lacked enough space to accommodate essential items like toothpaste and other necessities.

- Cherene (7/5): Great location but.... - The location of this apartment was excellent. It was a short walk to the the Leicester Square Underground station. The amenities in the apartment were as described in the booking.com description. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could want. The customer service from Kula was poor. Our safe was locked. We reported the problem which was never resolved during our stay. The pump for the body wash in the shower was broken and it took them 2 days to get it fixed. I ordered Nespresso pods in advance of our arrival. The pods were not there and I had to ask them where they are. I was asked to provide a credit card as a security deposit and was told that the hold would be released after our departure. They charge my credit more that they had told me and it is been over a month and I have not received my security deposit back. I am now having to open a dispute with my credit card company.

- Terri (5/5): Very Disappointing - Location in Covent Garden My daughter and I are traveling for three weeks in Europe. The Kula property was our first stop and we were very excited for our stay. We were grateful to have the opportunity to check in early after traveling from Los Angeles. Even though there was an additional cost of 25 pounds to arrive early, it was worth the extra cost in order to be able to drop our bags. Or so we thought. Once we got into the room we were really disappointed. The room was very dirty. There were giant clumps of hair from other guests in various places, including by both sides of the bed, in the bathroom, outside the bathroom and in the living room area. There was a gross blob of food debris on the coffee table and on the carpet adjacent to it. The kitchen utensils on the counter were dusty and obviously had not been cleaned. The smell during our stay was either of stagnant trash from the alley below our room, or from mildewy water problems coming from the clothes washing machine. All-in-all the stay was really disappointing. I am sad for the bad review especially when we were so looking forward to the stay.

Was slightly noisy due to being a high traffic area but overall was decent. They provided fans for air flow since there was no air con, which was nice especially since we stayed mid August. Staff was friendly and we had no issues! Lack of air con was the biggest thing, but fans were provided. Second was some boise at night that woke us during rubbage pick up.

- Allan (9/5): Great location, value for money 8.5 out of ten, overall great place and would stay again. - Well fitted out accommodation modern and airy close to lots of local amenities. No real noise from the surroundings and a very comfy bed. Facilities were clean and living / kitchenette area were very well laid out. I would stay again. Was expensive when i booked so dropped a bit on the VFM scale. Entrance was straight onto a dirty busy street. once you got used to the right door to use was not an issue. Overall nothing really negative to say.
- Donna (8/5): Very good - Excellent location. Easy entry. Great appliances and easy to use regardless of your language. Good room for storage. Good lighting The bed linens were knit, which makes them hot for summer. And the pillows are hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise a good stay.

- Dylan (5/5): This is ok, but most of the pictures were of another apartment! - The location is good and the apartment was clean and modern. The pictures were deceiving. I saw a balcony and some lovely rooms but the actual apartment pictures are buried deep at the end of the gallery.

- Francesca (9/5): We enjoyed our stay here very much. We were right in the middle of everything! - The location was excellet. Everything was right on the door step or in walking distance. Lots of restaurants to eat. Public transport was very close by, so very easy to get to places of interest for sight seeing. Washing machine was also handy. The bed was a little small but still comfortable.
- Ashish (9/5): Location location location - Perfect location and size for couple to stay. Apartment was very clean and well furnished with necessary amenities. Very quiet with no street noise even though it is in the middle of tourist area. Easy walk to underground. Really enjoyed staying here because of location. Nothing as such. Just one comment is that when I was booking property the front picture shows large open room with two levels which gave the impression that we are getting that apartment. So when we walked in it felt as if we were given wrong impression of what we are getting. Anyway location is perfect so we enjoyed staying and size was perfect for couple.
