Ronald (9/5): Nice place, felt safe, resonable to stay. - Clean, (need to empty garbage each day so don't get bugs) Had Utensils, good size fridge & freezer. Toaster, coffee pot and mini stove, did not use so don't know if worked. Had Elevator. Landlady returned text messages. She did tell about defective table the leg broke off when I put my lap top on it. She did not deduct from the cash deposit in addition to room payment, before moving in. She called Uber to get to airport, since did not have on phone There was a person on next floor above me that moved furniture & chare every 3-5 minutes, made screeching sound from 6pm-10pm each night. On 24 dec did this until 2am (guess did not have to work on 25Dec holiday) so did not get much sleep that night. Thinking about it later on I should have complained, but thought I was only there for short time. I thought I had forgotten some of the downsides of apartment life.
