• Sarah (9/5): Amazing location and cool atmosphere. - The property was really well located, comfortable and had a nice view from the balcony. Besides that was well equiped . The bathroom could be cleaner.

• Erik (1/5): Slecht!!!! - De afstand tot de stad Eerst proberen mij op te lichten. Daarna moet je inloggen met je paspoort om binnen te kunnen, lekker betrouwbaar, niet dus! Levensgevaarlijke trap. Communicatie, ik deed een melding van een barst in een ruit wat wij zagen bij binnenkomst reageren ze na 3 dagen en zeggen dat wij het gedaan hadden, echt slecht, 1 dag geen internet . 5 dagen en geen handoekwissel etc. In de douche was het ook al niet schoon.
• Riëtte (7/5): Bright, spacious and centrally located apartment for people who don’t mind climbing steep starcases!! - Great Location, bright apartment, good beds! Kitchen is wel-equipped. It was not clean - the fridge was dirty, shower needs a deep-clean, dust and mysterious spots in odd places. Standard check-in time as late as 5pm! Every hour earlier will cost you - up to €80 for a 2pm check-in. Extremely steep staircases to get to the apartment & noise from the street - but earlier reviews made us expect that already.

• Marek (9/5): Superb - Possibility to listen to music on the stereo and a fully equipped kitchen with 10 coffee capsules. The coffee was really good. Despite setting the thermostat to a higher temperature, it was still cold in the apartment and the thermostat showed 21 degrees, even though I had set it to 25.
• Veronika (6/5): Pleasant - Very good location and interior. Atmospheric apartment It was uncleared when we come and there was unclear bed linen and towels, was full trash been after last stayers...so we was made to buy our own linen for bed. Room service came second day, so we was made to go out for an hour. Also it was surprise very late check at 17.00 as we came to Gent at 11.00 and i must pay extra money for earlier check in at 14.00, but apartment wasn't ready.... so i think owners could back my money even for earlier check in . Also it could be trouble with enter stairs for seniors or little kids, you must show it on photos....
