• Anuli (1/5): Disappointed - Very stressful finding the location and there was no breakfast I am very disappointed with the state of the room. The cooker is not working, and despite repeated concerns, no microwave has been provided as an alternative. The shower head is also broken, and these issues remain unresolved. Although my original check-in was scheduled for September 16, I did not move in until September 29, and yet the room was still not properly prepared. However, given the current condition, I cannot continue paying for a service that does not meet basic standards. I ask that you urgently send someone to fix the cooker so I can properly prepare meals. The ongoing lack of essential facilities is unacceptable, and I need these matters addressed without further delay. It is also astonishing that no provision was made for hot water in the shower.
• Asghar (4/5): Disappointing - location *"I stayed for five days, and on the second day of my stay, I reported that the electric hub was not working. The management assured me they would get back to me, but they never followed up. Despite my expectations for good service, this issue remained unresolved throughout my stay. Disappointing experience!"*

• Vanessa (9/5): Good Value for the Price - The accommodation was clean, spacious, and perfectly situated in a central location. We enjoyed our stay and would come again. It was occasionally a bit noisy at night due to the neighboring guests.

• Alkinos (6/5): Unfortunately, not as we expected ! - Comfortable bed. Good location (after we found where it was)! - the address of the location in the website (Rigenis 19) is WRONG!!! We spent two hours trying to find it. - No sigh outside the building to indicate that it was “Phaedrus Living” accommodation! - The bathroom was NOT clean. - The water of the bathroom was dirty as well.
