• Johanna (9/5): Ruhige Lage abseits des Massentourismus - sehr empfehlenswert! - -) Unkomplizierter Check-in: Ich habe vorab der Agentur per Mail geschrieben und mir wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden freundlich geantwortet und das weitere Vorgehen erläutert. Via WhatsApp hat sich dann jemand bei mir gemeldet und wir haben uns einen Zeit- und Standort vereinbart (direkt bei der Unterkunft). Freundlich, kompetent, unkompliziert, schnell - top. -) Lage: Wir haben uns in der Lage sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt. Es war eine sehr ruhige Gegend, wo man zu Fuß alles wunderbar erreichen kann (Supermarkt ist auch gleich um die Ecke). -) Unterkunft: Das Appartement war sehr komfortabel und sauber. Wir waren drei Personen uns hatten super Platz. Das Appartement kann fast schon als Reihenhäuschen bezeichnet werden. Durch eine Sackgasse gelangt man zunächst durch ein Haus in die Anlage. Vor der Tür hat man sogar noch eine kleine Balkongarnitur. Was uns auch positiv aufgefallen ist, ist dass man bei der Ankunft noch drei kleine Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank vorfindet. ... rundum war eigentlich kaum was zu kritisieren. Top Unterkunft! Dies soll nicht unbedingt als Kritik aufgefasst werden, aber als Feedback für die Gastgeber, FALLS man noch etwas verbessern könnte: -) Die Kopfkissen waren wirklich schlimm. Hier könnte man noch zusätzliche in der Unterkunft deponieren, die nicht so extrem hart sind. -) Das "Kinderzimmer" wirkt etwas beengt, da nur ein Dachfenster ist. Hier wirkte es auf dem Foto heller. Aber ansonsten wirklich ein schönes Zimmer.

• Servane (10/5): Location ideale - Logement très bien équipé, très propre et très bien décoré. Les chambres et la literie très confortables. Les salles de douche et la cuisine très récentes. Lumineux même si la salle de séjour est petite et en rez-de-chaussée de jardin. Aucun problème de sécurité. Un petit bout de jardin pour prendre le café. Très bien placé à 2 km de la place San Marco ce qui permet d'y aller à pied ou en vaporetto ( à 10 mn de marche) et de rentrer dans la journée pour se reposer ou dejeuner. Un supermarché se trouve tout près. Aucun bruit. Location à recommander vivement. Rien

• D-mitriy (10/5): Great option in a quite place - Located in my favourite area of Venice - quite non-touristy streets, but close to vibrant Fondamenta dei Ormesini. The house itself is in the courtyard of other buildings, so it is very calm - you can enjoy sitting in the fresh air next to your apartment entrance. The 2-storey apartment is excellent - modern, fresh, and cosy with bathrooms / toilets on each floor. Bedrooms were nice and comfortable (both are on the upper floor, so you can easily enjoy the kitchen / living room on the ground floor when for example kids are already in bed). There were some bottles of complimentary water in the fridge - small thing, but I personally always value it. I really enjoyed the time in the apartment! I did not really cook this time, but kitchen seemed to be well equipped. A big supermarket is in a 5 min walk. The property manager / host was very friendly. Lot's of text in this section, but I still give a high rating despite things mentioned below: 1. Hand over of keys in a personal meeting only. The usual self check-in which is more common in Venice nowadays would have been more comfortable. So you really need to make an appointment at exact time to pick the keys. I must say, however, that the host was very kind to reschedule mine when I was running late, so eventually it worked good. 2. You need to sign a rental contract. This is in my view very weird and even though it is 2-3 pages long, you still need time to read it (never sign anything without reading). When you stay 1, 2 or 3 nights this is definitely not what I prefer to do. In my 20+ trips to Venice this is the first time that I was asked to sign a rental agreement. 3. You need to provide your full credit card details in the contract as a guarantee / security for any potential damages (you leave the apartment alone and simply leave the keys on the table) 4. Heating system is far from intuitive (even though you have a digital manual for termostat adjustments), but somehow we managed on the second night. This was also mentioned by other reviewers who struggled to make the apartment warm. In the warm season I guess it is easier with A/Cs.

• Sandeep (10/5): - Very clean modern apartment. Excellent for family stay as it has 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Liked the fact that they had multiple adapters for the guests to use (vey handy if you are traveling from US).
• Doris (6/5): Schönes Apparment, aber kalt - Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut funktioniert. Unsere Kontaktperson war sehr bemüht und war uns bei organisatorischen Dingen behilflich, wo der Kontakt zur Vermieterfirma (Rent&Relax) nicht funktioniert hat. Was uns nicht gefallen hat war, dass das Apartment sehr kalt war (Zimmer 20 Grad, Schlafräume 18 bis 19 Grad), was im Dezember nicht optimal ist. Wir konnen die Temperatur nicht hinaufdrehen (Thermostat mit komplizierter "Wisch-Funktion". Unsere Kontaktperson ist sogar extra gekommen, um den Thermostat höher zu drehen, war aber leider auch nicht erfolgreich. Sie hat es an die Agency gemeldet, wir bekamen aber keine Rückmeldung.

