- Natalia (1/5): Bad - Nothing Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend Our experience at this apartment was far from satisfactory. Building: The building is old, unrenovated, and lacks an elevator, which made carrying suitcases up the stairs quite inconvenient. The compound has 9 apartments, mainly occupied by locals who seem indifferent to any noise or rules. We had a major issue with the neighbors above, who kept their TV at maximum volume all night, every night, throughout our stay. Despite reporting this, the host was unable to resolve the situation, leaving us sleep-deprived. Sound insulation in the building is practically nonexistent. Apartment: While the apartment itself is renovated with new furniture and kitchen equipment, several items were already damaged or in poor condition, such as the shower curtain, broken wine glasses, and dispenser. Cleanliness: This was another major disappointment. Even though we paid an extra €71 for cleaning, the apartment was only superficially cleaned. We found cobwebs and dust in corners and behind the curtains, and the hood and toilet were very dirty at check-in. There were no extra towels or bed linen provided for our 8-day stay, and no replacements or changes were made during this time. Deposit: Be aware, host will ask you to pay additional 300 euro more as a security deposit before your arrival and promise to return it back after 7 days after your check out. Being very well experienced with booking, that was my first time situation with the host like that. Overall: While the apartment might look appealing in photos, the issues with noise, lack of cleanliness, and poor management make it impossible to recommend. A truly disappointing experience.