• Bea (9/5): Perfekter Städtetripp - Die Unterkunft war toll und sehr sauber. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem alles zu Fuss machbar und nahe zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants. Persönlicher, netter Check in und wir konnten sogar etwas früher rein.
• Tuero (10/5): Super Wonderful 🙏 - The apartment is very nice and well-decorated, everything is well-appointed and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a capsule coffee maker. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The three air conditioners keep the apartment super cool. The lady waited for us at the door to explain everything. Very friendly. My wife forgot her glasses, and she very kindly sent them back to me in the USA. In short, our stay there was wonderful and pleasant. I would return again in a heartbeat. I almost forgot about Otello, the very friendly cat who came to greet us. All good 👍
• Debbie (9/5): Quiet, modern, comfortable apartment great for a family for 3 days - Clean, comfortable, well equipped, clean bedding and towels, quiet, close to Vaperetto 5.1 sAlvisie, easy walking access with bags from main train station- only 2 bridges, easy access to Murano and Bruano from here. We enjoyed the air con as it was so hot outside! The rubbish disposal wasn’t too clear but as we only had a little the cleaning lady removed.

• Tomas (10/5): We had a nice stay. The property manager was very accommodating. The place was cozy and comfortable. - It was a modern apartment, kept very clean, and close to downtown. It was within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, gondolas. It was in a quite neighborhood with green backyard and side entrance. The place was well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washer, espresso machine, central AC and super comfy beds. There were 2 full bathrooms, and full living space area with TV. The upstairs master bedroom had another TV. We had an issue with not working Wifi, and the management handled it well. We would definitely recommend this place and we give 5-star rating!!

• Laraine (10/5): An exceptional, secluded and relaxing place to stay in Venice, highly recommended! - The duplex apartment was lovely, light, clean, very stylish and clearly well maintained. Exactly as described in the advert and pictures. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable memory foam. The master bedroom was spacious and the sofa which converted into bunk beds in the second bedroom was ingenious. Bedroom storage was mostly open shelves and hanging rails which was sufficient. The kitchen was compact but well equipped. As other reviews say, some oil, salt and pepper would be good if staying longer but we just used the oven / microwave and toaster so it was fine for us and there was plenty of tea, coffee and sugar. I enjoyed a coffee from the machine each morning. The outdoor space was a nice, quiet place to sit out. There was a dishwasher and washing machine but we didn't use those so can't comment. Wifi was strong throughout. Air conditioning downstairs and upstairs kept the place lovely and cool. I saw mosquito screens on the master bedroom window but not downstairs, which had shutters. The two shower rooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) were great, lovely hot showers, both available to everyone (as not ensuite), each had a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, sufficient toilet roll and plenty of soft towels! Their online check in was straightforward and communication beforehand was ok. Pietro, who checked us in was really friendly, helpful and responsive, letting us know about the Venice CdA exemption and local facilities like the supermarket 5 minutes walk away. They were really accommodating about leaving our bags and checking in a bit early after our tiring flight. Location was away from the bustle so peaceful, excellent for restaurants, walking to center or to multiple vaporetto stops. Little things like the coat rack, umbrella, ornaments, books and flowers made it feel welcoming and cared for, like a home from home. The downstairs shower room door didn't slide shut and the upstairs shower didn't switch to the overhead from the handheld shower head but we let Rent & Relax know and given the high standard of the property I'm sure they'll have already fixed it.
• Andrew (7/5): Practical and comfortable place to stay. Good value. - The property was easy to access from the airport. It was clean and comfortable. It was also quiet. A couple of things. It would have been good to have more lights downstairs (in particular above the table). The TV sound did not work properly - it was too low. The coffee machine has a leak and cannot be left with water in it.
• Wendy (9/5): We loved our stay and would definitely stay again next time we are in Venice - It’s stylish, clean and comfortable. The location is great too. The overhead shower in the first floor bathroom is not working, the diverter is stuck, but the hand shower works so it’s ok.
• Stephani (8/5): Very good - Well located, cosy, well equipped and beautifully decorated. We wished we’d booked a longer stay! This is the perfect little apartment for a couple or small family. It would be really helpful if you provided guests with basic consumables in the kitchen - eg. tea, sugar, olive oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar. Since we were traveling across Italy, it’s incredibly difficult to buy and travel with such things and a waste to have to purchase and leave behind these consumables at each location.

• Michelle (10/5): Clean, quiet, and luxurious - We were pleasantly surprised with this apartment. The beds are very comfortable, ihad great water pressure for showers, t was sparkling clean, and it was a cool, quiet sanctuary after busy days in throngs of people. We would definitely stay here again! Our only (minor) feedback is that it would be great to provide some towel hooks, TP holder, etc… to hang things. It would also be really useful to provide information on how to use the washer, where to find a grocery store, recommended restaurants, etc… The courtyard is a missed opportunity to provide guests a comfortable outdoor space, it’s pretty rough and not maintained, but we loved the neighbors kitty, Othello! Lastly, the kitchen has everything to cook a meal, but no basics like salt and pepper, oil, etc…. to cook with, making it hard to offset our costs by cooking at the apartment.
